After a recent storm, I noticed that the flue pipe had come loose from my furnace in the attic. I called for service, and Zachary, the technician who previously helped us with our summer maintenance, came out to take a look. He quickly re-installed the flue pipe to the vent fitting and tightened the pipe clamp, making sure it was secure. He also adjusted the steel strap to provide better support for the pipe.
