I had a great experience with this company. They fit me in the same day I called, came out promptly, and took care of the problem at a very fair price. The service tech Victor was knowledgeable and fast. Overall, I would definitely use them again for any electrical issues.

The process of having to have your ac, furnace, and hot water heater all replaced at once seemed daunting, but A-One came out and quoted me a reasonable price and a very honest invoice of what the cost breakdown was and offered a quick turn around.
The workers worked fast and had it all completed in just one day. Knowing that we dont have to worry about ac this summer is a huge relief.

Martin Quintero did an outstanding job doing some Sheetrock work for me after I had a pipe burst and had repairs to be done. He sheet rocked, textured and painted and did a great job making old and new match. Can’t recommend him highly enough. You won’t regret having Martin help you out. He’s the best!

Our tech Billy was great. A-1 installed our system back in 2019. An issue was recently discovered about the original ducting install requiring new work. A1 worked with us to get it resolved to our satisfaction without delay. Good to see a company stand by their work and their word.

HUGE shout out to the entire team at A*One for going above and beyond to meet our HVAC needs in a very short period of time. We called to schedule a system and duct cleaning after moving into our new house in Pasco. The scheduler (we did not get her name, but she was very friendly, courteous and efficient!) got us in contact with Nate the next day who found some time to visit us early, and we're glad he did! We moved in knowing our system was likely on its last legs. Nate's very thorough and detailed inspection, complete with pictures, identified several issues that need immediate attention (for context, I do have some experience in commercial facilities maintenance and HVAC servicing). Nate worked with us to get a quote for a new system that would meet all our needs and be within our budget AND could be installed in time to take advantage of expiring tax credits. The next day, Gustavo and Greg showed up at 8AM on the nose to begin work. In less than 10 hours, they had our old system removed and new furnace, blower, condenser and thermostat installed and retested, with the work site cleaned to look even better than when they started. All while taking every opportunity to give some love and pets to our "supervising" pitbull. We will definitely be setting up our routine service with A*One after this outstanding first impression! I had a wonderful experience with Martin Quintero. He was the technician that serviced my rooftop dryer vent. He was on time, very professional with outstanding customer service skills. He did the best job and the price was reasonable! I would highly recommend Martin for any of your HVAC needs.

I called A-One Refrigeration and Heating today because we had a smoke detector that was continuously chirping, even after we replaced the backup batteries. I called them because I frequently see their vans in my neighborhood. I explained what was happening and was promptly scheduled for an appointment same day. I received a call from Taylor R. maybe 20 minutes later and he said he would be right over. He reviewed the situation and made the recommended course of action. He was very helpful and spoke in terms that I could understand. Will definitely recommend A-One and Taylor R. Thank you.

When we booked an air duct cleaning and Nate came out to take a look, it was clear that our system needed replacing. Nate treated the conversation with professionalism and care. His assessment was thorough, and he took the time to explain his findings in technical and layman's terms. He took care of the financing paperwork and set up the appointment for the installers to come in. He made sure he recommended a system that would suit our needs, then let us make the final decision. Gustavo and Greg, the technicians, arrived two days later and grinded through one of the coldest days we've had so far this year to remove the old equipment and install the new equipment. They were professional, pleasant and very hard-working. The whole process took about 9 hours. Near the end of the install, Tyson checked in to make sure everything was meeting our satisfaction. Once the heater kicked on, we knew we'd made the right choice. I cannot recommend A-One enough. They are fantastic. And we will have nice, cozy winter and cool, refreshing summer.

Taylor was great! Very informative. We had some safety issues with our existing electrical panel. He bent over backwards to make things work for us. He even helped us work with insurance so it was affordable.

A-One reached out with a great maintenance deal. They had Billy come out to take a look at our system and first off Billy was super professional and easy to work with. He was able to help with any questions or concerns that we had and was able to tell us what updates were needed and will be using them for the work to update the duct system. Just super easy to work with will refer them to friends.

I set up an appointment through Home Depot and the technician that came out (Carlos) was very pleasant to deal with. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and get my air conditioner back up and running quickly. Anything he noticed that was going to need attention in the future he shared with me and we ended up taking care of that too. Not that I want to have AC problems in the future, but if I did, they would have my return business in a heart beat.

The tech that came out was Steve. He was great! He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. He was very friendly, polite and professional! Because of Steve’s courteous and thorough service, we signed up for a yearly maintenance plan to keep our system running smoothly.

Called them for duct cleaning and they did an amazing job! I work from home and they were on time, considerate and very efficient with time. Their communication was great throughout the process. They were detailed on their explanation so I could understand, made it super simple. Total quality and I totally recommend.

Steve called before heading my way...he arrived earlier than expected, which is a plus for me, completed the repair in less than an hour. He is Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, effective and friendly! He walked me through everything that was repaired and I couldn't be happier! I cannot recommend highly enough!

I have a home warranty that dispatched Total Quality for an issue with my A/C. They called to schedule an appointment quickly and were able to come out within a couple days (I waited until late Friday to request service and they came out Tuesday). I was told a technician would be at my residence between 3 and 5 PM. Steve arrived around 3:20 and had the issue figured out, resolved, and double checked within 20 minutes. He was very polite and professional. He thoroughly explained what was broken, what he did to fix it, and to make sure there were no other issues. I would highly recommend Total Quality!!

He and his team were then able to fix the issue efficiently and economically. I was so pleased I joined their maintenance program. Steven has been the person for the service and also identified a unique issue with the fireplace. This was corrected and improved and I have been very pleased with all of his attention to detail and folllow-up. He is professional and I have recommended him and the service to others. He is backed by a good team in the office who are helpful and patient too.

This was the best service I’ve had for my system in a long time. On time, courteous and very well informed about my fireplace and my heating system. Did the repairs necessary and didn’t try to sell me more. Made some recommendations per my request about a blower for my fireplace and also per my request upgrading my old space guard filter box to a more efficient one. I was really impressed with Steve the technician. He knew his stuff and explained things to me as he went through what he’d done and why. I saved so much money on the fireplace repair And maintenance package for my heating and air that I’m able to go ahead and get the blower for the fire place and conversion for the heating and the air unit. I had my entire furnace and AC installed which was completed in two days time. The crew worked diligently having to deal with a tight space where my 20 year old unit once was. I can honestly say the crew did an amazing job overall and the work looks great.
