I purchased a home < 1 year ago and the furnace already on and off a couple times this winter. After digging out the original paperwork I found Sound Heating was the original company who installed this furnace, and they provide 10 years warranty of labor. The guy named Bret in service department was extremely cold and rude. Without asking anything about the furnace he told me they no longer go to Bellevue and cannot provide service. I stated that according to the paper work the furnace had 10 years warranty of labor. The 2nd excuse is the warranty was for original owner not for me. After couple rounds of negotiation, he finally agreed to talk to his boss. After half day the 3rd excuse is the furnace was not registered when purchased. During the entire process, you can tell how much this guy hates his job. I explained to him this home is custom-built and had a sophisticated design when installing the furnace originally, and I already asked someone else they could root cause the issue, and my one-year-old is suffering 60 C at night. Nothing coming from this guy's mouth trying to help with anything.

Sound heating and air conditioning went above and beyond to get a repair person to our house THE SAME DAY! We are very grateful. Our technician was knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. I would Highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dani for your timely help.

Weeks prior to the heatwave that hit the PNW we had signed an agreement with Sound Heating & Air Conditioning to add two A/C units to our home. The professionalism & courtesy showcased by Tammy went above and beyond our highest expectations!

The day of the install happened to coincide with the highest temperature day of the heatwave and the install had to be canceled for the safety of everyone involved. Kevin McHenry himself called to apologize for the need to delay the install and promised to finish the job as soon as possible.

True to his word, Sound Heating and Air Conditioning sent two teams and the next day and turned two days of work into just a few short hours. Aaron and all of the guys did a phenomenal job! We couldn't be happier with the quality, cleanliness, and professionalism showcased by all involved and don't hesitate to offer our recommendation.

Sound heating & air conditioning did a fabulous job, I was having ac issues and it wasn’t really getting cold enough and with the hot weather coming they were out the next day after I called! The technician was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was going on! Great experience all around!
