8/1/24 UPDATE: Juan came out to do the semi-annual inspection and cleaning of my HVac system. He was great... super friendly, and explaining each of the procedures he performed and why they were needed. The whole process took about an hour, and my system is now clean and fully tuned.

2/8/24 UPDATE: I had Tony & Kaleb out again to fix several broken switches of various types throughout the house. As before, they worked quickly and efficiently, and even discovered that the most expensive of the switches was actually OK, so the final bill ended up being significantly less than the estimate.
Bottom Line: Arrived on time with pre-notification via both text and phone, finished quicker than expected, discovered unneeded work and took it off the bill. Still 5 stars.

2/7/24 UPDATE: Scott came out to do my first scheduled maintenance for the furnace. He checked inputs, outputs, potential gas leaks, temperature differentials, etc. he arrived on time and seems to have done a very throrough check.

2/2/24 UPDATE: My garage flooded from a burst pipe in the ceiling, flooding multiple outlets and my garage door motor. I asked Lifetime to send an electrician to diagnose any potential electrical problems. Tony & Kaleb took apart the affected outlets to check them for moisture/damage. They replaced some squirrely wiring, and even re-attached the garage door mount damaged by the demo guys, but they couldn't get the flooded wall outlet working. While running a diagnostic trace, they discovered a hidden outlet that had been sheetrocked over by the original builder! Great sleuthing!

I'm having them back to do some additional work, including finishing out my newly discovered electrical outlet. 😁

I recently had to replace a 21 year-old Trane HVAC system due to a compressor unit that finally gave up the ghost. I chose Lifetime Heating and Cooling, and based on my experience it's no surprise that they bring top review marks from Google, Yelp, and the BBB. Throughout the sales and installation process, everyone involved was friendly, responsive and appeared genuinely committed to providing a superior customer experience. They clearly take pride in their work, from the phone staff to the installers.

Of the 4 bids I obtained, theirs was 2nd lowest, but unlike most HVAC installers that charge extra for credit card payments, Lifetime accepted them at no additional fee, making the payment process convenient and stress-free.

The installers arrived on time each day, with text notifications that let me know they were on their way. They also took care to cover the floors in the work area, and once the installation was complete, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

Finally, in a nod to Michael Scott of The Office, they left me with a lovely gift basket, exquisitely crafted by Rwandan women supported by a local ministry that Lifetime is involved with.

I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again for additional HVAC or electrical jobs.

Adam, Lifetime's HVAC technician, did an exceptional job cleaning our 2 mini splits. I was pleasantly surprised that having him in my home was not uncomfortable, as that is usually my biggest fear. He was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. I highly recommend his services and give him a 5-star review.

Tony with the bushy eye brows provided great service during a maintenance visit, explaining how the heat pump works and fixing some issues with the thermostat. Highly recommend!

Hugo was fantastic. Quickly fixed the symptom but then also stayed to investigate and resolve root cause. Even showed me how to fix it again myself if same issue occurs in the future. Quick, efficient, and THOROUGH. Lifetime now has my business for all my HVAC needs.

Returning customer now: Adding a shoutout to Zac and Alec! They installed a secondary return to our furnace and rerouted the primary (as the builder had installed the primary incorrectly). Our heating worked but the furnace was extremely loud to the point that you had to double the tv volume any time the unit kicked on. It’s whisper-quiet now and the whole house actually heats more evenly and efficiently. Thrilled with the service and professionalism. Lifetime now has my business for any service they offer.

Lifetime installed a new heat pump, air handler, and water heater for me and did a great job. Even the inspectors were impressed with their quality of work and parts used. Clint in sales was a pleasure to work with. Roberto and Brandon did great electrical work; Josh and Felix did a wonderful job installing the units and everyone was always very communicative with questions I had. Dan and Jay were in and out with the water heater as well. Vanessa answered my questions after the install professionally. Thanks to the whole team.

We had quite a few quotes and inspections from several AC providers in the area. Lifetime is not only one of the most reasonably priced but also extremely knowledgeable about the different types of units and combinations that would best serve our home. The communication with Justin was great as he is very knowledgeable and responsive. The installation crew specifically Jordan and Austin are just so meticulous and professional. They not only customized to our home's needs but also diligently made sure the project completed on time and perfectly. We are extremely satisfied with Lifetime and we'll go with them again for other services that they provide. Highly recommend if you're looking for anything they offer on their website.

I don't know if there are enough positive adjectives to describe our experience with Lifetime Heating. We got 4 bids to replace our 20 year old furnace and air-conditioning system. We also knew that our upstairs bonus room was always hotter or colder than downstairs. We wanted that fixed, but were not sure how to go about it. All 4 bids were very close but the differences were in how they tackled the heat situation between the two floors. Clint our salesperson, was very creative and had the best solution. He was very patient, and answered all our questions, and we had many. His quick response to us as well as his creativeness was impressive and appreciated. The installation was a two day process. Pat and Jovani were our installers. They were great. Any questions, they took the time to explain. They were very pleasant as well as accommodating while working in our home. At the end, they could tell we were a little unhappy about the thermostat. The next day, we got a call that they were going to change the thermostat. Two days later, Mike came out with a different one that we like much better. Mike was equally as gracious as everyone else we had worked with. He helped my husband program the thermostat on his cell phone. It is obvious that at Lifetime Heating, customer service is important and that is not always the case in many businesses today. Lifetime Heating has a great product, superb service, and a great price. We definitely feel as if our business was appreciated.

Friendly, respectful, very informative (as I’m curious about how things work, and he kindly answered all my questions), knows his job well, careful to treat the systems as though they were his own, and even pointed out concerns I need to be aware of. Saul & Felix replaced my gas furnace today. I appreciate their work. They are professional, efficient, polite & communicative. The new furnace was a different size and they fit it in nicely.
I also replaced my gas hot water tank a couple of weeks ago through Lifetime and I forgot the technician’s names but they were stellar also.
The whole Lifetime staff, reception, sales and technicians were very pleasant, This company appears to have it figured out.
It’s getting harder to find people that take pride in their work, a hot water tank and furnace replacement are big expenditures, I’m glad I called Lifetime.

I got several quotes and LT was right on par, plus they were local. The guy that came out give me my quote (I'm so sorry, I forgot his name!) took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood everything. There was no pressure to purchase either.
On the day of install, Nick & Cory showed up right on time and did the install with absolutely no problems or interruptions to me, as I was working from home that day. They cleaned everything up better than when they found it too!

Lifetime installed a ductless heat pump for me on 1/10/23. Every aspect, including every person involved, was 5 star! Brian, the project manager was reliable and trustworthy. Nick Stewart, the electrician, was thorough and efficient. Nick B., the assigned tech, was on top of everything. ALL of them were very respectful and have great customer service skills. Brandon and KC were very professional. They were on time, polite and maintained a clean work environment. Brandon communicated all work to be done thoroughly before every shift and ensured all was well before leaving after every shift. Definitely recommend them highly.

Brandon and Robert came for an estimate within two hours of me calling and beat the competition bid by 10% on the spot.

They came less than 24 hours later and installed my Tesla Level 2 Wall charger using AWG 6 wiring for a 60 amp in less than two hours for my Rivian R1S.

We tested it together before they departed, high fived and we were done sooner than any of us imagined.

Great work. Would gladly have them back in the future.

Mike came to do a diagnostic check on my furnace and to replace my thermostat. He arrived on time and determined what needed to be done with the furnace. He also showed me the options I had for the thermostat and installed a new one.
He was thorough and competent. Mike was also very pleasant to work with.
