I was very satisfied with Air-Tech. They were able to come out the same day I made my initial call. Within two days they were able to install an entire new HVAC system in my home.

We moved into a new home recently and Uriel and Zach quickly got our 2 gas fireplace units operating smoothly and completed maintenance on them. The rooms are nice and toasty now! The guys were courteous and answered all our questions on how to operate each system, I highly recommend Air-Tech.

Excellent service from Nick at Air Tech. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He also noticed that our gas fireplace was not properly running and took time to correct that situation and then clean the soot that had built up with in the unit. Nick also had helpful suggestions for our thermostat settings.

We had two Airtech employees show up to our place for our 1st preventative maintenance to deep clean our HVAC systems. They were respectful of our space … put on protective shoe covers to protect our floors … and cleaned areas after maintenance for our systems. The staff answered all of our questions and had a friendly/approachable demeanor. Overall good interaction. Will use again to prevent HVAC issues in the future.

Scheduling with this company went well … pleasant phone and email interactions. Staff assisted with registering equipment for warranty.

Air tech is who installed our system when our home was built, they offer two free maintenance routines to check up on the equipment and David Salinas was our service guy, he got here on time and went through the entire system and even cleaned some regardless of it looking fine just to be nice.
Went over everything with me after and was very professional and friendly the entire time!

I have regular seasonal care and had an issue about my heat pump defrosting. I called and they had someone out to help within 24 hours and it was all covered under the service plan. I also had several questions about how to make my house more efficient and they were calm with me and answered all my questions. Very great service and would recommend to anyone.

I called in the morning and Uriel and Juan were dispatched that afternoon. Had no heat, and Uriel troubleshot it and had me back to 100% working order after doing an excellent job of performing heat pump repair. Great professional and competent service!

Had them install a blower on my fireplace. First one malfunctioned and was replaced with a better model. Had issues with the second one making a severe rattling sound and after two visits were able to resolve the issue. Very friendly staff and would use them again for future work.

They decommissioned and installed seven used mini splits and four compressors in my commercial buildings. There was some miscommunication on placement of the units but we were able to communicate quite reasonably, correct the issues and the systems came out great. I appreciate the way Rocky worked with me and the great team he has put together. We are also able to get HVAC and stainless parts directly from them at reasonable pricing rather than paying the high shipping costs and facing difficult returns of online suppliers of these parts. The true measure of a company is how they handle things when they don't go right and they stepped up and made a happy customer here! I recommend them to anyone that asks.

I used Air-Tech services when my A/C went out and was glad I did! The tech that did the service (Christian Fabela) did an amazing job and was able to figure out the problem quickly! I’ve used other companies in the area before and Air-Tech is by far the best I’ve dealt with! I would highly recommend this company and I will continue to use Air-Tech services for any HAVC issues I have in the future!

Very professional and thorough, yet friendly. I look forward to developing a relationship with air-tech services. I've hired them for a twice yearly HVAC maintenance plan because they serviced the unit where I was renting. I was impressed by their sincerity and no hard sell approach.

Air-Tech maintains the HVAC systems they installed in my rental townhouse duplex. They are great to work with. I get reminder calls for the semi-annual maintenance they perform, and they know I provide my own filters to save dollars. The appointments are scheduled back to back to lesson my manager's involvement time. The service is completed in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost, and I get full reports for the completed work. I am pleased with their services and plan to continue using them at my rentals.

I left a review 1 year ago with this company as they were able to fix my AC unit. They said it was low on refrigerant but didn't know why. This go around it was having issues again and I had them come out. The service was sub par. They were supposed to come out between 3-5pm. Technician showed up at 10 am with no heads up or warning. Technician stated the unit would need a new coil and would take 2.5 hours to repair. The part is covered under warranty but my bill will still be $1300 for labor and refrigerant not including taxes. The Technician stated the unit would need 5 pounds of refrigerant and a cost of $45 per pound. So $225, plus the initial service fee of $125. This left a remaining amount of $950. $950 divided by 2.5 hours equals $380 an hour. I thought this was a bit extreme so I asked if they charged that. He stated I needed to speak with a manager to go over that. When I called the business they then switched to saying that I needed 25 pounds of refrigerant at $65 a pound and they were charging almost $400 for refrigerant. That math didn't math. They then switched to 6 pounds and the price difference was due to a pricing change they did a few months ago and the technician must be using the wrong price. They offered to use the $45 price per pound but insisted they needed to charge for 6 pounds in a 5 pound unit. Doing the same math I did earlier it left a remaining amount of $905 after the refrigerant. The manager now tells me it's not a 2.5 hour job as the tech said it's a 3.5 hour job. $905 (adjusting for the extra pound of refrigerant) divided by 3.5 hours is over $250 per hour. The manager stated they only charge $125 per hour. When I brought the fact that this math doesn't add up he started getting defensive and stating that the company has to make money and asking if I wanted an itemized list because he wouldnt send me one and recommending me to find another company. I stated I wasn't mad at them just the situation and lack of clear communication. I told them I felt like I was getting ripped off. If you care about your money and having a company work for you that you can trust I would encourage you to look elsewhere. If they said they charged $250 an hour and and that's why the price is that way I would consider using them. I would price check as well. But the fact that they lied and changed their tune several times over 3 conversations and everyone had something different to say left me unable to trust anything this company says.

Uriel was prompt, professional, and did a great job troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of my many issues. He was clear about both the near-term resolution and the long-term fix and the schedule to resolve the matter fully. He answered my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the AirTech service before he left.
