Reviews of local pros in Maple Valley, Washington

The team at primed was super thorough from the very start of my experience with them. I called their office number to get a quote on a paver patio installation. They immediately got all the info they needed on the phone scheduled the date for the estimate and we’re there five minutes early. This along with the perfect workmanship and beautiful patio was more than enough for me to give them a five star review.

Juaquin and Josh came out a few weeks ago and did a terrific job prepping the entire yard for spring. That included 3 large flower beds as well as a largish amount of lawn. They were so good, I signed up for a full year of bi-weekly service. I'm thrilled to have some help with regular landscaping. Also, we've already been talking about other services beside routine maintenance to improve things in the long term. This is a new business and they are hungry to work hard. I've been recommending them to family, friends and neighbors.

We recently hired Primed Landscaping to do an end-of-season lawn cleanup. Our grass was very long and covered with leaves. Josh and his crew did a very thorough job, paid close attention to details, and did a walk-through with me when finished to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I was extremely pleased with the results and would definitely hire them again.

Josh (owner) came by today for the regular maintenance and said that he does it during the winter time. I have been definitely most satisfied with his company out of the other ones I have hired and he is such a kind young man. Their lawn care is very well organized and systematic, which is difficult to find. They also did a small paver walkway for me, among other things involving a Hardscaping project I had them do in my backyard. Great at communicating, I recommend Primed Landscaping for any landscaping / lawn care needs. Thanks :)

Josh did a great job on doing our spring cleanup of our yard. We asked a lot and he completed everything to
our expectations. We would recommend him for any landscaping needs!

Thanks to Joaquin and his team, my back lawn is looking great again. I had a massive detaching and reseeding that needed to be done. My package included detaching, topsoil, seeding plus fertilizers. Joaquin was quick to respond and made sure that my lawn was taken care of. Even after the initial work, he answered any questions I had and planned for a second visit to make sure the grass was growing properly. Highly recommend!!

Josh and Joaquin have done an exceptional job with our property. We wanted a reliable landscape team that also was at the right price. I appreciate that they communicate what they are doing while on the property, for example if they need to spray weed killer they told us to make sure our dogs didn’t go outside near that area. They are doing great work and would highly recommend!

Primed Landscaping did excellent work clearing our yard, trimming trees and shrubs, and building a paved patio for our new sheds. The quote was competitive, detailed, and accurate. The work was everything we wished for and more. Communication was effective, including arrival times and online payments. We will definitely work with Josh from now on.

Good quality and design of stamped concrete patio and walkways, asphalt driveway as well, friendly and hard working crew.

4 sons concrete & landscaping LLC Came on short notice and pored a 12 by 14 pad of concrete for our gazebo it turned out fantastic

This crew of hard workers was very professional, extremely courteous, friendly, positive and upbeat. The price was EXCELLENT and the results were gorgeous. They’re very busy due to popularity, so you may need to be a tad flexible on arrival times but we couldn’t be happier on the service, price and product we received. We highly recommend this company.

My driveway looks amazing. His prices were fair and reasonable and his crew were hard working and prompt. Waiting for the newly poured concrete to be sealed. Once completed it will be absolutely terrific. Will follow up with another post once concrete is sealed.

Nelson and his crew were quick, efficient and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would. A cherry tree cracked driveway and they removed the roots and leveled the area. Nelson worked with us on the color of the cement and built a great looking driveway and walkway for us!

It was a pleasure working with Nelson and 4 Sons Concrete! He and his crew created an extension to our driveway and it turned out AMAZING!
His prices were fair and reasonable. His crew was prompt and hard working. I ended up with exactly what I was hoping for quicker than I expected it. If you're looking for concrete work in the area, I can't recommend him high enough!

Hired to do deck replacement, concrete patio, driveway and walkway. Would show up sporadically. Had to call them constantly to get work done. Part of contract was to seal newly poured concrete. That part was never completed. Have called and texted numerous times with absolutely no response. Did not finish clean up or reassemble under part of deck they took apart. Do not recommend.

I originally contacted Blue Alder to get a bid to repave my driveway and improve the drainage away from the house. That turned into a plan to upgrade the entrance to the house with a water feature and front garden area on either side of a lighted paver walkway. The results were fantastic and completely transformed the look of the property.

Andy's crew is the best. The are super talented paver installers and communicate effectively. My wife and I met with them every morning to go over the work plan for the day. We stayed on schedule and pretty much on budget the entire project.

Fast and phenomenal work. The new fence looks amazing.

Andy was incredible!…..did fantastic work ……fair upfront pricing !

Andy did a fantastic job on my landscaping project. Highly recommended.

I had a major drainage issue with my front yard and two previous people were unable to fix it. Andy not only fixed it but transformed my front and back yard. Can not recommend highly enough

Andy is awesome to work with. Great work ethic and follow through. I will definitely be working with him again. I highly recommend his company!
