Responded to emergency call very quickly, very courteous and thorough in explanations. Very knowledgeable.

These guys spent all of 15 minutes "fixing" my ac. Found a bad part, replaced it and left. I recalled them because the unit was making strange noises and not working. The fan barely spinning. They came out again (I wasn't home my adult daughter was) and said there unit was too big for the house so my home warranty wouldn't fix it. They said they only count one floor as the size of the house. My house is 2350 square feet of livable space. There are vents both upstairs and downstairs. I have a 6 ton unit. I am getting a second opinion on diagnostics and will update when I do. It just seems like they only do a good job with private pay based on reviews.

Carlos and Gio came out to diagnose our outdoor AC unit as it was not running at all. They diagnosed the problem, got the system working again, and educated us as to how we can ensure the problem doesn't happen again.

Carlos was absolutely incredible, my HVAC wasn't working correctly and he found and fixed the problem in absolute record time. Especially for a last minute Saturday afternoon call. Would absolutely recommend for any issues!

This company knocked it out of the park with their expertise and customer service. Steve is highly skilled, knowledgeable and kind. When our hvac system croaked right before the oncoming high temp days, he worked quickly to set up temp ac in the house and order a new system best suited for our house. Rosie at the office made it all happen behind the scenes and the work crew guys were outstanding. Highly recommend this company for their expertise and excellent service.

Let me start off by saying I am a very tough customer to please.

I ordered a brand new HVAC system to be installed in my house from scratch, all new ducting, new vents, new air handler... EVERYTHING!

The units I had chosen to be installed weren't going to be available for months, so Total Quality Air opted to upgrade the units while maintaining the promised estimated install price and time-line.

Their techs then toiled away in my sweltering attic for two weeks to get everything installed properly. They then went back over their work to make sure everything was up to standard and to my satisfaction.

All this while dealing with a picky, stubborn and impatient customer breathing down their necks (me).

They earned their 5-star rating from me. I look forward to many years of continued relationship with this company and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Just had a seasonal service done and the 2 techs showed up and where friendly and knowledgeable, we had great conversations as they where doing a thorough job. So happy with the professionalism thank you so much.

Carlos and Gio came to do a preseason check of our heating system. They were professional and friendly, and answered my many questions.
