We met with Shawn Taylor of Serenity Air Heating and Air Conditioning. Shawn was recommended by friends who own Kanon Electric. We were extremely impressed with Shawn’s expertise and knowledge of the business as well as the product he presented means that we will likely purchase our new system from them.

Austin and Andrew installed our new heat pump very professionally. They arrived on time, explained the install steps clearly, installed it per manufacturer's req's, and left the site clean. The new system is quiet and we love it. All in all great experience from meeting with Shawn to explore our options for a new system, after ours had died, to guarantees and follow up on how the company did. Highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Serenity could not have gone smoother. From the initial presentation to the installation of the furnace, everyone was very efficient and friendly. Shawn was great. I love that they send you a picture of the person coming to your home. Their employees are respectful of you and your home. Paula in the office is always sweet as well. All around great service from Serenity.

Serenity Air has installed and serviced a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump. I had them install a surge protector and air scrubber to it as well. Their service was efficient and complete.

Between Paula and Dylan, they took care of all my issues quickly, communicated well and helped me out in a tough spot. 5 stars for both of them. If it was up to me, both of them should get a FAT holiday bonus. Seriously, they did a great job.

Serenity Air installed our heat pump and updated our electric furnace a couple of years ago. It's been running almost flawlessly since. Bill & the rest of their staff always takes good care of us, making sure our HVAC system is working properly year round!

Shawn Taylor is not only a good sales rep but he owns the company as well. He took the time to show me multiple options as well as explain the pros and cons of each. He is everything you would expect from an owner/sales rep. I would definitely encourage anyone shopping for an HVAC system to talk with him.

We are regular customers of Serenity Air. We purchased our HVAC from them quite a while ago now. Service Technician Bill just came by for the regular winter maintenance. As always, he was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. A+. We also like how they have new products on offer, so we can improve our air management system, if we choose to. No high pressure sales. Just the way we like it. 👍🏻

Josh was so personable and very easy to have working in my home. He was knowledgeable about the system he was putting in and careful about keeping my home clean with coverings and booties. He explained the new system (a little different from the one he took out) and I am thrilled with my new split heat/air Mitsubishi system! Thank you so very much!

Zack was absolutely the BEST! He was so polite, knowledgeable and kind. I had major surgery 7 weeks ago and am doing well. However once in awhile I have to use my cane. Today was one of them. I asked if he would mind putting my garbage cans in the garage. He said of course he was happy to do that for me. Then, he asked several times if there was anything else he could do for me. These guys are fantastic. I had another company before Serenity. I was told by other company that parts needed to be replaced. I wanted another opinion. Serenity was very professional and fast response. The parts that were in question were not bad which is what I suspected. Great company!

Great service. Bahjah was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about the system. From the beginning, reaching out to say he will be early, to the arrival, and to the end when the job was complete, Bahjah made the process and the visit quick and simple yet provided information every step of the way. Love that he helped explain the parts of how to continue up keep our system.

Tyler and Jackson did an outstanding job on my new system installation. There was a ton of work and they both handled it with efficiency and good nature. I had a Trane XV20 3 ton variable speed system with the COMP Filtration configuration. I also needed to add ductwork and a new floor vent to add heat to my living room which used to have a pellet stove. The guys got everything installed in two days and the effect was immediate. I joked with my family and friends about finally knowing what it feels like to live indoors after years of having to leave my thermostat set at 62 degrees to try to extend the life of my old unit. Now the house feels like a warm sweater and the air quality inside my house is amazing. I highly recommend Ranger Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs, this investment is absolutely worth it. They took the time to answer all my questions, and the installation process went by smoothly. At no point did I feel pressured or concerned with the process. This may be a repeat but I want to commend Joe who came out and looked at my old furnace and gave me an estimate! He was very informative, professional and was very attentive to my concerns. Then Josh and Jacob came out to install the furnace. They were both professional, and Josh explained the details of the furnace and the installation. It is very sincere and hardworking and quick! Jacob was learning from Josh, and they worked very well together! You guys are all awesome!

Donnie came over and helped us diagnose the issue with our furnace. He is a straight shooter and was super friendly. Even played inside with my dog and kiddo which made me feel like he wasn’t just there to “take my money and leave” he was even cool enough to give me his number in case I had any issues. My in-laws have even used him as well. 100% would recommend this guy!
