Britt did a fantastic job. Worked quickly but didn't miss a thing. The house is spotless, and Britt even went above and beyond by cleaning some extra spots. Great service.

Today, August 26, 2025, I was blessed to have my home cleaned by Britt and Maddy. For my home size, one cleaner is all that is necessary and Maddy has been my favorite cleaner because she does an exceptional job. I never have to check her work. Maddy has also been a role model for other Rain City staff. Maddy came today to introduce Britt to cleaning my home and show Britt the ropes. Maddy excels in training staff.
Britt is a seasoned cleaner and it is apparent Britt loves what he/she/they does. Britt just stepped right up to the plate and began cleaning in a fast, methodical way. I am so excited about how well Britt cleaned my home and I look forward to future cleaning by Britt.
I've been a customer with Rain City Maids Lynnwood, WA since October 2023 and love their services. Administratively, Jolene manages their services and she is a joy to work with because she communicates so well. Little by little I have learned about the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion from various Rain City cleaners. Today’s cleaning reminds me why I choose to have Rain City Maids. Once again, Jolene excels at managing this business.
