Have been using Maid Pro for about 3 months now, and it has relieved so much housework stress. We have two dogs, so the dirt and dog hair really collects quickly, and it’s so nice to know that Maid Pro is going to come deep clean every so often to help it feel more manageable. Patrick did our most recent cleaning and did a beautiful job! Everything was spotless. Highly recommend!

Alexia has been housekeeping for me for sometime now. She always goes above and BEYOND as you can see her helping to fix a vase I broke! MaidPro cleaned our house for the first time today and we are very pleased with their service. We received a call prior to their arrival, which was helpful. They were incredibly efficient and paid close attention to detail. Our house is spotless! And, they were very friendly and accommodating - cleaning certain rooms first on request so I could finish working on projects. We look forward to starting our bi-weekly cleaning with MaidPro!

I've been using MaidPro for a number of years. Laurie in the office is super responsive and helpful with any questions and scheduling. Aide is our usual cleaner and she is fantastic. Very efficient and the house looks great!

Tried them for several months and received inconsistent service and was confused about what to expect. They suggested every 2 weeks and that they could assure me the same people if I chose that frequency. But I only needed once a month. Sometimes the people or person who came was outstanding. Towards the end by the time I canceled I had 3 services that were veru unsatisfactory. Initially I only requested bathrooms and floors but later on requested all surfaces to be dusted but was never able to get that service. Either because they never had time to include it or because there was always some confusion. One couple who came said that floors didn't include any of the carpeted areas. So the work always felt like a gamble. Maybe this was because I didn't have a clear list of inclusions when I started out.

Mary in the office was clear and communicative but I was never sure about the standards that the employees were held to. The only standard that was clear to me was that mirrors were cleaned only upto the height that they could reach with both feet on the floor. Which means that in my bathroom the large vanity mirrors were always streaky or dirty at the top. I was ok with this since it was clear to me but added to other factors, this started to feel more unacceptable.

Baseboards and panels on doors were typically not cleaned. Dust on the curved areas of the pipe at the base of the toilet was hit or miss. Floors underneath existing bean bags, shoe shelves or under the bed etc were also hit or miss. Mats were always removed and dusted and cleaned under, but corners and crevices depended on the crew.

By my last appt. the lady who came spent a very quiet 1hr 10 minutes or so in the upstairs bathroom (more for the rest of the house). But after she left the bathroom didn't seem like it was cleaned. Floors were ok, although under furniture was left alone and other bathrooms similarly felt like it was half heartedly done. Our house isn't super messy so unless it really is well done it looks the same and it's only after some hours that we would notice that the dust in the corners are still there or that the bathbor toilets still have spots of calcium pink.

Mary protected their employees and was polite but said that my standards were too high and that there wasn't enough time for my expectations.

So buyer beware. Maybe my 3 star review is for those who can be very clear about your expectations from the start and sign up for the every 2 week package to get the same crew.

I have been using MaidPro for the last year or so and am always impressed with how the cleaners are so nice and polite! Also, they are so fast and efficient - my home always looks and smells great by the time they're done!
I must say, though, that the cleaner, Chris, went above and beyond what I asked him to do and managed to get it all done in under 2 hours!!
If you're looking for a great company that is local and cares about their customers, then, this is the place for you!!

What I appreciate most about MaidPro is their seamless scheduling and smooth communication. We've had bad experiences with other services where staff wouldn’t show up or fail to answer calls. With MaidPro, they always respond quickly, and their new scheduling webpage is a game-changer—so convenient to have all the information in one place. There was one instance where the cleaning wasn’t up to standard, but they promptly offered to re-clean the next day. Their responsiveness is impressive. While the price is higher than other services, the peace of mind from their organization and reliability makes it worth it. Highly recommend!

MaidPro is great! I love waking up in a clean and organized home! Cleanings fit the size/frequency of my house. My cleanings are scheduled online and at times that work for me (some discounts are available; extra cleaning options are available, too, like 'fridge clean' - I used that once and 'Wow'! What a great add-on!). I can work from home and still have a cleaning that doesn't disturb my meetings. The cleaning provider is trustworthy, friendly, efficient, and organizes as he/she cleans which is fantastic, too! I like that there's a 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' for the cleanings. A provider will return to clean an area again if it doesn't meet my standards. (My cleanings are monthly, but I'd have MaidPro return every 2 weeks at some point.)
