The over all experience was very smooth and friendly. From start to finish we were told every step of the way what was needed how much it would cost and what each step would do. This allow us to make the decision that was best for us. Gio the tech was super friend like having a family member around great attitude and very nice to work with. They installed a Sump Pump in December, and 2 months later our basement had 3 ft of water. The person that came out to fix things had to borrow a pair of my friends waders. The janky fix he gave broke again within 2 days, shooting water back into my basement. Every time I call them, in the rare case they actually answer, the person on the other line is rude and unhelpful.

Avoid if you can. You don't need the headache.

Gio came out to help restore flow to our main line! He was informative, kind and friendly. After spending few hours trying to fix something ourselves it was nice having someone explain what was going on and why it happened! Each time Roto-Rooter comes out they’re always extremely helpful in solving our housing issues!!!

Grateful to Martin and Nathan who came out separately for the same issue - both equally were helpful, professional, and wonderful in diagnosing and explaining the issue with our sewer line blockage. They even gave us helpful education on preventive measures to take if any overflow issue happens again. They both were very communicative and timely with their service. Can't say enough about these two technicians and their efficient skills. Thank you 🙏🏼 so much! Happy to have things flowing better again.

Had a mainline water leak. Dug the pipe up and tried finding a plumber as we had no water. Roto Rooter scheduled btwn 12-2pm.
Guy showed up and left because he didn't have any glue. Showed up 45 minutes later stating it was going to cost $1300! Questioned him about it as all that needed to be done was the 10” section replaced. He commented that he had to get into the hole. I was livid however needed water to the house. Took him 30 minutes at most then he left to ‘get lunch’ while the glue dried. Came back, grabbed his stuff and ended up charging for parts also….final bill was $1479 and change🤬

Had problem with my main sewer line. Reuben and William who performed most of the work were courteous, organized, and communicate clearly. Rest of team (Jesse, Keith, and Gio) was involved to troubleshoot and fix the issue. While this is definitely premium pricing expected of a nationwide company, I’m happy with the service provided.

Joseph was great! He worked diligently and stayed until we figured out the issue. It took a few hours because our issue was complex, but he was thorough and walked us through everything he was doing. Didn’t price gouge and had good quality work. Would recommend!

Both plumbers that came out were very friendly and professional. They fixed my issue in a timely manner and did not try and oversell me for services I didn't need.

Wow. I am beyond happy with my experience with Roto-Rooter, and particularly with the technician, Josh Z. Sherilyn answered the phone at RR and set up the appointment right away, and within a couple of hours my storm drain was being cleared out! Josh was incredibly helpful during the initial walk-through and had some excellent thoughts about what may have been causing the problem, and what might be done about it. He was clear in his explanations and tried to be as expeditious as possible to manage costs. He scoped the drain and showed me the slow drainage issue on the camera but by the time he left, everything seemed to be clean and in working order. I am completely impressed by Josh. Besides his excellent service, he is really a nice person and I hope he never leaves RR!

Eli was the best! He was so professional and made the experience light hearted - took our minds off the situation and made us feel like we were taken care of by rotor rooter. Definitely, would recommend Eli!

Today I had Joe Rios come and fix a blocked toilet and replace my water heater. He and Victor were fantastic. They gave me a lot of helpful maintenance information, walked me through the entire process and were extremely professional and friendly. Definitely will be calling Joe again when the need arises.

I had called a different company, and they were on emergency hrs , so I called roto-rooter, and they were here with in 2 hrs, and not on emergency rates, Scott Thomas, he explained everything he's was doing, and what we needed to do, i will definitely call them back if I need another plumber, very satisfied.

Travis was friendly and informative. He communicated in a very timely manor and was willing to work with our schedule. We would have him back anytime for any plumbing work.
