I called them about a toilet that was always running water and the technician told me that he could fix it for $400 but that I should really pay them $1,500 to get a brand new toilet installed, and was annoyingly insistent about it.

I was able to fix it with $20 worth of replacement parts and a wrench without knowing anything about plumbing. After doing that I realized I probably could have fixed it by adjusting the old parts.

The toilet is fine now, and it's not even close to needing to be replaced.

I feel like I almost got scammed by this company. Would not recommend them for minor repairs.

As a first-time home owner at a condo, there have been a lot of unique projects that have come up. Thankfully this was only the second time calling Roto-Rooter for a plumbing issue. Both times the techs were incredibly knowledgeable, walked me through the entire process and work necessary, gave me great solutions or recommendations, and were courteous in the home. This past job, Wayne B was top notch and provided quality work to get our shower faucet back up and running. There are so many options in the Seattle area for plumbing support and all at varied price ranges, I can trust that Roto-Rooter will send out a tech who will be there same day, allow me to learn alongside them, and not overcharge for the quality of the work or resources needing to be purchased. Would recommend them for any major work in your homes and the projects they’ve helped me with is for our smart dishwasher and the shower faucet.

Jason was outstanding. He arrived with a huge smile, assessed my problem, explained options and pricing and got to work. He kept me appraised of all he was doing, showed me the results of his efforts and worked diligently to get things taken care of. His professionalism aside, I really enjoyed his very upbeat attitude. Wish I could give 10 stars.

I had a plumbing issue and felt really embarrassed about having to call for help. Jessica was really prompt, really helpful, very personable, and got the issue resolved right away. Really happy I called.

My experience with Jesse From Roto router was phenomenal. He took his time to explain the entire situation to me Enable me to make the best decisions for my family and home. He emulated his expertise in plumbing by explaining to me the process he was conducting , the tools he utilized , and elaborated upon the deficiencies of the work that was done to my home’s plumbing prior to me purchasing it.

Overpriced for kitchen drain clearing - about 4 times the price of other local plumbers and a red flag was that they wouldn't give a quote over the phone, although when the technician arrived, he said the price was a flat rate and included their product to use monthly, which we weren't anticipating! Positives are that they came within a couple hours on a Saturday morning and a very nice technician, Jason, was very professional, friendly & helpful with coupon discounts! We'll have to look elsewhere in future due to the shocking overpricing!

Jessica responded promptly to a late-night call. After spending half an hour trying to fix the issue myself with a toilet auger, I gave up and called Roto-Rooter. Jessica arrived quickly and resolved the problem efficiently. Would recommend!

Nathan (7883) showed up to deal with our clogged driveway drain. He scoped and found that the pipe was broken, but he thought he still may be able to improve the flow. After 15-20 minutes of work he realized that the pipe was damaged too much and he wasn’t able to do much. He didn’t charge us for the visit which was much appreciated.

These folks, and Ben in particular, have been our go to pumbing solution for a number of years and for a number of projects. We know that when Ben comes out the job will be done right and at a fair price. Highly recommend the Roto-Rooter team.

Mustafa was very good and easy to deal with. The charge of $400 for ten minutes worth of work is excessive. Especially when others quote $99. I was not quoted a price until he was in my bathroom ready to start work.

While tearing into my walls for a remodel discovered a water leak. Called Roto-Rooter in the morning and they came out within 4 hours. 30 minutes and done. Quick, easy and I can move forward on closing up the wall to continue remodel. Yeah. Thanks Tim Nelson for your pleasant personality and a job well done. Greatly appreciated

Until Monday 2-6-23, I hadn’t spent a moment of thought on water heaters. Things changed when my heater started leaking. I was pleasantly surprised when Roto-Rooter tech, Eric arrived and surveyed and diagnosed the situation. After determining the need for replacement, he procured a new heater and over the next several hours, removed the old one and installed a new water heater.
Eric is a diligent, industrious employee. He worked through several unexpected issues and was able to adapt and overcome them. He is affable and pleasant to deal with and is extremely conscientious. Eric is a credit to Roto-Rooter and the kind of employee every company should strive to hire

We are so beyond thankful to Jessica, Eli, and Britt. The issue led to two days of work and one of those being a super late night visit. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also provided so much information and assistance to do follow ups that are necessary. They didn't push any services, and were upfront about everything. There was only good vibes, and humor. Nothing shady or sketchy, and they all were so kind. It's awesome to see how they work together as a team. I will always recommend and call on them when needed. 12/10 🌟
