Khamani did an excellent job servicing our heat pump and furnace. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the condition of the system and what to expect going forward. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Was so very pleased Brett listened to what we needed and where the problem was. We had another company come out not listen to us and charge us $800. I would highly recommend Taylor heating for hvac services again. Pictures below is the tubing chewed up and the other 2 is after with pvc repair. Very pleased.

Hands down the beat HVAC techs ever! I was able to get a same day appt to have my system inspected due to an odd smell. Blake was my tech and he was informative, kind, and professional. They also offer a good deal on a maintainable plan. 10/10 would recommend!

Highly recommend. Did honest work for my elderly father, and charged very fairly. Had a room lose power, he traced the hot wire that had come out from under a wire nut in the two gang outlet box in our bathroom. Appreciate the speedy work, and good prices. Worker was polite and tolerant of my father's story telling hahah thanks again, we will contact Taylor Electric in the future with any issues we have.

I had an excellent experience with Darin for my HVAC system service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my time and home. He explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood what was being done. I truly appreciated how thorough and careful he was, and he completed the job efficiently without cutting corners.

Darin from Taylor Heating & AC came out to take a look at my furnace condensate pump and was excellent. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what my options were. I really appreciated his straightforward advice and professionalism. Great experience overall — highly recommend.

We had Christian and Tyler come out and install a new electrical box and charger for our electric car. I asked a question about the lighting in the garage and Christian was quick to give us a quote For lights with bulbs that will never need to be changed. They were incredibly professional and meticulous about their work. Claudia at the office was also incredibly helpful and was very pleased with all the assistance we got.

I had a brand-new Daikin HVAC system installed by this company about six months ago, and the experience has been very disappointing. During installation, they mistakenly installed the wrong furnace. The quote I approved clearly listed a variable-stage furnace, but they put in a single-stage model instead. Thankfully, I checked the model number myself and caught the mistake—otherwise, I might never have known. To their credit, they did replace it with the correct variable-stage unit afterward.

Fast forward six months, and now I have a water leak coming from the bottom of the new furnace. I called for service, but they said they couldn’t come out for three days—meanwhile, my garage floor is pooling with water. After all this, I truly regret choosing this company for my installation.

On the other hand, I would like to leave a great review for my sale consultant. My experience with sale consultant is nothing but phenomenal. Tyler is my sale consultant and he is a great person. He is very communicative and apologetic on everything else that was going wrong which was out of his hand.

From the moment I called them to the end I got great service. Claudia J answering the phone was always respectful and very helpful. And then Nar L the sales rep was very knowledgeable. I had Tyler J, Danny F and Jonathan H the electricians all here. Again very respectful and knowledgeable. Mathew B and Sam N worked on the HVAC. I sure hope I didn’t miss anyone. My heater went out January 3rd (Happy New Years to me). I called around and really no one could come out til the 5th. I went with Taylor’s cause it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to check it out. I felt very comfortable with them from the first phone call. They had additional work to be done so it did take a little longer to get it all done. I had decided a long time ago if my heater went out I would put Air Conditioning in. My heater was put in on the 7th so I wasn’t without heat for to long. This company is great to work with. Another thing I liked was when a service person was coming out they would text you with a picture of them and a little background. Great communication with all of them.

I do not recommend Taylor Heating. Please be cautious and record them while they are working on your home. Communication was very poor—every time I needed an update or correction, I was told they were “in a meeting all day.”

They made mistakes and did not take responsibility or fix them promptly. I had to repeatedly call just to remind them that there was still unfinished work at my home, which was a complete waste of my time.

I originally went with this company based on good reviews, but my experience was the opposite. I gave them extra time to correct their mistakes, and I will update this review if they actually follow through—but as of now, they have been unreliable and unprofessional. ☹️
Update: they finally Takecare of us! I still give 3 star, the price is reasonable that I truly appreciate. I hope they don't ignore us again, specially we paid in full.

I've had Taylor out to the house a couple of times now working on diagnosis of a heating problem. I've appreciated the Consultative, friendly approach that Chad has. Darren came out the second time and clearly has a lot of expertise. I've had four HVAC companies diagnosing my older leaking heat pump system. So far, Taylor has been the best overall to work with and provide the most reasonable options.

New Heat pump and furnace install went really well. The techs were there on time, the installation was reasonably fast, and the system is a lot better than what they replaced. The installation looks clean and on purpose. Plus Danny, Z, and David were very proffessional, helpful, and pleasant. I definitely would recommend these guys!

Excellent service. In the midst of a remodel and needed some duct repairs completed right away. They were able to schedule a technician quickly and get the work done. Khamani was very knowledgeable, professional and found creative solutions for this old house. Will definitely request him again when we need more work done. A+++

Their leadership team stepped in, listened carefully, and committed to addressing every concern. They have agreed to correct and resolve all outstanding issues, which truly demonstrates accountability and pride in their work.

That level of follow-through and customer commitment is the mark of an outstanding company.

The installers Zachary Nestegard and Blake Oliver, along with Dan the electrician, were courteous and hardworking on site, and we appreciate their efforts. Most importantly, the company’s willingness to stand behind the job and make things right earned our confidence.
