After receiving a surprise email from City of Bellevue regarding excessive water usage I had to call Gary Prokash with my stressful situation, they were able to send out Joel that afternoon and helped access my situation. We still weren’t certain of the cause but they were excellent at reviewing all possibilities. They also followed up the next day and reassured me that they were there to help. I have used their company in the past and will continue to call for all my plumbing needs!

Drew was up front about cost for an after hours emergency plumbing problem. It helped us make a good decision.
Cedar was on time and is a total expert at his trade. Fixed our plumbing emergency and got our facility up and running just in time for a busy weekend.

A top notch experience from start to finish!

We had several visits with GPP when an unexpected leak sprung from a hot water pipe in our kitchen ceiling. The team provided great advice on mitigation of a recurring problem for us. They also installed a better recirculating pump system and water velocity control for us. Best news? When the original pump setting wasn’t working quite as intended, they followed up at no charge and took care of making adjustments.

While we, of course, hope to not have another issue — we’d look forward to working with GPP again. We greatly appreciated their expertise and commitment to their customers.

I wholeheartedly recommend Gary Prokash Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler for all your plumbing needs. They're small, but they're fair, kind, and they care about the work and the customer. The quote I received was much more reasonable than others I'd received for the same job, they were able to handle our bizarre plumbing that's entangled with a sprinkler system. They happily answered all our questions before, during, and after the service, and they called to check in later the same day.

David did an amazing job. he was very pleasant to work with. He discovered a few problems when attempting to replace the hot water heater at my home. He was very professional and worked really hard to make sure I would not have any problems in the future. I highly recommend Gary Prokash Plumbing!

The plumber who replaced our water heater tank was very friendly; he did everything in a smooth sequential procedure which made it look easy. He also answered questions I had about water heaters. He finished the job on time. The staff who coordinated the scheduling was also very courteous and kept in contact. This company is outside Seattle but was able to provide service in the city unlike other companies.

David is very personable and professional. We had a leaking water line to the kitchen faucet, and a second problem with the drain line. He showed us exactly what the issues were and proceeded to fix them leaving a neat and clean work space. Thank you!

Prokash plumbing installed 2 pressure tanks and a booster pump in our garage. The work looks great and we now have excellent pressure throughout our home. Drew and the crew were professional, polite and communicated throughout the project and cleaned up everything very nicely when they left.

Kyle and Stephanie have been out twice in the last couple weeks for 2 different jobs.
First trip was to fix a badly done repair by Beacon plumbing a couple years ago that started leaking again. Stephanie corrected it and did it the right way. I give her extra kudos because I was warned that to repair it might require cutting into drywall upstairs - but Stephanie was able to avoid this and I was very appreciative of this! Kyle did the descaling on both tankless water heaters, one of which was very difficult given it hadn’t been serviced in 9 years, but his persistence got the job done.
Second trip was to replace kitchen faucet which Stephanie did a fabulous job with. Kyle did the new install and all the necessary plumbing for a faucet in our laundry room sink. Took them about an hour, everything worked great, no water leaking and they cleaned up everything as if they were never here.
Price point for both jobs was very fair and the quality of work was top notch.

I was in need of a drain/pipe repair for my bathtub that was leaking. I reached out and was contacted very quickly, and was able to have David and Manuel come out not long after my initial contact. The work was done expertly, quickly, and all parts were explained to me so I understood the process they were doing to complete the work. Extremely professional and great work was done. Would definitely hire again!

We recently used Gary Prokash Plumbing out of Maltby, WA, for two jobs this past month, and we couldn't be happier with their service! Prokash was the plumbing company that installed all of the plumbing for our home when we built it two years ago. They were easy to work with and I believe they did a good job. There have been a couple issues come up since we moved in, but they have been great about standing behind their work. There has been no cost for all the warranty issues that have come up.
We recently noticed that one of our exterior hydrants was making a water rushing noise, but there was no visible water leaking. We waited to call them thinking we would look into in ourselves and we were able to shut off the exterior water to those hydrants without effecting our interior water use. When we had to have them come out again to do additional work on our storage tank under warranty, I asked them to take care of the hydrant as well. (I also asked about three exterior spigots that were leaking, but the quote on that was a bit extreme, so I chose not to have them do those.) Egan (sp) came out on time and was super friendly. What we thought was going to be a two hour job turned into an all day project, but he was very efficient. I believe we finally have a long term solution for our storage tank and he took care of the exterior hydrant. I would highly recommend Egan as he was conscience of our property and making sure things were left just as clean as he found them! Prokash may not be the ‘cheapest’ option for plumbing, but they do stand behind their work and their service is exceptional.
