Great experience. Went through my home insurance and received a call from Total Quality Air. Steve came out the next day and was very thorough troubleshooting the issue. Not only did he fix the issue, but educated me on the functionality of my system. Very professional and outstanding service! Thanks again!

Of course the temp is 1 degree and the auxiliary heat will not come on. We are freezing and my 86 year old mother lives with us and I’m so worried. We call a company who send out a rep and he spends an hour then finally throws up his hands and gives up. The next day we call two other places and both basically said they couldn’t help us without even trying! Incredible!!! Then we call Total Quality Air and they send out Jose within 30 minutes. He spends 2 hours under our house in frigid temps and will not give up until he gets us up and running. I was really worried about him in those single digit temps but he told me he wasn’t gonna leave us without heat… and he didn’t. Thank God for Jose who understands what true customer service means! Total Quality Air, thank you for sending Jose to us. Please give him a raise!

Great Experience with Carlos he helped us out in repairing out heat pump that went out, he Communicated well, very knowledgeable we would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs their AC repaired

Thank you so much Total Quality Air! I called around to have my AC checked out. It went out unexpectedly. Most places did not even answer or return my call. Total Quality not only treated me like their favorite customer but did an amazing job!! He found the problem within minutes of being at our home. He had the part ON HAND!!! And he still looked over everything else that would have been checked in my service call. I definitely got my money’s worth. Steve was not only professional but Knowledgeable and helpful! Rosie has been a delight to work with. We had a complicated claim with Fidelity home warranty and parts that aren't readily available since our furnace is older. She has been a Rockstar at communicating with me and our home warranty as well as getting our heat pump fixed.

Carlos was great! Quick service at home for a known factory make issue for our cooling system in our home. He was very knowledgeable,and helpful. We hope to get this resolved soon. Great service at the office too!

Assigned these contractors through my home warranty. They were very fast and efficient, Jose was friendly and thorough, he took the time to make sure I fully understood the issues. Would work with them again definitely!

We were assigned this company through our home warranty. Our AC broke in the middle of a 109 degree heat wave. They weren’t able to schedule appt for 6 days which we were understanding about despite the heat and having 2 young children at home. When they arrived they stated the unit was frosted and should have been unplugged (which we weren’t told to do) and said it would take 2 days to defrost. At the time I remained optimistic about there work due to the reviews I’ve seen but we later found out by two other companies in the area that it takes less than two hours to defrost. Nowhere close to two days. When a different tech came back two days later he noticed the first tech forgot to unplug the unit despite saying he did so it was still frosted. That was day 9 of no AC for us. He told us he would be back in the afternoon. Then when we called the office they stated he couldn’t come back for 4 days. At this point we took matters into our own hands and called a reputable company on our own dime who came out within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem and resolved it within 48 hours. We found out through the warranty company that they get to keep the $125 service fee if they physically show up to the house even if they don’t fix anything. I would not recommend this company to anybody, friend or enemy. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because the front desk girl/scheduler was very apologetic and kind.

Carlos did a great job coming to inspect our system! He was very friendly and knowledgeable ! Definitely will be requesting him if we need them to come out again !

Had Carlos from Total Quality come out for a maintenance and inspection of our HVAC and he did an amazing job. He even went as far as doing some extra maintenance items on our system that wasn’t part of our service because he knew it would benefit the system. Very knowledgeable in what he is doing all while providing value. I will definitely be hiring Total Quality again!

I would give them six stars if I could. Blas and his team are knowledgeable, dedicated, hard working guys. We had a capacitor go out after multiple days of 100 degree temps and our thermostat was reading 86. Total Quality Air showed up same day and had our AC fixed in 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced as well, don’t hesitate to call.

He did a amazing job and was very thorough and even gave me instructions on what to do and who to call if it happened again!

The service man was very professional I feel he asked all the questions he would need to properly diagnose what my problem was with my air conditioning unit. He troubleshooted, tested my concerns and was able to find an issue we have been dealing with for over a year! This is the 3rd company to come out to my house under warranty! (The service cost adds up $) Carlos was in and out within 45 minutes! Again, very professional and detailed in his steps on what he was doing and why.
