Best place to get Air Conditioner Run/Start capacitors in Tri-Cities. Also has just about everything you'd need for a restaurant from knives to fridges to toilet paper! These guys seem to have everything mechanical you might need!

I don’t know what his name is but we purchased a grill off that person that works there I don’t know if he is the owner or just a worker but we purchased the grill and took it to our restaurant and shortly after we left that same guy that had sold us the grill was trying to brake into our restaurant though the back exit. Luckily I had turned around to check if all the doors were locked and I caught him redhanded so any restaurant owners in the tricity area do not make the mistake to buy somthing off him.

You always love a place that is the only store in town that had just the HVAC parts you need in stock.
For me, that was Jones Supply.

Great service and knowledgeable technicians. The only HVAC company in the valley that I trust for advice, installation, service and repairs for all of my equipment.

Had another company quote fixing our heat pump and felt they were way off on price and not transparent on costs. Gave Pioneer Heating and Air a call. He came out the same day and gave me a much more reasonable price and was clear about what he would do and all of the costs. Heat pump is running great now! We will definitely give him a call again if we need any work on our HVAC system.

Had some issues and someone was at my house within the hour! Oly was very thorough and fixed the issue and was very detailed in explaining the mini split system. Very professional. Highly recommend.

We have been Air-Tech customers since 2009 when they installed our ground source heating and cooling system. Rocky, his office staff, and technicians have always been very professional, attentive to our needs, and punctual. We highly recommend Air-Tech....they truly care about their customers!!!

I am on their service maintenance program which is great. Air tech tracks the appointments and knows when the next service check for maintenance should occur. Peace of mind to know that I won't forget scheduling routine maintenance myself for the fall and summer. All of their technicians are knowledgeable,
polite, and professional.

You should hope you get to deal with the technicians and not the owner. The owner is judgmental and aggressive. My furnace recently went out so I requested a weekend warranty service call. A service technician called; I explained the symptoms; he said he'd be right over. 30 minutes later, the owner himself called. I thought that was kind of cool at first until he started asking me questions that when I gave a response to ended with the statement "well I have the right as the owner to deny warranty service." His claim was in response to my simply opening that front panel to see what I could see. I never touched anything. If they don't want us in there then they need to put a lock on it and stickers that say it'll void warranty but this is the common user access panel. The owner immediately jumped to the conclusion that because I had taken it upon myself to open that panel and look to see what I could see that I was making changes to the system. Apparently if you happen to think you have an idea about something the owner thinks you know too much and therefore he will deny warranty service calls.

Air Tech installed the HVAC system in my families home. Its been a year since, and I am always a stickler in doing yearly maintenance in every home we have owned. Christian came out today to take care of that yearly maintenance. Very professional, thorough, personable young man. Air Tech should be proud of him and I'd recommend Air Tech just because of Christian alone.

One winter morning when I got up, my house was only 58 degrees. I contacted Air-Tech at 6:00 a.m. and talked with one of the owners. Even though I wasn't a current customer, a technician was at the house at 7:30 a.m. and fixed the problem. Having it fixed so quickly was a huge relief especially since my husband was out of town for a few days. Everyone was very nice and professional. Needless to say, I'm now a loyal customer

When we bought our house, we had Air-Tech come out a few time for our older HVAC unit, they get it fixed in no time, every time! Definitely will always use their Preventative Maintenance program on any house we live at. Worth the peace of mind that if something goes wrong, they'll be out to take a look super fast. When it came to building our shop, Brent, the owner and Nick were amazing in helping us decide what would work best to install. Could not recommend to enough people. Install was quick and easy and the mini split Brent recommended works great! When it comes time to replace our old unit in our house, I know Brent and Air-Tech will be one quick phone call away!

Technician had the best customer service. Very professional and very personable. This makes me always return to this company and will be a long time customer. Technician deserves a raise, with his customer service, he will be bringing a lot of customers back.

Technician was very thorough and explained to me everything that he was doing. Explained the fresh air supply options on my system and checked my gas fireplace making sure gas was turned off. I was very pleased with the service.
