Mitch did an excellent job repairing my heat pump. He took time to explain the how it operates. And how to set the Eco Bee thermostat. He also took time to set the baffles in the vents to get the temperature the same throughout the house. This activity reduced the vent noises considerably. We very pleased with the work he did for us. He is the best.

Don’t Buy a home they did the HVAC in…..Or request their services.
We purchased a home and noticed bad airflow in 2 of the 4 bedrooms and a collapsed/restricted airflow return flex pipe and a bunch or construction dirt and materials in the vents…. One of the bedrooms has at least 360 deg. of bends, how is that OK?. They said it’s out of warranty and would have never passed inspection.. I’m confused, the guy that put the registers on didn’t see the trash and collapsed flex pipe… give me a break. These people need to be held accountable for what they can get away with. Now they want me to do a Balance for $250 on a system that doesn’t even have dampers… Scammers!

We have used Sound Heating a few times and have had a great experience! They have done regular maintenance, installed our A/C unit a few years ago, and most recently they were able to fix a heating issue we had and educated us as to why and how it happened so we can prevent it going forward. All of their staff have been professional, talked us through everything they were doing, and treated our systems and home with care. Highly recommend Dani who helped us and will call Sound Heating in the future!

We came home from vacation with no AC. We called and they were able to get to us within five days, luckily The temperature had cooled down, and life was manageable.
Of course, thinking the worst we thought it would be a very expensive replacement rather than repair.
Their team, communicated with us the day of the appointment, I was actually earlier than expected.
She went right to work, getting to the bottom of the problem, in less than 10 minutes she diagnosed and replaced the needed part for our HVAC system.
She then went through her check process, making sure the thermostat was working properly and checking the furnace and replacing our filter.
Within 40 minutes, the problem was resolved.
I would 100% recommend!!

My unit is only a few months beyond its five-year warranty, and the blower motor failed in January, leaving us without heat. I chose to contact Sound Heating and Air because they originally installed the system; however, my experience has been disappointing.

Service response times have been extremely slow, with almost a week passing before a technician was able to assess the work. Parts were not ordered, and communication from the service department has been inconsistent. Phone calls are often unanswered, voicemails have not been returned, and when I’ve asked for confirmation of appointment dates and times, responses have been unclear or absent.

As a handyman business owner, I understand the challenges of service work and customer scheduling. That said, the level of customer service provided has been well below what I would consider acceptable. More than a week has passed since my initial call, and the lack of follow-up and communication has been frustrating and disappointing.

Dani did a great job! Heat pump was frozen up due to some wiring issues when it was installed. She was well informed of the issue, responded quickly, fixed issue, freed system of frost and tested system. She worked efficiently and was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. System was under warranty. Great customer service including kindly dealing with my energetic curious lil dog...lol

I cannot speak highly enough of Serenity, their work ethics, professionalism and service. A year ago, we wanted to install mini-splits in our house and Drew came and gave us a layout plan and educated us about the system. We followed up with multiple emails and he was extremely thoughtful about our plans. It turns out their competitor came out with a better price, and we went with them but even then, Drew was very kind all along. This year we bought a fixer upper, and I called Drew again as I was so impressed with his professionalism. They came out with the most competitive price, and we used their services this time. They were totally accommodating with our remodel schedule and even provided temporary protection for the mini-splits against dust. Their administrative assistant Amber is a pleasure to communicate, she is always joyful, kind, and efficient. They sent us a thank you card and a Starbucks gift card in appreciation for our business--talk about a thoughtful and personal touch!. Then Drew came to show us how to use the system but because we still have renovation work, he advised me to protect the mini-splits and come back later when the renovation is complete. In other words, he genuinely cares about his clients. I would say Serenity is the most professional company that has done work for us in the last 10 years. And Drew and Amber and wonderfully kind human beings. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Writing this is the least I can do to show our gratitude.

Shawn and Chris came to my house and explained what was involved in my purchase of a mini split heat pump. They were thorough and fulfilled my expectations.The techs from Serenity showed up this morning and installed my Mitsubishi split heat pump. I am absolutely thrilled with the job they performed and the quality of the product. Congratulations Serenity for a job well done.

From his first call advising me when he would arrive at my home to explaining details and answering my questions about my air conditioner, he was top notch. His service is a 10 out of 10. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He took time to show me how to schedule the thermostat and learn to use the online app from my phone. Serenity Air and Heating recently completed a diagnostic/repair on my furnace in the Puyallup area. When scheduling, Paula was very responsive in setting a date/time that supported my needs. Communication throughout the entire process was very good. This is the second time I have used Serenity for a furnace repair. I have been happy both times with the level of support provided. Aaron completed the diagnostics/repair within an hour. Prior to the start of the work, Aaron reviewed the costs/time allocated to complete the initial diagnosis. Aaron did a great job and I’m happy with the work completed.

I wish I could check all four options. My old gas furnace took its final breath last Saturday morning. Drew was at my home on Monday to give the estimate and discuss my options, and by Tuesday afternoon I had a new furnace
and a toasty warm home.
Great service all around from Meg in the office to Drew to the technicians. Will definitely use Serenity Air again. I also appreciate that they are a local company. UPDATE 12-22-22: This excellent company installed AC yesterday. It was a huge job but all the technicians and electricians went above and beyond to do the installation on the coldest day of the year. Top notch professional and friendly service! UPDATE 12-28-22: Drew came by for a "one week checkup" to make sure the AC system was installed correctly and to answer any questions I had. Upon reviewing the pictures the technicians took in the crawl space, he noticed a couple places where existing screens need to be patched to ensure no critters can get through. Technicians are coming tomorrow. I can't say enough good things about this company and the extra miles they go to ensure I am a satisfied customer. UPDATE 1-3-25: Samuel was here this morning for a scheduled check up of the furnace. Everything was working as it should, thanks to the great service from Samuel and the rest of the Serenity Air team. UPDATE 8-21-25: Bill came by to perform the checkup of my AC unit. All is working as it should. I really appreciate the preventive maintenance provided by Serenity Air to ensure all systems are working properly and that I am a satisfied customer. UPDATE 10-6-25: Bill was at my home to service my furnace for the coming months. I really appreciate how Bill explained what he did, and also about the best filters for my particular unit.

Bill from Serenity did a great job explaining the process and letting me know if there were any issues and what could be done to correct them. I also love getting the text with the picture and name of person who is coming to me home before they get there to do any work. I have used Serenity for almost a decade now and will continue to use this company.

Dylan did a fabulous job today - the task turned out to be unusual and much more challenging than expected, but he was persistent and got it taken care of!

My heat pump was iced over so much it looked like a snowman. Shaun’s repair included full system checks and minor changes to sensor settings. The system is back up and running well. He also answered many questions regarding overall system maintenance and operation. Thank you Shaun!
