I’ve been using this cleaning service for a while and Maria and Chris have always done a great job. They’re professional, detail-oriented, and very respectful of my home—and especially sweet to my kitties, which I really appreciate. It’s such a relief to have a team I can trust. Highly recommend!

Holly is always prompt and takes great care of my home. I know that when its cleaning day that any requests I have will be honored. She works around my three animals and my 13 year old dog Delilah absolutely loves Holly and follows her like a shadow.

Consistently good house cleaning from this company. I also rate companies based on how they react when their staff doesn't get it right.

I had one instance where the assigned cleaner (they rotate often, so it's not always the same person every time) did not make my bed or fold up blankets that were on my couch (I wasn't home when this particular service was done so couldn't double check before they left).

I reached out to Rain City and they very apologetic. The supervisor that day even volunteered to personally come to my home to finish up the work. Ultimately, they issued a slight discount for the issue, and added a note to my account for the future to make sure those services never got skipped again.

I'm very happy with the quality of the cleanings themselves and the responsiveness of the company when things don't go as planned.

Megan and Juliette did a great job with our home! They were thorough, professional, and walked me through everything they cleaned to make sure I was happy with the results. It’s clear they take pride in their work and really care about doing it well. The company has always been receptive to feedback, and it’s carried over as notes so no matter the team they know preferences and areas to focus.

I think I would rate 4.5 stars but am rounding up to 5. I paid 594 for deep clean and plus interior window cleaning for my house. Maddy, Kyla, Sam & Juliett did a great job in 2.2 hours, but there were a few items missed. The company was great a brought a supervisor out asap the next day to address the items, which I really appreciated. They do not clean dishes or fold laundry, which I do wish was included.

Chris and Evan were friendly, professional and most of all thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did, the apartment looked better than when I moved in by the time they were gone. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking a deep cleaning, and when we cleaning services in the future I plan on requesting them by name.

It's almost impossible to get a 5 star review from me, so consider that. Rain City Maids has been good about working with us, making adjustments and corrections as needed. Contrast that with other services that have complained to us about not being able to finish on time. We've been with Rain City longer than any other service, and see no reason to switch again.

Can't say enough about this company! They managed to accommodate our very last minute request, and were so easy and gracious through the booking process. Pricing is very clear and reasonable for the service. Daniel and Nigel were AMAZING! This was our first time using Rain City - we will definitely be rebooking.

Nigel did a fabulous job! They even got our kitchen appliances sparkling like-new. Very thorough, attentive and communicative. House looks great!

Setting up the service was equally as positive an experience- the schedulers were prompt and accomodating when I needed to make changes.

Very happy with the service and company ! I am first time customer as I was looking for a new cleaning service that I would be able to use regularly. I will def be using the service on going. I got lucky to get two awesome cleaners Evan and Ana which I was not expecting. It made the whole cleaning experience much quicker than I am used to! They also had a third person come by to do quality checks which was very unexpected but such cool added bonus. I work from home and Evan and Ana did such a great job as they weren’t too loud or really needing anything from me ! They just let me know once they were done and we did a walk thru of there great work. I will def being using this service again.

Loved the work done by the team. My oven had stubborn grease and they made it look brand new. Kitchen grease and cobwebs were cleaned very well, the bathroom and other areas were done especially well. I misunderstood the package coverage for the patio and storeroom, but overall I’m very satisfied. Great team and wishing them great success ahead!

I recently scheduled a move out clean for a small one bedroom apartment.

Pros: scheduling was very easy and the person that helped me schedule was very thorough in explaining how things would work and what was expected on my end.

Cons: I don’t think the work that was done was reflective of the price paid for a “deep clean” but I’ve never hired cleaners before so maybe it is. I was also surprised that they mentioned a stain on the bathroom tile was not able to be removed because I was able to get it out in less than ten minutes with some dish soap, vinegar and a scrub daddy. And then I had to clean the fixtures and tub all over again.

Very impressed by our deep cleaning we got through Rain City Maids! Daniel, Kaz, and Shay we're able to do a quick and thorough deep clean. Not only we're they efficient, they kept detailed notes on areas they hit and which areas may have been harder to tackle. All in all, we have signed up for routine, monthly cleans because of their work!

We hired them for move out cleaning, and the place looked better than when we moved in. Fantastic house cleaning and excellent cleaning services overall.
