I appreciate how thorough Dylan was especially explaining there are some things that are out of our control. He did give us tips and tricks on how to help our AC run more efficiently. I also liked how he was engaging with our dogs and even my grands that wanted to show him art she did! Knowledgable and personable. He’s a keeper.

Dylan was amazing, knowledgeable, professional and personable.
My whole family was pleased with entire process of getting fixed our HVAC so quickly in the middle of heat wave, so we can use the A/C.
He could take a few days to fix the HVAC, but he didn't waste any time. It only took within 24 hours from the diagnostic test to finishing to repair our HVAC including ordering new motor and picking it up from the wearhouse before heading to my place next day.

Shawn with serenity is a tremendous gentleman, Explained his estimates thoroughly and in depth. I trust Serenity and Shawn from working with them before in Puyallup… My recent air conditioner install was tremendous… Chase and Eric were top-tier professional and worked quickly in getting my system installed for about 6 1/2 to 7 hours… After the install had a full walk-through with him of the system, what was installed the components what they did how they worked and a full explanation again of not only the estimate, but all the work it was completed before they left…

Aaron was very knowledgeable at his job. I appreciated that he went above and beyond by checking not once but twice to make sure that he wasn't making a mistake on what he was telling me. He even offered to turn off the breaker so that the furnace wasn't turning off and on for no reason. Our furnace is 25 years old and he didn't go straight to "it's old you need a new one". He gave us options from how much it would cost to replace the part needed to getting a quote for a new furnace so we could compare what would work for us. Thanks!

Update: We decided to go with Serenity Air for a new furnace. Sean went over all the furnace options with us. The day of installation went smoothly. Chase and another guy installing were very polite and professional. (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name.) The furnace is working well, our house is warm and we are happy. Thank you!

I have been a Serenity customer for several years and have always had a positive experience with them. They serviced my old furnace a few times and extended its useful life. I contacted them when my furnace needed to be replaced last winter and they were able to fit me into the schedule quickly. Everyone was very helpful from my phone call to installation. Today Aaron conducted the first annual inspection of my furnace and it went very well. He called before coming to my home to ensure the timing was ok, arrived promptly, was very pleasant and made sure I had no unanswered questions. I highly recommend Serenity Air.

While I am happy to help out my neighbors, I do mind your company’s technician helping himself to my hose bib without permission first. Please remind your technicians they need to ask a home owner’s permission before helping themselves, regardless of whether they assume someone is or is not home.

Bill did a great job! He cleaned the filters in my furnace and then did the maintenance on the air conditioning unit – he was so helpful. I was very grateful for all of his help. Thank you so much, Bill.

Bill arrived on time; very personable and informative about the unit. He checked all the vitals; he was very thorough in the inspection. He also cleaned the condensation drain pipe. He was happy that I clean the air handler filtration system every month for peak filtration efficiency. If you are looking for a great tech, Bill is the greatest from A to Z. It was a pleasure to have him as the tech.

Have had a service agreement with Serenity Air the past couple of years. Great service. Very quick. Reasonable. Just had a capacitor go out on the central air and Dylan fixed it in a matter of an hour or so.

The short story: A great company! Highly recommend calling Serenity for whatever your Heating and Cooling needs may be. This is a locally owned and operated company that does a great job, stands by their work and should be one of your first quotes.

The long story: I called them on a whim just to ask a few questions about a specific Trane Heat Pump (XR15/16 side-discharge - it's quiet and awesome btw)... I was connected through to their Ops Manager Drew, who was super-knowledgeable and also very friendly. He spent a ton of time talking with me and answered all my questions. He even looked up some technical specs while we were talking to make sure I had all the details. I decided I should get a quote from them even though I already had 5 others. Glad I did because their Sales Rep, John, was hands down the most professional and knowledgeable sale rep I had spoken to during my Heat Pump quote process. I was convinced after his visit that Serenity was the company to hire. Scheduling was easy and communication was excellent from beginning to end. We had a few small install challenges in the beginning due to issues from the previous install (old system), but they took the time and went the extra mile to make my new system "Perfect" for me! As John (20+yrs of tech experience himself) explained, the owner Shawn promotes a work ethic/environment that places "high quality" above all else, which allows the employees to do the best job possible for the customer, and not to hurry and just get it done quickly (with low quality). I personally saw the result of this work atmosphere as the crew worked. They genuinely seemed to enjoy working with each other and didn't feel rushed to get things done quickly. The crew leader was also super friendly, relaxed and answered all my questions along the way. If I could do it all over again, I'd hire Serenity in a heartbeat for a new Heat Pump install. Highly recommend you give them a call and have one of their professionals give you a quote for your project as well!

Shawn was amazing, he provided us with lots of options for cooling installation. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with the estimates he provided. My husband and I would definitely recommend Shawn and Serenity Air.
