We had a blockage in our pipes which caused flooding in our downstairs bathroom. Called Roto Rooter and the got Gio and John to us within the hour. We got 2 quotes and opted for hydro which wasn't cheap. But those guys were so professional and gracious it took the sting out of the payment. Will definitely recommend them.!

Our sewer line was once again clogged so nothing could drain properly. I was scheduled for today(same day I called)The technicians were here promptly within the scheduled time, checked it out...we were correct...they ended up waiting for us to dig the hole to find the clean out...thankfully they pitched in and helped. Once that was located it was only a short time until we had proper drainage!!! We talked about different solutions, and wii try some out soon. I so appreciate the promptness, and knowledge.

Clayton, Ricky, Xavier, Dom, Crescan, and Joe were all highly professional and timely in their work and job completion. My family can't thank them enough for getting us up and running again. We've been using Roto-Rooter for years, for problems small and extreme, and they've always taken care of us. Thanks again.

Crescen was an outstanding technician. He explained the process and the cost up front and got to work. He was very meticulous and worked hard until he was able to clear the blockage in our pipes. Would highly recommend.

Giovanni came within an hour and a half and unclogged our pipe within a couple of hours! He gave us some good options for the future as well. Highly recommend!

No one is thrilled to spend a bunch of $$ on plumbing emergencies. But I got to say that the plumber they sent - Joe - was above and beyond in every way. So as not fun as the whole experience is he was a bright spot. They need to give him a raise

Today we had a plumbing emergency, and the service person (Blake) did a fantastic job systematically investigating the issue and finally resolved it. He deserves a six star review for his work. The reason for 4 stars is that have had the same issue for a while now and we had to live with it because none of the other people (including from the same company) who looked into it before even tried to fully fix it. So the point is, the company itself is good, but a good resolution depends on who gets sent out and their experience and willingness to fully resolve the problem. Blake was outstanding in that regard. Some others from this company have also been great. But one or two of them have been less efficient.

Mustafo arrived promptly and quickly addressed our plumbing problem. He was upfront about the cost and process. He was thorough in making sure the problem was fully fixed before finishing. Overall very happy with his service!

Gio has been doing our plumbing issues for over 15 years, he is always up front on costs, ensures I understand the issues and gives me short term and long term fix options. Gio is understanding and compassionate when you need some time to decide your plan of action and extremely reliable, ensuring your plumbing issues are fixed to your satisfaction. I would not use anyone other than Gio from Roto Rooter!!! Thank you Gio!!!

We've been doing business with Roto-Rooter for over a decade now (our fixer upper has sure needed it!), and my wife and I rest easy knowing I have a real go-to here! In this day and age it's really hard to find a vendor you can count on.
Their work is first rate, prices are competitive, the techs are congenial, and they have never keep us waiting whether it's a crisis or a small plumbing task.
As retirees we are on a fixed income, and we know that we are always well taken care of in this department! They have our back, and what a nice thing that is!

Phil was upfront about the cost and scope of work he would be able to do. Gave me a couple options and was very quick and efficient with getting the job done. Will be calling roto rooter again for any plumbing needs.

Giovanni was right on time and did a great job clearing our sewer drain line. He was very professional and friendly. I was very impressed that Roto Rooter was able to get to my drain first thing in the morning, since I had made the appointment after 9pm online the night before. Thank you.

He came this morning and fixed our shower which was spraying water outside the shower and now sprays only in the shower. He also fixed the handle for the shower as well. He taught me a lot about showers and how they work. I did not know that there is a part in the shower handle that controls the speed of the shower. I appreciate his work and his willingness to help these old people get our shower into working order.

Joshua is a great tech, honest and upfront about pricing, and very efficient at his work. It's already so nice not having to fiddle with any of the toilets to get them to be quiet/stay quiet, definitely plan to continue requesting him for remaining plumbing work

Vladimir did an excellent job in diagnosing the clog issue in the mainline. He recommended a scope be used because he thought a mainline pipe may be broken. His colleague, Martin arrived in a timely manner and explained steps and showed me the video as he ran the scope through the mainline discovering a break in the pipe. Vladimir did clear the mainline where the clog existed. Martin did an excellent job of explaining the next steps and recommending a solution. I’m very happy with both their work and will use Roto-Rooter in the future for my plumbing needs.

Giovanni went above and beyond to fix an ongoing plumbing issue. He was on time, professional, and had the matter resolved within 20 minutes. Reasonably priced and invested in the follow-up; will be calling again for the next issue

Josh was very polite and helpful. He fixed my leaky kitchen faucet in no time and took care of a few other minor plumbing issues. Would recommend him.
