I had my HVAC unit serviced and received exceptional customer service. Jacob was helpful and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. I’ve always had a wonderful experience with Taylor.

Jacob did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently, and he made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. It’s great to have a technician who is both skilled and courteous. Highly recommend Jacob for any HVAC needs.

Jacob was wonderful. He came in and knew exactly what he was doing. He was polite and professional, and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and allow for easy operation of my heating and cooling in the future. The remote control was Intimidating and confusing, but he went above and beyond to make sure I got it.
He was friendly and respectful and an excellent representation of your company.

Unprofessional. Showed up an hour late and expected to still do the job. I called Bob’s heating and cooling instead. Could’ve at least shot a text or made a quick call when they realized they were going to be late and gave us the option to reschedule before showing up so late. I have zero patience for that. I understand things come up, but a text message takes 5 seconds and shows professionalism and courtesy.

After a mishap during appliance installation, we had to contact an electrician to ensure our electrical was still viable in the dishwasher location. Danny came out to our home, tested the wires and confirmed they were still viable. He also taught my husband and I a lot about our electrical panel. Danny explained things clearly, worked efficiently, and helped us figure out which breakers were connected to various parts of the house. We so appreciate his customer service and his support with this job!!

Christian did an extraordinary job with replacing our thermostat and fixing our heater! Wonderful and excellent service 😀

Darin was very professional and diagnosed my furnace issue and gave me multiple options on how to get it back to working. I agreed to the option i wanted and he set in in motion straight away. I appreciated Darin friendliness and he indeed has one of the best beards i have seen. I normally dont comment on facial hair but his was spectacular ✨️ 🧔😍 🙌

Brett came by on Monday to analyze an issue with the furnace not working. Identified that the blower was the issue, and had been leaking oil. Replacement parts were ordered and by Thursday morning the repair was complete. Very friendly technician that knows his stuff and laid out all of our options.

Blake came out to the maintenance and wow we were blown away. Professional, prompt and the single best communicator I have ever met. He needs a Taylor branded cape for saving so many people. Awesome beard too.

We had a great experience with Taylor Heating, especially Nar, David, and Z. They came out to provide a second opinion after a larger company quoted us an extremely inflated price and gave us information that turned out to be dishonest. Nar, David, and Z were upfront, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was actually going on with our system. They were professional, respectful of our home, and efficient with their work. It was clear they valued honesty and customer trust over upselling. We are so grateful we got a second opinion and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest HVAC service.

So happy to be thawing out rn. Thank you, thank you! Tuesday this week, my furnace went out. I was flabbergasted. This house is 50 years old, the audacity. They came out same day to diagnose and hatch a plan. Im ballin ona budget these days, and they worked miracles. Thank the lawd. Friendly and respectful, and I have peace of mind now.

Great service! The techs were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The area around both units is clean and looks tight. 😁 They worked within the small space they were given. I am very pleased with everything. Thank you for making this process easy.

I was pleased with our initial furnace maintenance service then later our new furnace installation, too. David, Z, Dakota, Danny, and Darin were all courteous and conscientious. I didn't take them up on the offer for the fanciest furnace or, at the time of the installation, an add-on of a power surge protector. The office staff was friendly and helpful, too, answering all my questions and keeping in touch. I'd recommend Taylor.

Christian and Cody arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed an issue with one of our wall heaters that had stopped working. They identified the problem fast and walked us through solid options for getting it fixed. They also took care of two non‑working GFCIs and installed a surge protector in our electrical panel. We’re truly grateful for how friendly, efficient, and communicative they were throughout the entire visit. I would definitely recommend Taylor Heating, cooling, plumbing, and electric.

Tom and his partner were incredibly professional and polite while replacing our ducting and furnace. They knocked everything out in a timely manner with quality work and cleaned up after themselves when done.

Tyler Hawkins was our heating technician. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very professional. He was outstanding in every area of his job. Next time I call in for a service, we would love to have him be our technician again. We called the Puyallup office and sent him right out, no waiting for an appointment especially when our heater had stopped working. He explained everything to us in a way that could understand what he was doing.He order the part early on Wednesday and came back on Thursday morning to install it and restored our heat. So glad Tyler works for you! Thanks again for the quality in service and care! We are happy that Gene Johnson put in our heater and air conditioner. We wouldn’t call anyone else except for Gene Johnson.

Taylor Heating and AC is fantastic! Blake did a great job fixing our furnace. He even had to leave to get a part and came back to finish it, which he didn’t have to do. He could have had us reschedule, but that was really thoughtful of him.

I had a great experience with Taylor’s Heating and Plumbing. They were professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. Pricing was a bit higher, but it came with real peace of mind knowing the job was done right. The work isn’t 100% completed yet, but they’ve communicated the delays clearly and walked me through the next steps, which I really appreciate. Management even came out to check on the team and brought them lunch, which shows they really care about their people and their customers.

I also got quotes from three other competitors, and none could match their warranty or financing options. Just make sure to call and ask about it—they partner with two different financing companies and the terms can vary. Overall, excellent customer service and quality workmanship so far. I highly recommend them to anyone needing heating or plumbing services!

Brett did an excellent job fixing our HVAC system and installing a new thermostat. He was great to work with and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing throughout the process, which we really appreciated. He also explained the benefits of their membership and made sure we understood our options. Before finishing up, Brett double-checked the system to ensure everything was working properly. Overall, a very thorough and positive experience. I would definitely recommend Brett and the team.

Vernon was absolutely a hero regarding repairing our electrical issues, he was prompt, respectful, personable, and very knowledgeable. A quote was provided for work and the final balance wasn’t a penny more than the estimate, which is rare these days. He made sure I was aware the work comes with a one year warranty and to contact them if any issues arise. He provided his company email so I will have an easy way to communicate with him directly should any questions arise. I appreciate having someone that is familiar with the situation vs sending a different technician, saving time. Additionally, Vernon walked me through all the care instructions for the new equipment installed to make sure I fully understood & felt comfortable before leaving. Lastly, before leaving, he insisted on cleaning up the floor despite me saying he could get back in the road and I’d handle it. Very pleased and will be using, again, in the future for our electrical needs. It’s one of the first companies I’ve done business with this year that I felt were honest and had great customer service from my first call to when the service was completed. Thank you!!!

Had a mini- split unit installed and the sudden warmth in the room far from heat was amazing. The whole crew was beyond amazing. David, Danny, Dakota, and Z were wonderful! Thanks for another great job from a great company!
