Daniel is not responding. Charged more than $600 with warranty. Started leaking again in a few weeks and Daniel is not willing to come see, resolve it or explain the issue

BEFORE THE PAYMENT WAS MADE DANIEL WAS OFFERING 100% WARRANTY, PROMPT RESOLUTION ETC BUT SINCE THE PAYMENT WAS MADE DANIEL IS NOT RESPONDING. HE HAS NOT PROVIDED ANY RESOLUTION. IT IS SURPRISING HOW IN TODAYS DAY AND AGE SOMEONE CAN TAKE SIX HUNDRED AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. MY EXPERIENCE IS THAT IT IS NOT WORTH WORKING WITH GIBSON PLUMBING. FIND SOMEONE WHO IS RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE.

Dan was super! Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We will use Gibson Plumbing again! Thanks again, Dan!^_^

Great company, I’ve used them a couple times. Austin was our plumber and he was great to work with!

This company bailed me out of after midnight with a bib replacement gone awry. The first fix didn't quite get 100% there and Dan and team were out the following afternoon and sure enough got it to the finish line. The kicker is what they charged was INCREDIBLY fair compared to the ridiculous gougers you will find out there. OUTSTANDING

Dan came out quickly and fixed the leak from our upstairs bathroom pipes. Also helped install new toilets and a tub. Not only did he do a great job, but he shared a lot of information and was very personable.

I am so impressed with this company!!! I called and they had someone come out the same day and it was very affordable. Austyn did a great job! He went above and beyond what he needed to do! I will definitely use them again!

Dan repaired our main water valve coming from the street into our house ( PRV and shut off) and got it done quickly and efficiently. I called him late the night before and said he could be out to us first thing in the morning since we didnt have any water in the house at all ! he showed up right at 8am on the dot :) so nice and professional. I have recommended him to all the neighbors and everyone is extremely pleased with his work !!

Austin fixed our toilet with ease and was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable of our TOTO. Was able to fit us in on short notice.

A week ago I submitted a description of my plumbing issues on Gibson Plumbing's website and received a prompt call back. We scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later, and the plumber never showed up.

I gave them a call after the window had passed and was told that they got called to an emergency service elsewhere - ok, it happens, but a call as soon as they knew they weren't gonna make it on the ferry to our island home would have been way more professional - and they asked me to text them photos of our plumbing issues so they could email me an estimate and set up another appointment.

I texted the photos right over. No response.
I texted a follow-up asking if they came through. No response.
I called the number back. No answer.
I left a voicemail. No call back.
I called the office number. No answer.

Our hold home has a lot of plumbing work to offer, and I tried to make that obvious from the get-go to make the trip to the island worth their time. If it wasn't, that is something they could have told me; "sorry, I don't think we'll be able to carve out an island trip in the timeframe you need." Whether that's why I didn't hear back or I just fell through the cracks in their scheduling, I don't think I'll waste anymore of my time trying to do business with Gibson Plumbing.

Update 1: A couple hours after posting this review I finally received a call back about my estimate, requesting my email address (which was provided in the form I originally filled out). When we originally scheduled they'd initially offered me a next-day appointment then changed it to the following day after I gave my address again - even though my address had also been on the initial request form. This whole set up seems weird and unreliable.

Update 2: Estimate wasn't accurate to requested services. As I was reading it I received a phone call from the business director apologizing for my experiencing and explaining difficulties with a new phone system the company has been using. While that can contribute to not receiving communications from me, it doesn't really address the no-call-no-show situation for our first appointment or the fact that the estimate they finally sent over was for totally different services. Nice of them to call back though.

Gibson plumbing fixed plumbing in our unfinished basement. Our utility sink would cause flooding. Dan fixed that and fixed our drain. The new fitting was defective so he came out right away and replaced it. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick!

Second time having to get a plumber and used Gibson. Good communication and fixes each time. A dependable honest plumber is like an honest and reliable mechanic, you hold on to them as long as you can.

Amazing service!!! We had a humidifier in the attic go haywire and started flooding our attic and two levels of our home. They scheduled an appointment to come out and cap off the line for the next day and set us up with a water damage specialist that was able to come out in a few hours. All of this happened while they are slammed with calls due to the freezing temperatures.

I had a pipe burst during cold weather on a holiday. Gibson plumbing was working on a nearby house and added me to an already packed schedule and had it fixed so quickly. I appreciated the flexibility and price was reasonable for an emergency on a holiday.

RESPONSIVE, ACCOMODATING, HONEST, DEPENDABLE AND FRIENDLY.
I searched for a plumber to repair a kitchen faucet that would no longer provide water when turned on. I received a number of responses in a fairly short amount of time, but GIBSON PLUMBING was the only one who could accommodate me on the same day.
Dan came out in the early afternoon and diagnosed the problem as the cartridge. He removed it, cleaned it and put it back in. Hallelujah…it started working again. However, when it stopped again the next day, I called him back and asked him to purchase a new faucet and install it. He was here the next morning. He is definitely my “go to” plumber!

Best experience I have ever had with a plumber and saw zero cracks! 😂 In all seriousness,not only did I find out afterwards, that we had gotten a good deal, but Daniel from Gibson Plumbing was really helpful (even when the owner of our rental was dragging his feet and making the whole process more difficult for him). He walked me through what the issues were, gave me some options and was really kind about the whole thing. I’m sure many can relate to hiring some sort of specialist with a skillset you don’t have (hence why you are hiring someone for the job!) and to have them come and talk down to you, and/or you just know they are trying to take advantage of you. This experience was the complete opposite and Daniel actually went above and beyond. For all the women that either live alone, or have a spouse that can’t always be there when you need someone to come work on your house, I also know how nerve racking it can be to have a stranger come into your home. Although, just as a safety precaution, I always make sure my neighbor is home and close by if I have to have someone come work on the house when my husband is gone, I never once felt uncomfortable any of the 3 times Daniel had to come by and he was really respectful. This one was a win all around and I highly recommend!

Austyn from Gibson Plumbing came out to repair a broken pipe at my mom's in Sultan. Because of the chaotic weather we've been having in the area they were swamped with so many emergency calls and were running behind because of the damages they found at their jobs before our appointment. Austyn called me a couple of times to let me know of his situation at the other homes and was very apologetic. I reassured him that I understood and it was not a problem. Upon arriving he found that the burst pipe was not in the wall like I had thought it was, but under the house. He crawled under there in the freezing cold weather and fixed the hot water line.
We as costumers need to remember just how hard these guys work in the elements to provide top quality service and customer satisfaction!!
Kudos to Austyn and the other techs at Gibson Plumbing!! They will be our go to plumbing company from here on out!!!

I called Gibson plumbing to check a water that was coming from the ceiling - was scary to experience. Austyn came in time and the first thing you notice is that there is no rush to cut your dry wall. Austyn started by making small holes to find the source of the leak and he tried hard to avoid cutting the ceiling open unless it’s the only option, even though cutting was more convenient. Luckily it turns out that it was very simple leak upstairs. Austyn was careful to make sure debris are contained and not scattering all over the place. In addition the charges was only for investigation and was super reasonable. I can’t recommend these folks enough! Hard to find that level of integrity these days!

We remodeled our primary bathroom which needed completely new plumbing for a brand new shower and free standing tub, and these guys did an absolutely amazing job. The quality or work was excellent and I would definitely recommend them!
