Jason was extremely knowledgeable- knew exactly what the problem was with our AC unit & fixed it quickly. He was very pleasant & had great advice on how to enable our AC to avoid power outages. Puyallup Heating & air are the right people to contact if there are problems with your furnace or AC or you need new units. Have used them for several years.

We had our furnace and heat pump serviced today by Puyallup Heating. Our technician, Daniel Kelly, was very thorough and professional. Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning is fantastic! You can’t go wrong with them! My old furnace finally quit working and after a simple phone call and talking with there estimator Eric, they scheduled me right in for a replacement. Eric explained everything very well and was easy to talk to. Also, there prices are very very good compared to other companies out there. An excellent team by the names of James and Deven arrived right on time and did a super nice job installing my new furnace. Both of them were very professional and answered all questions I had about maintenance and servicing. They went over the operation of the furnace and how to use the nice new thermostat. I will say I had a most excellent experience with Puyallup Heating and Air conditioning from beginning to end. They have a great team, very professional and best prices around, seriously! I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Have you ever had a guy that already did what you needed but that guy wasn't available. So you call this other guy. Well these are the guys if you need something fixed if you wanted somebody to get there right away if you're cold and you're worried about the night I would call Jason from Puyallup Heating and Air these folks Rock affordable on-time extremely smart and polite

Anthony was great. He explained and fixed the problem quickly and there was no pressure or upselling. I really appreciate his professionalism and care.he took up my home.

Todd, James, TJ, and Mark, showed up at the scheduled time. Explained in detail what work they would be doing as well as the processes that would take place. Got to work right away and didn’t stop u til the job was completed, even while other work was being done to the house by another contractor. I asked them to have a look at an open duct in my crawlspace to which they did and fixed that issue as well. After the units were installed, they went over everything they did in detail, showed me how to operate a newly installed thermostat and cleaned up the areas they worked in. I am very satisfied with the work that was accomplished and appreciate everything they did to get my home back to being warm and comfortable for my family again! Highly recommend them to anyone that requires a new HVAC system or even general maintenance. I also want to give a shoutout to Erik who came by and explained all of my options before the installation. He explained everything that he would recommend for my particular situation without trying to upsell me anything he didn’t think I would need. And after receiving 3 estimates (always get 3!) theirs was the best for my needs.

Donald did a great job today troubleshooting our furnace issue. He had the parts(fan motor) with him and was able to completely the task in one trip. He explained everything he did and was courteous and on time.
