Ranger Heating did an outstanding job from start to finish. Donny was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward a furnace that fit both our budget and the needs of a family of five with allergies. He recommended adding the CleanEffects filter and an air scrubber, and even after just one week we can already feel a noticeable improvement in our home’s air quality.

Jacob and Jackson handled the removal and installation, and their work was excellent—efficient, clean, and very professional. They walked us through everything afterward and made sure we were fully set up with the new thermostat, which we really appreciated.

I can’t remember the scheduler’s name, but she deserves credit too. She was extremely understanding and helped us get rescheduled quickly during a stressful situation with our old furnace going out.

I had received a recommendation from a family member about their positive contact with the Ranger sales representative. After having the same experience, we replaced our original 33-year old furnace.
Installers arrived on time, ready to go. They were very polite, introduced themselves and provided several updates throughout the process. They left all of their work areas spotless prior to their departure. Shoe covers were worn while inside during thermostat install, entering/exiting crawlspace, etc. (Also, I was impressed with how well the two technicians worked as a team, along with their level of professionalism).
The digital upgrade (to 21st century) thermostat class was provided in full simple detail, after install. (Thank goodness for the "+/-" buttons for temperature control!). They went over the filter change schedule and final service paperwork was explained.
I was very pleased with my product right away. I have noticed that our house is alot warmer during the first 30 minutes since install and the preset is still just under 70 degrees!

Jason provided outstanding customer service: came over and provided post installation instruction on the thermostat, the thermostat app, furnace, and heat pump.

He was absolutely thorough and corrected an initial set up, so I now have the ability to use the automatic feature on thermostat.

Exceptional service!! Tech (Jason Flynn) that came out was so knowledgeable and ended up saving me lots of money; like 24k; when another company tried to sell me a completely new system and it did not need at all. Heat Pump runs like new; thank you Puyallup Heating and Jason Flynn. Jason Flynn really should really have a HVAC school. The man is outstanding in troubleshooting, repairs, install and customer service. Or at the least, train all new/ supervise in the field. Cannot say enough. With a team like Katy and Jason at the helms; you cannot go wrong with this company!!

Had an unfortunate issue when my furnace failed after 19 years - a good run IMO - and needed to replace. I called a few local HVAC companies and scheduled estimates as well as requested referrals from some colleagues. Puyallup Heating and A/C was one of the referrals and I can see why! The estimator was the most professional and least aggressive of all four who we had over, he didn't push their extra services that were unnecessary as others did and had the best price! They scheduled install and the team was awesome - showed up on time, were courteous and moved their truck to the street after unloading the necessary items (most others leave it in the alley and block trash pickup). During the installation they kept us informed of the progress and timeline, wore booties when in the house and cleaned up all materials after done. While it's never a fun experience dealing with an issue like this, the professionals at Puyallup Heating and AC made it much easier.

Donald came out and serviced our furnace in Graham. He was friendly and professional. Will use their services in the future!

Maintenance person (Donald) was prompt, efficient and very helpful. Answered all questions I had, explained what he was doing, and gave options on further maintenance.

A few years ago we had them install a new heating and cooling system along with a new hot water tank. Recently I had them out to provide a service check on our heating and cooling system and once again I was very impressed with the their service. The technician was very thorough. I will be using them again.

Great Experience!

We had a new furnace, air conditioner and heat pump installed by this firm. Their sales and administrative staff are friendly and well informed. The installers that completed our installation (Todd Riddle, James Grover and Deven Lambert-Heath), completed their work in a friendly and efficient manner. Our unit required a difficult installation and it took place on a very warm day. These three individuals outdid themselves, they are true professionals.

This is the second time I’ve had to call on Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning. Once for a service and again today for repair. Both times they were incredibly quick to respond - scheduled the service quickly and had a repair man sent the same day for my current issue. In addition, both times, they sent their technical rep Anthony Martin. I am beyond impressed with his knowledge, Customer Service, and willingness to answer questions and explain all the details related to his findings. I’m likely going to have to replace my system but I feel much more confident with this company and the tech rep involved. Thank you, Anthony!

I had annual maintenance done on my furnace on August 5. Jason Flynn did the job. He is very friendly, polite, and professional. When I do next year's annual maintenance, you can send him out again!!

I will start with that I would prefer not to talk about the installation. However, service after the installation has been great. Jason Flynn really knows his stuff. I explain the issue, and he figures out what may be causing the problem right away. An excellent journeyman to his trade and to have on the team. His fantastic attitude and smile are very much appreciated.

I recently had a heat pump and new water heater installed. From the initial quote visit to the installation - everyone at Puyallup Heating & Cooling took great care of me. The installation team was fantastic - so impressed with their professionalism, efficient, quality & clean work, kindness and just overall great service. Mark, James, Todd & Deven were at my house most of the day and vibes were fantastic. No raised voices or any drama that was noticed by me - they were laughing and joked around. They didn’t act rushed or seem like they were in an hurry. They took their time showing me all of the work they did and how to use the system - this was part of their normal process, I didn’t even need to ask. They annswered all my questions without even the slightest bit of condescension or talking down. Especially when I noticed the wrong size HW Heater was sent, they didn’t act put out - they immediately called the office, confirmed my order and it was swapped out, just like that, I never once felt uncomfortable being alone and/or having them in my home. Highly recommend calling them for your HVAC needs.

8/19/25 - Jason did maintence on my heat pump today. He solved the issue with a indoor communication system fault. Jason always is very professional and knowledgeable and Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning Company is the best there is. Thank you, Jason.

Thanks to Daniel Kelly the dispatched repair technician. I thought we needed a new thermostat it was blank. He diagnosed a lesser problem and sold me on pre paying 2 services. I got a year long warranty and saved $100 on my services. He also did numerous small services that a lesser technician may overlook. I would have never known. This technician and company will take care of you right! Thank you!

I was notified on a Thursday my furnace was leaking carbon monoxide into my house thru cracks in my furnace. By Monday morning I had a new furnace installed. Everyone in the company I had contact with were friendly and professional. Thank you to all of you.

Great experience with Puyallup Heating and Cooling! They did an excellent job installing 3 ductless heat pumps at my property. I really apprecaited how their team made sure everything was installed to my satisfaction, checking in with me all through the process. I highly recommend.
