James and Troy came by to replace our furnace this morning and saved us during the cold spell. Both of them were highly professional and knowledgeable about what we needed. They paid particular attention to detail in all the supporting components and really just did a fantastic job. They also were very cool with our dogs being in the house while they worked! Highly recommend this company, very fast turnaround, friendly and on time and they clearly hire the right people!

Our furnace started making a strange sound and stopped working consistently. Puyallup Heating was able to send someone out the very next day to check it out. Donald was awesome: he found the issue quickly and replaced the broken part within an hour. He was professional, had a good sense of humor, and was really nice to our cats. I'd hire them back in a heartbeat in the future!

We had a great first time experience with Puyallup Heating & AC. Our salesman Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable. We choose to replace our furnace and add a heat pump for cooling. The 4 person crew that did our install was efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. A couple months later and into the summer and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Eric came out to our house to do an evaluation for an electrical connection for a trailer on the side of our home. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the encounter. The transparency and respect in which he represented Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning would have me recommend this company to others.

I hired Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning a few years ago to install A/C and update my furnace. They were wonderful then and when I needed some urgent furnace maintenance, they were professional and extremely helpful again. They are all really wonderful and I couldn't recommend them enough!

We haven’t replaced our HVAC system - still pondering due to costs. However, I was compelled to rate this company because of how it was represented by — and the professionalism of — Sean Harris. He came to our home a few weeks ago - and his manner was a bit different from the rest. Very much a straight shooter, listened well, was informative, and handled well the tougher questions I asked him. He elevated this company to high standing, and based on his impression, I think this is a company that will do you right. Thank you Sean for an estimate well done. Your skills sets are those that I looked for when I hired people in my younger days! My best to you - I suspect good things are ahead of you in your career. Keep on keeping on.

I can't say enough good things about this team. Living in Seattle, you're usually stuck choosing between sky high prices that force you to DIY everything or subpar work. But these guys are pros. They delivered amazing work at a truly reasonable cost.

Sean, our sales rep, was especially thoughtful. He took into account some unusual aspects of my house and didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need. That honesty is rare and only 2 of the 4 companies that quoted gave that honesty, Sean being one of them.

I previously hired a different company in Auburn to service my furnace and they basically refused to touch it and still charged me a $99 service fee, despite being only a couple miles from my house.

This team took the job seriously and handled it with skill, kindness, and care. They also took the time to teach me about the new equipment, including all the thermostat and heat pump buttons. Also huge shout out to their electric guy. He rocks! So refreshing to be able to hand off a home task and know it'll be done right. When you have to pay for a big home service, these are the people you want. Great pricing, top-notch work, and genuinely kind folks.

The team at Puyallup Heating & Air (PHA) helped us in the evaluation and repairing a heating system for a relatives estate. Eric and his team went above and beyond to get the heating system back into good working order and in a timely fashion so we could close our sale on time. Eric’s team worked in challenging conditions and got the job done as promised. PHA was recommended to us by our realtor and as a remote owner we appreciated their good communication and follow through! I would recommend PHA to anyone needing help with their heating system

I had a heat pump ductless mini split system installed on 10/24/25.
It was a great experience. I had a very positive experience from the time the estimator, Sean came out to assess my needs for a system. The crew that came to do the installation was a great group of guys. They were very professional, courteous and respectful. I was impressed how quickly the installation was done. They answered all my questions without hesitation. I would definitely recommend Puyallup Heating and Air conditioning.

Donald was the best! We had another company out for a tune up. (First time venturing away from Puyallup Heating, and it was a mistake, we apologize Puyallup Heating, it won’t happen again.) The other company left switches unplugged causing errors on our thermostat, blocked our blower fan so it wouldn’t spin, told us we had a cracked heat exchange that needed an 8k fix. They had a salesman at our door an hour later.
Things felt way off so we reached out to Puyallup Heating. They sent Donald who spent an hour and a half with us going over everything he saw that they messed up in our furnace and it setting it straight. Then inspected the heat exchanger with us there showing us everything he saw and explaining everything in detail.
Donald was awesome, we couldn’t thank him enough for his knowledge and professionalism. We won’t stray from using Puyallup Heating again and will do what ever we can to request Donald anytime we need service! Thank you Donald and Puyallup Heating.

I just had a check up on my HVAC system. The technician, Cody, was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable with my system. I am very satisfied with the service.

Vernon was friendly, knowledgeable and excellent at his work. He explained the electrical issue to me in a simple, understandable manner. He fixed my electrical issues and was incredibly pleasant through the whole process. I'd highly recommend.

Chad was professional, earlier than expected, and very helpful! He talked me through why my system was working the way it was / corrected my issue (of which had me really concern for my home and heating for my cat and I) and even told me a good routine to prevent the issue from happening again!

Highly recommended and I definitely know that if I have ANY issues I will only be going to this company!

I am super happy with this company. I was looking for an affordable replacement for my furnace and ran into troubles getting help with financing. They went above and beyond to help find a solution and get me my furnace installed the next day. They were all so kind, helpful and exceptional. Definitely would work with them in the future!

We had our old gas furnace replaced by Taylor Heating and Air. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and clean. Chad provided the bid and was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The office staff was available and friendly. Once under contract, Tom and Trevin showed up on time, with everything they needed to complete the job. They worked hard, and did a tremendous job installing and keeping us informed as the work progressed. 5 stars to both. There is one issue that is still to be resolved - I will update my review once that is solved. Very Good experience overall. I'd recommend the company.

We had Khamani come out to install a new thermostat! He did amazing work, was in and out in 30 or so minutes and we had a great conversation with him, he showed us how to work the thermostat and got us all set up! Thank you Khamani!!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Thomas Lyons, who performed maintenance on my 10 year-old heat pump. This was following the installation of a new gas furnace to replace the 40 year-old one that had worn out. Thomas was very courteous, friendly, and sure seemed to know what he was doing. He diagnosed that the brand new thermostat that had been installed with the new furnace wasn't working properly and put in another new thermostat and made sure it was working just fine. I appreciated his expertise and helpfulness. I've been using Taylor Heating for over 10 years and have always had good service.

Jason and his apprentice Jacob did an outstanding job installing 3 outlets in my garage. They kept me informed throughout the process of the install. It took them about 4 hours to complete everything. I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning for any electrical work you might need done. Thank You !
