I was extremely impressed not just with the work performed, but by the personal service we received. We are doing a bathroom remodel and had some delays at different points of the project, but Eric was patient with us and incredibly responsive when we needed him to come back and take care of different needs. He was extremely friendly, responsive to texts and emails, and did quality work. I would 100% recommend Falcon Electric and will hire them again if we have electrical needs.

UPDATE: It has been a few years, but this afternoon I was trying to do some minor electrical work myself and ended up losing all lights in my garage and attic. Eric was immediately responsive, helped me resolve my issues (without making me feel dumb for my errors!), and was genuinely kind and helpful. You cannot go wrong with Falcon Electric!

We asked Eric to complete several different jobs both inside and outside our home. He was prompt, very professional, hard working and had great communication. Eric also had great ideas for light fixtures and placement in our home and even helped us find the perfect outdoor light for our driveway. Most importantly, Eric was honest. The work stayed within the bid and there were no surprises.
Eric went above and beyond our expectations. If you’re looking for an excellent electrician, I would whole-heartedly recommend Falcon Electric.

Eric presented us with a reality to our vision of updated can lights vs fluorescent fixtures and he replaced a “misplaced-headbanger light”over our dining room table with a beautiful “no chain” chandelier!
Remodeling is not for the faint of heart!!! Eric was “no stress” to work with! He is confident and finds a way to succeed!
He also installed a ceiling fan with 4 attached led lights! This saved us adding any more lights in our family room.
Eric appreciated my husbands assistance and knowledge while accomplishing a days work with patience, respect, and cooperation.
It was a pleasure to have him in our home 😀.

I would give them a million stars if I could. Falcon did the electrical install for my hot tub on my patio. They went above and beyond to make it look beautiful -- they installed the wires behind my stucco siding (inside the eves) so there aren't any unsightly wires/tubing showing. We didn't need to dig a trench. They were punctual, extremely polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure the project was superior quality. They followed through from permit to inspection. Extremely competent. I would not hesitate to use them for another project. And the price was very reasonable.

The service tech, Jose seemed to go above and beyond. He was here for hours ensuring that his service was as effective as possible. He was very pleasant and thorough. Hopefully, this is the fix we needed for our heated floors.

JRT Mechanical is absolutely the best. There is no need to call anyone else. We have used them several times and we are always more than happy. They are on time, professional, and very pleasant and easy to work with. AJ, the plumbing tech who came out on this latest job was great. He was very knowledgeable, and kept us posted on every thing he was doing. The area was cleaned up nicely when he was done. We will always us JRT and will request AJ in the future.

JRT was awesome! We were owner builders of a 6,000 ft home and of all the subs we hired out they were my favorite! They came out everytime we asked even if it was for something quick, they were on time (never happend with anyone else) everyone that came was very friendly and super helpful, the only people I would give my list of things to and they always got done and without complaining. Couldn't recommend them enough! We asked 6 of our friends that had built for references and no one liked their Plummer, we used these guys and had the best experience! Thanks guys, you were 10/10

AJ & Eli came right over (within an hour of my call) to solve my pesky kitchen sink clog. Used a camera to located a GIANT grease ball a large distance from my sink. AJ knew his stuff and unclogged my mess. AJ was wonderful to work with. Kind, polite, direct and upfront on my options. LOVED the immediate service and the CUSTOMER service AJ provided. Highly recommended.

Jason and Lawson and Nathan were absolutely amazing helping me help a customer with electrical work on wiring a spa! The outstanding communication was wonderful! As well as the fast response and timing they had to get us on the schedule, I absolutely Recommend them for any work you need done!
