Our Service Technician Dani was very professional and prompt for our appointment. She did an amazing job taking care of our Air Handler and Heat Pump and let me know what she was doing and if there was anything she needed. She was very courteous regarding our home and I love that she was able to create and invoice and take payment right there on the spot! She even liked our dogs.

All in all, fantastic service from a fantastic company and I would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends and family for sure!

Gunnar, my technician, arrived early, was very polite and listened to my complaint with the furnace. He examined the furnace, determined what the problem was and fixed it. He was fast and efficient.

Mitch came out on a Saturday evening to diagnose and repair our furnace. He went through the full system from thermostat to outdoor unit and found some issues. He took care of everything and made sure all was right. Thank you Sound Heating and A/C.

Fantastic team! Mitch and Marlin were exceptionally knowledgeable. They taught me tons of great care tips, while walking me through fixing our apartment AC issues. We had a clogged drain line that was backed up. They cleared the line, checked our levels and set us up with AC again quickly. Thank you for your fast and courteous work. A job well done and we're so thankful to have lovely cool air again in this summer heat lol

We woke up to a cold house yesterday and I called Jessica in the Service Dept. She asked some questions and scheduled Dani to come out today. Dani spent a few moments analyzing the situation and soon she nailed the problem to a condensing pump. So professional and polite, and knowledgeable! Thank you Sound Heating!

Only been in the house for 1 month and the technician tried to blame the filter being dirty for condensation dripping out the vent. Then he says that there is a leak and had to cut my ceiling to find it. Instead of asking for something to cover my $50k countertop he just starts cutting into the ceiling. After feeling on the ceiling he tells me that someone will come out NEXT week to fix the system and THEN someone else will come fix my ceiling. By the way he attempted to clean up his mess but at the end I got stuck cleaning it.
