I have only been a customer for a week or so. Since I signed up, they have been to the property twice. The first was for an assessment and to fertilize the lawn with iron for moss treatment. The second was to aerate and overseed. The assessment seemed thorough and offered some good feedback. I do wish I had been notified a day earlier that he would be there so I could have been home and talked to him directly. Not a big deal - the summary was adequate. Basically, so far so good!

We had Spring Green last year and True Green is the difference between night and day!!! The lawn looks AMAZING!!!!

I wanted to leave a special review for Corey, the TruGreen technician who recently aerated my lawn(out of the pawtucket RI branch). From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and knowledge were obvious. He did an excellent job, going above and beyond what I expected. What really stood out was the pride he took in his work—he wasn't just doing a job; he was making sure it was done right. It's rare to see that level of dedication, and it made the entire experience fantastic. Corey is a true asset to your team.

Samuel C told me what he was going to do today and answered my questions about the service. He said today’s service was to put down fertilizer. I asked about weed killers and he looked up our records and said we hadn’t had any weed killer for several months. He said he had a small amount on his truck. I asked if he could spray the areas around the driveway and patio. He said he could do that which I appreciated. He also recommended that I call customer service and let them know my concerns.

Good service. My lawn is better since they’ve started the service. My lawn was bad it did take about 6 months for it to improve. All service people are knowledgeable.

I’ve had great experiences with the people who’ve come out. I had a large area in my front yard that just wouldn’t grow any grass and now that whole area is green! The only issue I have is that the grass grows so well and thick now that I have to mow more often. I’ve asked questions and they’ve never hesitated to answer them and never made me feel like I was wasting their time. I wasn’t sure at first if it was working and decided that I would give them 6 months, because my lawn was pretty bad. After 3 months there was a noticeable improvement and in 6 months it was looking really good. Now after a year I have just the one complaint. The grass is thick, growing faster and making me have to mow more often. I highly recommend this company.

This happens not a first time! The specialist keeps deceiving me. On the 4th of August, the servicehe stayed lasted only 3 minutes.
Only 3min!!! The camera-recorded he did almost nothing and just left, and he charged a fee of nearly $95.00 and the next day I called to cutmer service but no action has been taken so far. On August 9th he issued a fake invoice without even visiting again This is an obviously scams.all house holder need to install cameras. My plan included weed control and overseed they didn't do each visit. My lwan has a lot of weeds and yellow spots!!!

Had my second service today and my technician was Sam. Excellent & knowledgeable and professional , a real worker! I had the lawn aerated and overseeded last week. That went well too. So for the most part, what I'm seeing from this company is excellence in service. By the way, their website and their app on your phone is very easy to use. I wish I wouldn't have waited this long to call him. My yard would already be the best in the neighborhood!

Dakota was a a good communicator and shared his knowledge of the conditions of our lawn with us. Vary prompt, and respectable of our property.

Henry did a great job

The experience was awful 😔 my lawn is now dying. I haven't been able to talk to any manager, everyone keeps redirecting me to someone else. We paid a lot of money for them to kill my beautiful grass. It is not moss that is black but the grass dying.

Serviced my lawn while I wasn’t home and didn’t put up any warning flags that they had been there which led to my dog being exposed. I wouldn’t trust them if you have kids or pets.

When I talk to sales representative, he promised me everything and was telling me how good they are and doing their job. I believed it and I got a yearly service. First time when truck showed up to do my service I was not home, but I was able to watch them on my cameras they did not do a good job. They missed lots of spots with my bushes didn’t put granules underneath just in some spots. I called customer service and they were able to reschedule and other person came over and I was home and they were able to get the job done. Second service was scheduled for fertilization that person came in. My one acre lawn in 20 minutes I was home watching he did not do all the area and he left. I called customer service back. They did send somebody back to redo it. The person that came back was very good. His name was Dell. He did such a thorough job. He spent an hour on my property. Then my next service was aeration and receding, and this was a joke. Person showed started aeration and I walked on my property and I see that it’s not done everywhere when I confronted him he said that he ran out of gas. I asked him if he can go get gas. He said he doesn’t have his gas card on him. I was so upset and frustrated. How can Trugreen send their workers to do a job without giving them proper thing to do it with or enough gas to finish the job they know that my lot is big my feeling is that they hire people and do not train them they don’t know what they’re Doing. I called customer service. They said they were rescheduled in two days and then in two days they canceled it and said they’ll reschedule it again but this is just such a frustration to keep calling them every single time.

My lawn has never looked better! A plush green carpet, with no weeds! True green has made my yard first class A+ beautiful 🤩
