Called at 9 am tech. Michael arrived at 2 pm problem analized and repaired by 2:45. Hottest day of the year and Panchos came thru. Price was also very good. They are now my go to HVAC company.

They responded quickly, immediately identified and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. The repairman was friendly and professional. He did not try to pressure me into a new system like their competitors. I will use them in the future.

Ponchos is our go to Heating and Air guy. He or an employee have done several jobs now, from a simple blown fuse to 2 full HVAC installs with another full new system coming this year. I think he is fair with pricing and does a great job. It's so hard to find honesty and someone who has pride in their work; Poncho has both of these attributes. I have and will continue to recommend him to all my family and friends.

We appreciated the service agent that stopped by. He was professional and very amiable.

Our estimates are lost in the back log but will get to us soon we hope.

We called at noon and our system was up and running before 3. That’s saying something because we live in Othello. Our service tech Michael was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and fast. I was blown away. He had exactly the parts we needed (motor bearings, heat sensors) and had it fixed before we could stress. I highly recommend Poncho’s, they took the stress right out of what is usually a stressful process.

I almost hired these no good, tax avoiding company. I had called this company to come check out my heating/cooling unit. I know what I needed and told them if they could if it. They gave me a quote and i knew this was a great deal because i know other companies were a lot more expensive. The service call was $80. After a few days after agreeing on the quote I called and said what's going on. They replied that everyone was busy at the time. Let alone we were in september. I called again and again the same reply, everyone is busy. So I decided to go in and talk to them myself and see what's going on. I go in there waiting while the front girl is taking her sweet time smoking that cigarette. I mean they just opened. After speaking with her, they replied that there were other more important people to take care of first before me. So I said, so pretty much you guys took my money and never wanted to go back out. She responded with, pretty much. I walked out and called Campbell. It was $400 more but at least they came out and delivered what they said they were going to do.

Amazing customer service scheduling was so easy very informative and detailed in every part of service made sure I understood each step and walked me threw all my options fixed every thing plus more runs so much quieter and efficient now the installation was so clean and quick I highly recommend them!! every step of service was exceptional and above anything I could have imagined made my headache and horrible situation something I could managed and they made it easy for me call them for any of your needs

He was fast reliable and the jobs have been done well on time and on budget. I have used him a number of times and will continue to use his company. Just called last night as my furnace went out. Got a call at 7:30 AM and shortly after 8:15 my furnace is fixed. Does it get any better than that?

What a wonderful experience it was dealing with this company! We were 2 days away from closing on the sale of our home when the A/C stopped working. We called them and explained the situation and they were at the house within a few hours. Diagnosed, and repaired quickly! Thankfully, it was an inexpensive fix. Panchos is the best! Great prices and they are so friendly. They show up on time, very informative and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend them if you have any issues with heating.

I hate to leave a bad review. But I feel it’s deserved. I called for an estimate. But this company has no need for my business. They must have so much business that I don’t matter. I explained that I am closing on a house and I need the estimate before my closing date. But that since I am not in the house yet, my real estate agent needs to open the door and to be there (by law). Ponchos would not work out an appointment time. If I do not want a 3 hour window, they will not give me an estimate. Okie dokie.

We had Panchos put a new furnace in our home in 2018,and they were very professional and courteous, I would highly recommend them.

Our furnace was blowing a bad smell so I called Panchos at 7am this morning, 28 degrees outside and slick roads. Eric was here at 10am, found the problem and by chance had grabbed the right part before he left Panchos to come fix our furnace. They are awesome people and we live 64 miles from them and with the cold slick roads Eric came and was able to put the new part in and now we are warm and cozy. Thank you Panchos for taking the time to help us.

My husband and I have used their services before and they're such good people, good quality work and you can tell that they really care. We wouldn't use anyone else. They are very highly recommended.

Panchos has always been a pleasure to use. If the office staff doesn't know something, they will find out and give you a call back unlike other places in the Tri-Cities. Technicians have always been on time and professional. Most the time Panchos have been able to schedule same-day service. Pricing is fair, and they are not afraid to tackle on any job.

We are so impressed by the service we received that we are immediately switching to Pancho's from another company we've used for at least 13 years. Our furnace is in the crawlspace & we've been getting worrisome reports from the technicians servicing it. Needing a second opinion,
we received a recommendation for Pancho's. Michael put our minds at ease by assuring us that our system is functioning properly and there's no need to consider replacing it at this time. He took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. The customer service is superb.

I had Panchos come out to check my heater. After two visits they couldn't figure out the problem. They tried to sell me a whole unit for 15k. I called a for a second recommendation and I am glad I did. It was circuit board that installed cost less than $500. Works perfectly. If you use them and get a second opinion.

Our AC went out this summer and the house was so miserable. We got ahold of this company and literally the next morning they came out and fixed it. Tino was very thorough, fast, informative and respectful. He did great work and we were very happy! Definitely would recommend this company.

Highly recommend Panchos. Had them come to work on my dad’s air conditioning unit which was old. They replaced a part and works great! They do not pressure to replace the old unit like all other companies. They are resonable, honest and do fantastic work. We will not use anyone but Panchos!
