This company is awesome. I had a problem with my HVAC not working overnight and Iakiv arrived 5 hours after I sent my SOS to Prime Systems. He was on time, professional and thorough. Iakiv repaired the issue, provided annual maintenance on my unit and even inspected whether some of my duct work could be changed, at my request. Over and above! Highly recommend: responsive, timely, professional, thorough, friendly and spent the extra time on the little extras that count!

Serghei and his crew did an excellent job installing my new tankless water system for my radiant infloor heat system and my domestic hot water. They installed a top of the line Navien system. It looks and works awesome…at least so far.

I had a couple small issues with it, more my lack of knowledge with the system. I called them and they came back almost immediately and sorted everything out.

They have done a couple other projects for me also. They are a top notch company and I will use them again someday if need be.
