Evan and Owen showed up on time, were super polite and professional and worked hard all day long on a fairly complex installation of a brand new tankless water heater in a different part of my basement from where the old tank heater was located. The quality of their work was flawless and everything looks so neat and tidy. I had even forgotten one request I had made to brace the gas meter on the outside of the house during the pre-work walk through with Evan. Well, Evan and Owen didn’t forget and they took care of that issue as well. Last but not least they cleaned up everything to a “T” before they left well into the evening. I strongly recommend ProMax Heaters and Plumbing. I am 100% happy with their work and would hire them again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a quality install at a fair price and done by pros, look no further.

Working with ProMax was simple, effective and professional from the first phone call to the ending the job, all in less than 24h which included resourcing a more specific water heater that is not typically available in stock! Everyone was friendly and direct towards getting things done. Impressive work!

I can’t say enough how well ProMax Water Heaters & Plumbing operate. Todd was great with the communication of the entire process. He is very responsive and made the process easy. Evan and Owen came by and were professionals from the beginning. They were efficient and thorough. I like how the process of me taking a picture and send it to them rather than have someone schedule a date to come by with an estimate. Their prices were fair for the work that they have to do. We had a hot water heater emergency on a Friday morning. I called ProMax and by noon had a team ready to install a new water heater. Can’t express how grateful I am for ProMax’s quick response. Evan and Owen were very knowledgeable and skilled installing the new water heater in the tiny closet space under my stairs. It was a challenge working in the space but they did a great job!

The best by a wide margin. I've been on a condo board more than a decade in a challenging location built over Lake Washington in 1969. For over 10 years we received bids and rejections from a half dozen plumbers large and small that hesitated to remove cast-iron drain lines embedded in our concrete slab. Some plumbers cherry-picked the easy parts and skipped sections that needed replacement. Others failed to meet building code but charged us anyway as the system continued to degrade. ProMax was the first company to carefully analyze and bid the entire job, and they completed 100% on time and on spec with zero hassles or mistakes.

We have switched all our Kirkland condo plumbing business to ProMax, and I'll be doing the same at a Seattle condo association.

My experience with ProMax Water Heater's & Plumbing was very good and informative. I've had the pleasure with speaking with them in regards to my broken water heater tank and they were able to help me with selecting a new one that was right for me. Any questions and concerns that I may have had in regards to getting a new Water Heater was answered. Communications were quick, either by phone and or email, which I appreciated very much.

When they came to install the new water heater, they were nothing but professional in their work. Any tips and advice that they were knowledgeable about were given of course when the work was done. These ProMax guys came out to run propane line for a generator install. They gave a significantly better price than the local plumbers I’ve worked with previously on projects. The staff were authentic, friendly, and so knowledgeable that they gave a fair price and saved us a ton.

If you are getting a generator installed you need to work with the partnership between Fjord Electrical and ProMax Heaters & Plumbing! Both these vendors are great guys with fair prices.

Exceeded expectations! Needed 13 yo water heater replaced fast. Called local Monroe plumbing company and made next day appointment with Todd. He emailed me the estimate right over to review & agree to the terms. Evan & Owen showed up on time the next morning and got right to work. Install looks fantastic! So impressed with work, I had Evan checkout a couple of plumbing items that were on the to-do list. He agreed to send me estimate over for this work & to get scheduled for later date. Our 12 year old water heater stopped working while we were out of town over the holidays. ProMax was recommended to us by a friend.
