Electrical reviews in Puyallup, Washington

Outstanding experience with HB electric. My wife and I needed two outlets installed in our garage for new garage door openers, and also help troubleshooting why a circuit kept breaking in our house, and relocating one fluorescent light fixture in our garage.

Lexi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Bryan came out to do the free estimate and identified why our circuit breaker was popping within minutes of being at the house. This was something I had been trying to determine for months with a general contractor, family and friends. I should also mention that another electrician company we had come out for an estimate was going to charge "$395" to troubleshoot but that's all they said. $0 charged for troubleshooting by Bryan, he identified the problem within minutes.

Bryan suspected that the garage door tech we had hired to install the garage doors had put a lag bolt through some wiring in the garage ceiling. He crawled up in the attic (while here only on an estimate, not actually a contract yet) and sure enough that was it.

All said and done HB was out a week later and all work was completed within a couple hours for a significantly less price than quoted by the other electric company. Not just significantly less, but HB's price seemed entirely reasonable and I was happy to pay them every penny for such quality and professional work.

Then Lexi called to schedule an inspection for the work that had been completed, the job passed inspection with flying colors, and now we're good to go!

I can't thank Bryan, Lexi and everyone else at HB electric enough. Professional, courteous, communicative, proactive, experienced, and better priced. We will definitely be using them again for any future electrician needs. Thank you so much!

When we need electrical work done, we always go with HB first, in the past several years Brian and his team have been outstanding. They are experts in their field ( in every aspect). We know when we call HB , from start to finish, everything is done right, from the office staff to the electricians sent to our home, we have always been highly satisfied. Thank you. Sincerely, J.Keeys

Bryan, Jennifer and Kate are all rockstars! I've used these guys on several occasions on my rentals and they've never let me down! They're easy to schedule, the job gets taken care of in a timely fashion and I never have to worry about any electrical issues because of them! Prices are competitive and if you're looking for someone you can trust, HB is your team! Highly recommend to anyone who needs an electrician!

These guys are great! Jenn was very responsive to my communications requesting and modifying our quote. Bryan came out to do the work and I couldn't be happier. The quality and service was top notch. Bryan was very knowledgeable about working in old homes. He was a great communicator when I had a question and was collaborative when an issue came up. Now that I've found these guys and they made it so easy, it makes fixing the other quirks in this old house a lot more tempting. I'll be recommending them to friends/neighbors and will be bringing them back for more work in the future.

Fast, professional, Bryan was great! He saved the day.

We have used HB electric many times for personal and business projects. They are absolutely amazing, great customer service and high quality work. 10/10 recommend!

HB was a great company to work with for some basic outlet repairs for my dryer outlet. I called a few other businesses but all had longer wait times and higher service call prices. Their techs arrived on time and were finished after about 15 minutes. I probably could have done the repair myself, but I'd rather trust professionals when it comes to electrical instead of taking the risk of doing it myself. It's not cheap to have professionals come out, but it was well worth the price.

Bryan and Jenn were great to work with. Responsive to my questions and changes. HB reached out when they had a cancellation and we were able to get our new circuit for car charging sooner. Great team and will recommend to anyone looking for electrical work.

I can’t say enough good things about HB. Our house lost power and they came to the rescue. Bryan quickly identified the issue and wasted no time in getting it fixed. I’m extremely grateful for their help and would certainly recommend them. Thanks again Bryan and Jen!

Don't hesitate to call this company. Our encounter from start to finish was excellent. From the owner coming out to review what we needed, to the crew who came, we were met with professionalism, kindness(we needed suggestions on placement for our lighting fixtures), patience, and so knowledgeable! I honestly cannot say enough except that we appreciate this team coming to provide the service they did. We are still talking a week later of the great job they did, cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended, look no further! We won't hesitate to call them in the future.

Rashid Tehaleh here! Brian x2 Heartfelt Admiration for HB Electric Solutions Inc.

I recently had the pleasure of working with HB Electric Solutions Inc., and I must say, their reputation and professional work truly precede them. They installed a complete NVR-rounded home security system at my home, and the results were nothing short of amazing.

From the very start, they impressed me with their punctuality and professionalism. The entire team worked seamlessly, ensuring that everything was done in sync with the flow of the project. The quality of the bodywork they provided was simply exquisite, showcasing their attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Not only was the work of the highest standard, but their prices were also incredibly affordable, making it an exceptional value. I wholeheartedly recommend HB Electric Solutions Inc. to anyone in need of electrical work. Trust me, choosing them will be the best decision you make.

Thank you, HB Electric Solutions Inc., for a job well done!

HB Electric Solutions is fantastic! They're friendly, courteous and professional. Their competitive pricing, attention to detail and ability to get the job done quickly makes it easy for me to know who to call for all my electrical projects. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends and will call upon them for any future needs.

Brian from HB Electric Solutions was fantastic. Super professional and knowledgeable. He was able to come in and give an accurate quote and made suggestions for what to change about my request to make it less expensive and more reliable.

The team got to work, did a great install job. They paid attention to details and made sure the installation was plumbed and level where the conduit was run. They also performed two extra tasks that wasn’t on the original quote. The total still came in less than quoted (I did have them run fewer circuits).

I loved that Brian has rough estimates on the site public for you to view. Other companies keep this a secret and oh wow the sticker shock. The team also was happy to answer any questions I had as they went about their tasks.

So friendly and professional, I highly recommend them for any electrical job you have!

The team at HB Electric Solutions is amazing! We requested a quote and were so impressed with their timely response, professionalism and competitive pricing that we've added several additional projects. They provided outstanding customer service; friendly and courteous. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends and will call upon them for any future needs.

Brian, Brian & Ethan. Thank you. This is something that I have needed to have done for some time. I felt comfortable that you knew exactly what you were doing.

HB Solutions is a great company to work with. I had my service done quickly and at a reasonable price. The heater replacement for my elderly mother went smoothly. Thank you so much!

HB Electric Solutions is great. I needed help converting from a gas to electric range. They were the first to respond to my inquiry, and the first to schedule for a quote. Turns out the wiring was already run and just needed to be connected with a new breaker in the service panel. Bryan had us up and running in 15 minutes. Knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. I will certainly be giving him a call if I ever need an electrician again, and absolutely recommend him.

We have used HB Electric for many projects around the house over the years. Brian updated our 1980's electrical panel, and most recently ran the electric for our new hot tub. He is a master of his craft. As a company they are very helpful and kind!

If I could give more stars, I would. Outstanding work! I'd just moved into a new home (fixer upper) and needed the Electrial panel to to code. Brian (owner) came out and gave me the best qoute out of three companies. He showed up with the other Bryan and they knocked it out expeditiously. Got it up to code and came back a couple weeks later and installed two 20amp outlets in my garage. We definitely have a few more projects and HB Electric will be doing the work. If you're looking for a damn good deal with professionalism look no further.....Also customer service was A1!!!!

Omgeez! I am a satisfied customer and super pleased with the work Byran did....Thank you HB Electric Solution and thank you Byran again for your amazing work.

HB Electric does outstanding work! Very reasonable prices and very professional. My go-to electrical team!
