Emerald City Cleaners has been cleaning my house for two years now and they do a wonderful job. They communicate well and are very accommodating.

Guacolda and her team were awesome! We had some food left in a commercial convection oven in a prep kitchen for who knows how long. They were able to get a team out quickly to clean it and the oven looks like new. The kitchen clean overall was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

Hired their team for help with a commercial cooking event downtown... so easy to book, very professional personnel, efficient and worth the value! Our family looks forward to cleaning day! The crew is prompt and performs a thorough cleaning at every visit (we have a big hairy dog and two cats). Their services free me up to take care of my business, and I rest assured that we will have a professional cleaning every other week. Plus, the house smells great when they're done.

Shawn and his team were able to schedule us for a deep cleaning of our factory with only a few days notice (6 cleaners for a full day). Simply put, their level of quality and service is superb. From the first phone call until the job was complete, this staff showed outstanding customer service. The clean up job was dire and needed to be done with a quick response. Shawn and the team from Emerald City Cleaning were timely and friendly. They bid the job, showed up on time, but the most outstanding part of their service was performance. These guys are AMAZING! We have rental properties and look for deep cleaning services at least annually. We worked with other cleaning companies previously - but for the past few years we have arranged for Emerald to do the cleaning. They bring a team and do VERY thorough job- including moving appliances, cleaning light fixtures, etc. When they are done the property looks immaculate. Friendly, skilled, high quality results - I will never go anywhere else for deep cleaning! Well done!

Can't speak higher of their exceptional service! We contacted their team late one evening in an effort to get our store deep cleaned the following day, and sure enough they had a team at our building the following morning at 8AM! Not to mention, incredibly affordable, especially considering all the techniques and cleaning applications they applied --who know commercial cleaning was so sophisticated?! Needless to say after today's experience we secured a regular service contract with Emerald City through the remaining part of 2020. Do your employees need peace of mind? Hire ECC! We have used them for weekly cleanings for almost 3 years, and I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. They do a reliably fantastic job keeping our house tidy and organized despite a toddler and 2 big dogs. They have fair pricing, friendly staff, great attention to detail, and are flexible with the schedule changes that inevitably come up with professional and personal life. We've also used them for specialized deeper cleanings (fridge, oven) several times and again, I can't say enough good things about their work.

We hired Rain City Maids to do some standard cleaning for my mother-in-law's house and we were extremely happy with their work. Maddy and Lia did an excellent job. Rain City Maids of Seattle take such good care of my home when they clean it! They are friendly and kind and so thorough. After the first deep clean, I kept finding things and thinking "oh wow, they cleaned that too, that's awesome!". Can’t recommend enough! I’ve had my various homes professionally cleaned for over 20 years. The Rain City team is without a doubt the friendliest, detailed, and most professional group of hard working people I’ve ever met. I am a regular client and recently had a bi- annual deep clean. Not only did they meticulously clean every inch of my home, everything was replaced perfectly or actually improved. They loved my huskies and said not a word about the copious dog hair! Britt was incredible! She was super friendly and nice on top of doing a great job cleaning. After I gave her a quick tour she got right to it Our house was pretty dusty and we are super happy with the surfaces and cleaning she did. The bathrooms and kitchen are spotless, the beds look great, and she took out all of our trash/recycling too.

She even asked for our regular vacuum when hers started to get clogged by our dogs fur. I would definitely hire her to come back in the future after this one time cleaning.
