The tech were professional. Overall I have not had a good experience with this company. They are the installers for hvac system on my new home it often fail and nothing is covered with the warranty. So I get eye gouged every time they come out! I have to close certain vent to keep rooms cool and warm. It’s a huge mess.

Knowledgeable Tech. Great service. But we had to spend the night in 100° weather with no air conditioner because they are located in Pasco. I wish they had a local emergency service Tech that lives in Spokane. Isn't really emergency service if they can't get to you till the next day. Would have given 5 stars.

Called this morning, I was on their route told the two guys what it did. They opened my unit and knew exactly what it was and said they actually had the part on the van. I'm so very thankful. They fixed it I paid they sent my receipt and my house is cooling. Truly feeling thankful and blessed. I will never use anyone else. Reading back through all their reviews before I called my favorite thing about this company is their consistency for this many year's without faltering. Thank you Air Tech.

I like Air-Teck because they are very professional and they are honest and very reliable service. They explain what they are doing and they are not afraid of any challenges. Air-Tech misdiagnosed a problem with my two year old system that they installed in a new build home, which was very obvious once the heat pump was opened up. Tried to sell me on installing a new compressor when all the system needed was for the burnt wire that was installed improperly to be fixed. I tried informing their office of this via email and they will not respond to me.

Air-Tech installed additional heating/cooling in our house during an extensive remodel in 2019. When one of the newly installed units failed to work correctly, Air-Tech worked on the unit until it worked perfectly. All the folks at Air-Tech with whom we've dealt (please forgive any omissions or misspellings) have been great: Nick, Pablo, and Geri. Pablo performed our first regular maintenance with Air-Tech yesterday and was very thorough, informative, and a pleasure to have in our home. When he knew he was going to be a few minutes late arriving, he gave us a call. And Geri also gave us a courtesy call to ask if the visit was progressing as expected. We are very pleased with this company thus far.

Our AC went out last Sunday, which also happened to be the hottest day yet this year and Nick was at our house within 20 minutes and got us fixed up and running in no time! He did a great job for us, was super friendly and efficient! Highly recommend!

Excellent service throughout the entire experience. I received a call ahead of time letting me know when my technician would be arriving. They were on time, friendly, courteous, and professional. Their assessment was thorough and the results and recommendations were explained clearly.

Needed emergency repair for my AC unit in 107 temps and the height of their busiest season, but this wonderful company came to my rescue anyway! Brent was amazing and so kind coming out same day, and sending out the techs the very next day for a follow up appointment. We will continue to use this wonderful company!

The technician and assistant that came to my house today were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did they get my AC unit back and running, they set-up future troubleshooting methods to expedite and issues I might have. Great service and communication.

Christian and Jake were incredibly professional and provided great service. Appreciate the timeliness and their communication about all the issues with my system. Would not hesitate to use Air Tech again in the future. Highly recommend.

Uriel was amazing! He got straight to work and fix the problem in under 30 minutes and gave us a price that was way under what we had anticipated along with advice on how to keep the problem from happening again. The whole company as a whole was awesome with their call service from the time of the issue to it being fixed was less than 12 hours.

My heater stopped working in sun freezing weather and Air Tech was able to send a technician out on the same day I called and had it fixed in less than two hours.
Kevin was super helpful and did excellent work. The price was for parts and labor was very reasonable.

I would highly recommend Air Tech and will call them for all future services.

Airtech stopped seeing us as they weren't going to our area anymore for PM. I found out by accident when I was confirming my fall 2023 apt...they weren't even coming & I prepaid! They realized this & honored apt but seemed unconcerned they were upsetting me & others who rely on this service from what we thought was a trusted company. Lo and behold i see an A tech van today Oct 2024 in our area, I called & I felt I was getting the run around...obviously it's about $ not cus service as last yr they told me it was cost effective to continue coming out here. Bigger reward in loyalty, respect, cus service & in some cases more money...obviously inflation affects everyone & we all know why that is.. .but this company deflated our spirits by not telling us & then being non chalant about it! I found a company that cares & have passed on to others affect by air techs poor decision making by dumping on us

If I could give a higher rating I certainly would! Air-Tech is who put our system in and who we have had service it for 12 years. They are ALWAYS responsive, respectable, courteous and professional. I am so thankful they sent Christian out today to help us (again!). Thank you for always being here for us Air-Tech!

I had a very good first experience with this service tech. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained all his services as he was preforming them. And actually spent over an hour going through all his procedures, which was very unlike the 15 or 20 minute spent by my last hvac service provider. I highly recommend him and Air Tech.

We had a heating emergency over the weekend, Air-tech had an emergency line and someone to come out and look at our unit. He was able to fix it immediately and we thankfully didn’t have to go without heat for the weekend! Also, great prices- for after hours service, they are worth it!! Definitely recommend!

I have had trouble with my ductless system every year for the last 4 years. First year maintenence call, the issue was diagnosed with a patch job done. Second year, the same issue occurred and another patch job done. It then happened again, the third call a supervisor attended. We learned that the head of my ductless system was not mounted correctly. A new part needed to be ordered and installed. I called again today for the 4th year in a row. My system condensation was the worst it's been the last three years. It smelled burned. We looked into the system head and found the condensation hose burned through, a rock from landscaping used to try and again patch the issue. No new system has been offered, only patch job after patch job. After today's call I am at wits end with the ductless system and the services that my husband and I have received.

These guys are the BEST hvac company in the tri-cities. I called with an emergency because my a/c unit stopped working and they had a guy out first thing to not only get our unit working again but their staff is amazing to work with. They are professional, informative, and handled all our issues with a prompt response. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!. I won't go anywhere else!!! They make sure you know what's transpiring throughout their process and make you feel like family. Extremely pleased with their services.

It was pretty poggers but there was a moldy soda in the window soo...but you take the good with the bad kinda like yin and yang

They were extremely rude on the phone. I understand this is a busy time of year but my AC has never worked right in my brand new house installed by them and their inability to help is not good customer service. I am disappointed in how they handled the situation.
