Overall experience was disappointing. Scheduling was easy but the cleaning was not thorough. For example, they missed obvious spots such as wiping underneath the soap dispensers and behind the kitchen sink. I do not think it's a good value for they money, they were here for half of the time as other cleaners at a similar price point.

Marcos and Renata have been great to work with. They have been helping me keep my apartment clean for almost 2 months. They do a great job and their fees are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

The cleaning is very thorough and they're always very accommodating and flexible with their scheduling. Marcos & Renata from Shine Clean N' Care were wonderful. When they arrived, I told them my apartment would be a challenge. They just smiled and went to work. What results! My bathroom and kitchen have never looked better, and they dusted and cleaned everything. I was stunned. I want them to return on a regular basis. I would recommend them to everyone!

Renata is horrible to work with - she truly does not care about the work that is done and is a completely unreliable scheduler. Not only has she disregarded phone calls when guests were to arrive within 45 min and the cleaner had not shown up yet, she has the audacity to blame the customer when the timeframe was communicated weeks in advance. And that is the other issue, that she has to be reminded that with Airbnb guests, your cleaners don't just get to come whenever, there is a specific timeframe between bookings to get things done. Again, if you have an Airbnb, this is NOT the service to book with. They will make you panic, be consistently unreliable, and ignore your phone calls when you are trying to figure out if your 1,500sq ft home will be cleaned or not 45 min prior to a guest arrival. DO NOT USE THEM!

Shine has been great! Very easy to communicate with and always fast to respond. With a short term rental, getting last minute bookings and changes always happen and shine has been so flexible and easy to work with scheduling cleans and changing dates, and sometimes cleaning day of if needed. We love their work and appreciate their detail and service. Thank you
