They put in my house sprinkler system. Many years later one of the sprinklers started leaking. They sent someone out to repair it and told me that it leaked because it was installed incorrectly. That is was "roughed it in and that it was installed too low and that it was forced it". THEY WERE THE ONES THAT INSTALLED IT. They used a sprinkler head that was already in the house and charged me $381.85 for this. I was realize it is past the warrantee but I find it so upsetting that they would tell me how bad the installation was when they where they ones that did the installation originally. It is also ridiculous that they would send out 4 people for a one person job. They said that they charged me that much because it was emergency but I had made it clear to the dispatcher it was not an emergency that it was a slow drip in the basement bathroom and that I would wait instead of paying emergency rates. The DID NOT come out the that week so I don't know why they are saying that they are charging emergency rates.

I am remodeling my kitchen and needed a plumber to come out to give a quote. The general contractor recommended Monarch Plumbing. They came out and gave a bid to the contractor. As things came out I decided not to use the general because his pricing was very high. I did want to use Monarch so I phoned the owner and ask him to call me to discuss his bid. I have waited over a week and no call back from this company. I guess when they found out I was not using his friend then this job was not worth doing. I thought they was in the business to work for customer not just general contractors. I am disappointed they did not even return my call to hire them independent from this contractor. It tells me they are not very dependable and does not care to do business with a person. At least as a professional they could call and let me know. I would recommend people hire them to make sure they check other dependable companies. If they can not communicate with customer that they do not work for individual up front then something is not right. I would not recommend this company not anyone. I will give them one star because they did show up with the general to give him a quote.

Two years ago they did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel (we hired them directly, not through a contractor). Definitely 5 star experience. Now we want to remodel the bath, and so of course I called Monarch. I had checked the recent online reviews out of habit, and was surprised to hear others say they weren't getting called back. Surely I would have a better experience. I called Monday and left my information and was told that an estimator would call me back. The lady even made note that I was a repeat customer. It's now Friday. I just called the company again and talked with a different person, who told me that they are so busy they are only doing work for "their builders." When I told him that it would have been nice to find this out on Monday, I got "Well they are just an answering service, so they don't know." Um... That's EXACTLY the kind of information your answering service SHOULD know. It also doesn't explain why someone at Monarch who DID know (like the guy I talked with today) didn't take the 30 seconds it would have taken to call me back to let me know they couldn't do the job. I would think as a previous customer I would have warranted that much at least. So I can't recommend Monarch to anyone who actually reads these reviews to hire a plumber - they are working with their contractors only.

2 of their guys flipped me off on Highway 18 West 3:15PM today for seemingly no reason. Seemed like a couple of very emotional individuals. Judging by the other reviews, this is probably how they like to run their business anyway. Would not recommend based on the awesome gesture they gave me.

I've have to say that Jared from Einstein Plumbing really hooked me up on a Saturday evening no less. Next time I need a water heater replaced or a toilet unclogged, I know who I'm calling for sure. Double thumbs up for sure!

Reliable and honest company.

Called the number on Google. Person who answered had a poor command of English and said they didn't have any technicians in Tacoma. Like at all. So I'm not sure why they are advertising in Tacoma when they appear to have no one there and are not a local company. Really weird.

I had a shower leek and my drain was clogged, technician was able to take care of both issues and didn’t overcharge me. Great fast service and professional approach.

We had an ongoing problem with our toilet and the technician had it fixed in a timely manner and gave us a very good price. Will definitely recommend this business, very efficient and polite.
