These guys do a great job. I have had Aja clean my home every other week for almost 3 years. She is both detailed and efficient. I also appreciate how quickly the office responds to any issue with billing or scheduling.

Generally over the last few years, MaidPro in Seattle has been okay as my housecleaner with rotating staff of cleaners - some employees were great. But they are sometimes inconsistent.If you leave instructions with the office about your preferences, they will mostly remember to do what you ask or use particular products, etc. Occasionally, I've been wowed by the clean I got from some of their employees, most recently in Feb by Jessica and Beatriz.

MaidPro is easy to schedule with and has given great customer service. Most importantly, Iliana gets our house cleaner than anyone ever has! She is a true gem and a joy to work with.

Our Pro, Alexia, did a wonderful job thoroughly cleaning our 3 bathrooms, and vacuuming both our carpeted stairwells. This kind of help for us was so appreciated and important.

Anna and Gaby are the most brilliant and gorgeous cleaners I have ever experienced. Their professionalism and soulfulness leaves my house sparkling. I look forward to their appearance each week, and before they arrive I run around the house yelling “the maids are coming! the maids are coming!” picking up stuff so they can work their magic.

Delighted with MaidPro. I have an odd, object-filled house and it is cleaned quickly and carefully by my MaidPro cleaner. I am often at home while she is working, and she is quiet, efficient, unobtrusive. I appreciate the structured nature of the service, but feel that I can change service day, add services, negotiate. We needed a cleaning service that could maintain the office space for our tree service company where we have a team of arborists in and out every day. Our MaidPro technician, Sharelle, does a great job keeping our place sparkling clean. She is also patient with our dogs who hang out in the office with us. The communication with the office is simple and the price is fair. I'd recommend MaidPro for other businesses with small offices and shared spaces.

Our regular housekeeper from MaidPro is an absolute life saver - she does an amazing job and spends quality time on making our home shine. We have two young children and three dogs, and despite our best efforts to keep things under control, she is faced with no small task every week:) The folks at the office are great to deal with as well - if we need to reschedule or a last minute cleaning, they are responsive and work incredibly hard to accommodate us.

MaidPro is amazing!! They are affordable and professional. In addition, they respond promptly and kindly to any questions, and my PRO Guillermo is incredible. His attention to detail and care for his work shine through him. He is kind and so understanding when I ask him to focus on certain rooms. Guillermo is also incredibly punctual and considerate. He really is the best cleaner I've ever had, and I can't recommend him or MaidPro enough. If you are looking for a home cleaning service definitely use MaidPro; they are the best I've used in all my years!

Maid pro is wonderful! Recently my apartment was cleaned by Aide G. and I was very impressed. Such attention to detail, even areas I hadn’t realized had gotten gross were sparkling clean! Couldn’t recommend their services more!

Makenna from MaidPro did a great job cleaning up our basement apartment. Previously used for storage, it had not been cleaned for some time. But after she cleaned, it was like brand new. Great job.

Overall been very happy with MaidPro. They have been very communicative on when to expect their arrival and have been provided high quality cleanings. Once we had an issue with some accidental damage to our property, but I was impressed with how quickly we were able to get it resolved to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend!
