Initial frustration turn out great. Contacted company on Saturday for 9:00 A.M Sunday appointment. Received confirmation showing a different time for 6:00 P.M. Unable to reach until Sunday, but it works out.
Tech came out on Sunday morning on time. Respectful, knowledgeable, found issue with thermostat and we're back in business.

This was an awesome experience! Yay! They came within a day, with a very reasonable diagnostic price, and very very reasonable price to fix the pipe thingy that was corroded, and clean out everything, clean up everything, and get my heat running again within a day of my call to them! Ken Huerta was efficient and personable (and my puppy, Julio Rodriguez , fell in love with him). Plus, he showed me what might happen in the future with my 28 year old furnace, and what the noise is when it starts up, and why. I will definitely call them when my furnace motor finally dies for good and I need to spring for a new one! I highly recommend Ranger!!!

David, Michael, Jean & Tyler were great to work with. The team was communicative, timely & courteous. I worked from home the whole time they were installing our heating & cooling system without any problem. The result, a clean & completed job! A very professional crew! Michael and David arrived on time. They both explained what they were about to do. I am so pleased with my heater and thermostat installation. Michael, David, and Kaleb the electrician, did a phenomenal job. All three gentlemen provided me with phenomenal customer service. Thank you again Michael, David, and Kaleb. Ranger clearly cares. Donny as a salesman was thorough, followed up and helped keep this project moving forward. His attention to detail in the estimate and finance set up was very helpful. Jean-Claude and Jacob did an excellent job on the install and completed the work in less time than initially suggested, giving us heat and a warm house in the middle of winter. David and Michael did a good job installing a furnace and heat pump for us. They were very good about explaining what they were doing and why. We chose Ranger because of their reputation for quality work and giving good value for your money. Joe, the sales agent, did an excellent job as well, answering all of our questions, providing good advice, and being patient with us.

Miles was attentive and patient. He answered all my questions and worked to secure my business.

Ranger’s initial price quote was lower than other companies and they were still willing to lower their rates when other companies offered to match them. As a result their rates seemed more genuine and true.

The installers, Tyler and Jean, were prompt, friendly, and worked hard. They completed the install quicker than I imagined and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. They definitely met my expectations!

I’m not necessarily happy about having to purchase a new furnace and heat pump, but am grateful to the folks at Ranger for making the process as pain free as possible.

Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days and Donny set the bar! From the very beginning Donny was extremely thorough and considerate. He made sure my grandmother was taken care of every step of installation and even went as far as making himself available on his day off to assist me with some questions. Being in customer service myself for the last 25yrs it was refreshing to see someone truly care about their customer and company as much as he does. Thanks Donny !!

This company exceeded our expectations. We had them install a new furnace and heat pump. Their customer service is outstanding. Very easy to talk to and get a complete understandable answer to our questions.
The install team (David and Michael) went above and beyond with their work and left the site very clean. They also made sure we knew how to operate and maintain the new system and even set up the app on our phones. We highly recommend Ranger Heating and Cooling.

David and Michael were beyond professional. They were on time and very good at communicating the process. We had an issue with a pressure valve and they did everything they could to fix it on the spot and when they were unable to they explained next steps. Overall, Ranger was excellent to work with and I would recommend them.

Just had a great mini-split install in my garage completed by Daniel from Ranger H&C. He arrived on time and was done in only about 4 hours. Meticulous, clean work and took the time to explain anything I had a question about. Thanks again for a great installation experience!

This company rocks. From the first phone call to the man sent to check things out to the installation of my mini split/heat pump. Every person: polite, thorough, helpful, respectful, NOT condescending. Joe got me a nice rebate which kept things at my budget. Install was smooth, no surprises.

The crew did an amazing job and were very efficient in the installation. I am pleased and they cleaned up as a real crew should. My experience from top to bottom was great. I would recommend them to anyone else that is needing a fix or install. They were also timely.
My experience in anything: Let the crew do what they need to, never rush anyone at their job. Sometimes they may need more time for different situations. They showed up, I left to do my job, came back and they were still plugging along. I know some people may try to rush the process, my word is advice is always just let them work. ;) No pressure.

I gathered six quotes from local HVAC installers before deciding to go with Ranger and I am glad I did. Joe was the most up front and direct salesmen that I spoke to. Only a couple installers that I spoke with were still fully local small businesses, including Ranger. After getting outright incorrect information from other installers (esp on rebates), with no guarantees on the accuracy of their quotes, or wildly high pricing for subpar equipment, Joe gave me facts, names, model numbers so I could do my own research. All told, I agreed to equipment (A Daikin furnace + HP) and financing that I wanted.

Install day came and Jean Claude met me here with his fellow tech and both were friendly and helpful. They spent all day getting things exactly right, sealed, tidied, and tested. They really went above and beyond to clean up the old return air duct and exhaust to make sure it was a nice as the new system. The electricians Ranger partnered with were excellent as well, and did clean work across my garage and crawl space. Jean Claude showed me around the system and setup and answered all my questions. Bring on summer!

David and Michael came out to install a new heat pump after our furnace died. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, and got done faster than I had expected. Ranger Heating & Cooling is definitely my go to for all repairs. They care about and worked with me with my furnace. Our technician Donny Rodgers was extremely professional and so nice. He is educational while he's explaining the problem always a plus in my book. He definitely cares for his clients and offers helpful suggestions. Donny and Ranger Heating & Cooling offers no pressure sales and give a complementary call out figure out the problem. I've paid 60 bucks just for another company to do the same thing in the past. I was privileged to have Donny as our technician. So I called Donny and he informed me he had moved companies. Ranger was the lucky ones to have gained an asset such as Donny. Also Liz at the office is friendly as well. Total time from calling, speaking with Liz, and setting up the complimentary call out for Donny only had taken 10 minutes. Again I have been getting the word out to family and friends. If you would like to do honest business and be treated kindly and with respect, then definitely check out Ranger Heating & Cooling! Ranger did our initial heat pump install. A section line hyde had fallen off.

Dominic was part of the initial install team and now an install manager. He came back out to fix the issue. Impressed with the ownership of the issue and commitment getting it fixed on his part! Mike and Dominic, did a great job with a warranty repair!

Ranger stands by their work. I have referred friends and would use them again.

Jean & Jacob came on time , were professional, walked me thru what they will do, as they were doing the job began telling me what they were doing, then at the end the walked me thru all they did! Thanks to these two, I have a superb heat pump system installed!! Awesome duo! Thankful for these two and Ranger as a whole!!! I had 1,000,001 questions but Joe the field rep answered all my questions and was nice to consistently communicate email text so I recommend him personally for sure!! I can not say enough about Mike, the technician who worked on our furnace. It had been making noises for the past several month, and since it's located next to our guest room, made for a noisy night, for them! We told Mike, and after he thoroughly checked everything, even tho those noises chose HIS visit to remain silent! Not sure what he did, but the noises are gone!! We are so happy, and he was super nice to listen to our concerns. Thank you, Mike!
