They did an operation and maintenance test for us.
Randy was very helpful and always responded my calls, text or email. They billed fairly and completed work in a very timely fashion. I would use them in the future.

Drain-Pro came out for an ER situation over this last weekend and were awesome! Arrived super fast, diagnosed and fixed the problem within a half an hour. Can't thank them enough, all the residents were extremely happy to have it resolved so quickly.

Drain Pro Plumbing & Septic is the best there is, they came and gave me detailed explanation on my situation and made the process really easy and did the best job.
I will be only using them from now on for all of my plumbing and septic.

Quality work, but shady and misleading pricing. Don’t be fooled by any “special” advertising, the final bill is actually priced similarly to the local competitors.

I called around to several local septic companies to get pricing for a tank pumping. Each quoted around $700. Drain Pro office claimed to be running a $499 “special” for new customers. I was suspicious but went for it. Techs arrived on time, I had already excavated the tank but hadn’t yet opened the lid.

First question they had right out of the gate was “how much did the office quote you?” They were surprised to hear $499 and that they “probably couldn’t make that work”. I had to show them the email from their office to get them to actually believe me. “We normally charge much more than that”.

They asked how long it had been since it was last pumped (5 years) and they immediately wanted to use the “crust buster” which of course was going to be an extra $200. I told them let’s open the tank and look first before I green light a $200 up charge. There was indeed some crust on top and it was explained they couldn’t pump it that way, fair enough.
Crust buster (gas powered blender on a stick) comes out, and it was used for a grand total of 45 seconds. I explained that was absolutely not worth $200. They called “the boss” and said the best they could do is $150 extra. They were already there with the tank open, and the total was still similar to the local competitors, so whatever just get it done.

So long story short, they catfished me with a suspiciously low price and then slyly forced a $200 up charge for the 45 seconds of use of their crust buster. (that must be the most profitable piece of equipment they own)
I’ll be calling someone else in the future for that reason alone. But that aside they were friendly and arrived on time and worked quickly.

A++ service and communication! As a realtor, I work with many septic companies- but this was my first opportunity to work with Drain Pro- and they did not disappoint. Clear communication from Harman and fantastic pricing- (I called 5 other companies for my client and DP gave me the best deal!). I will certainly be referring all my clients to DP from now on. BE AWARE!!!!, they are not the actual Drain Pro Inc or any part of it. When my husband made the appointment they answered "Drain pro and pumping" my husband asked if they were part of Drain pro Inc they lied and said they were based on us asking because of the and plumbing part. They were over an hour late no phone call, I kept calling them. The gal couldn't reach dispatch to find out where the driver was, then said she'd call me back. Nope, I had to call again, then spoke to a manager/ supervisor who proceeded to give me pricing for the county inspection and fees, as well as @$500 ( just u der) to pump each tank. I told him we just had them out last fall to do an inspection and pumping on our rental next door, there wasn't a set price for the additional tanks because they didn't know how much would be pumped. It was priced per gallon. ( again I didn't realize this wasn't who I normally use Drain Pro Inc) I told him we had to leave soon and wanted to talk to the guys on site to see if our tanks did require pumping. He said he pulled my asbuilt and told me dates of the last time they were pumped and that they all were due to be done now. Total would be @ $1400 to $1500. Then the driver called my husband said they were on the way , now @ 1120 am, the window was 8 to 10am. My husband reminded them we needed to leave by noon. After being late, me calling them and frankly them being abrupt ( almost rude) , I decided to verify the number my husband gave me with the number I had in my phone and used for years. Not the same number, I call get the gal at Drain Pro Inc, whom I've spoken with multiple times over the years. I ask her when did you add a plumbing part onto the company.
She immediately tells me they didn't, they are not part of the company. That there has been multiple complaints filed against them and that Drain pro Inc is getting alot of the complaints because of them lying . Drain Pro Inc also had to go and fix several costumers systems, due to Drain pro and plumbing messing them up. And this company also isn't filing the inspections with the county consistently, so Drain Pro Inc is getting asked by the county where the inspections are. After hearing all of this we called the driver back , told them not to step foot on our property, they'd be trespassing and we do not want them near our system..
And I then rescheduled with the actual
DRAIN PRO INC.
A professional and good company DRAIN PRO INC is being falsely represented by DrainPro and plumbing. And this dishonest company is misleading customers and overcharging, doing shady work and not filing the necessary reports.
Please do not allow them to work on your systems by allowing them to continue to misrepresent themselves as part of a reputable company. Call DRAIN PRO INC instead.
* * I paid@$960 instead of@ $ 1400 for the same work, inspection, fees and filing with the county.

I had a great experience with Drain Pro Plumbing and Septic. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. The repair was done fast, and they left no mess behind.

Could not be happier with this company!!!! I had them come out o pump my Septic system and within couple of hours they were able to make it out the same day. The team was knowledge and gave me a whole 101 on how my system works. If I could give them more stars I would. Highly Recommend and will use them again

Took less then 15min to drain my 500 gallon tank. Chris did a great job. There was no hidden fees upfront cost. Will us them again in the future.

Harman was very knowledgeable. The price was very fair the service was remarkable. If you need any septic service done I would call these guys. I got my county septic inspection letter and I decided to call them. They made the whole process really efficient and easy.

I like the guy who came out, and I like the plan that I have with you. So far so good! I will take a see what happens in the future, and to let you know that I did have Terminix and after a while, I felt that they were not doing the job that they were supposed to do.

I Have had very good service with Roto-Rooter. I call for the appointment and they come out within the hour. They tell me everthing what needs to be done and then I have the chance to approve for them to do the job. There the Best. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Plumber showed up sooner than expected which is a big win for me since I have 1 bathroom. Mostafa was fast, informative and friendly. Deserves more than 5 stars!!

Joe was fantastic! What I thought would be a relatively simple faucet replacement turned into quite the job when my main water valve wouldn't shut the water off completely. Joe was able to find a way to turn the water off to replace the faucet (and turned it back on) and also provided great advice for when I replace the main shut off valve.

The professionals at Roto-Rooter responded late in the evening to address our plumbing issues. They were efficient and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
