I Thank the following employees for a very professional installation of a Mitsubishi Multi Zone Heat Pump in my shop: Shelly/Shelby set up site assessment with John Liska. John Liska expertly designed the layout - ceiling cassettes, heat pump, materials, routing of lines! Christina scheduled all equipment needed. Rich Miller is an excellent HVAC installer. I think Rich delivered heat pump and accessories. Rich is a detail man. He instantly knows how to install heat pump! Chase Hayes is an excellent HVAC installer. Mark did excellent electrical work. Cody did excellent electrical work. I talked to Susan when the heat pump system was expertly installed. This is the second Heat pump that Evergreen State Heat &AC has installed for me. I am enjoying both heat pump systems! It was a pleasure working with my team!

Easy to make an appointment for maintenance service on my furnace. Tech arrived right on time, spent about an hour checking things and cleaning the stuff that needed cleaning. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend service from Evergreen State if you live in the area.

Jackson was very thorough and polite when servicing our heating and cooling system.
We had a small issue that required technical support and he worked through the problem until he had it right and was comfortable that the issue was resolved long term.
He meet all of my expatiation as to how service should be handled.

We have an annual maintenance contract with Evergreen and they do an excellent job, and arrive in timely manner. I asked if my AC unit was drawing too many amps at start up because the interior lights would dim when it switched on, they checked and recommended a hard start device which fixed the problem and will extend the life of my unit.

I had a great experience with Evergreen! We did all new Furnace and / AC and we very impressed how fast their team worked to get it all done the same day. Everything was installed professionally! I have had several neighbors use them as well and they all had a great experience working with them.

The service for our annual HVAC check was easy to schedule. The technician arrived timely, was cordial and efficient. He had a few items of advice, which are helpful. We've been happy with the service we've had with Evergreen since we had them install this replacement furnace for us a couple of years ago--and we've been VERY happy to have the Air Conditioning they installed in our 1975 vintage house at that same time!

I contacted Evergreen for a routine service checkup on our furnace. The person I spoke with on the phone was polite and informative about scheduling and estimated costs. the service person who came to the house was very friendly and professional. Was also on time! He finished in the estimated window and gave me an overview of the service and that it in good working order. His documented report was emailed later that day. Very satisfied with Evergreen.

Evergreen did a great job of installing our Trane furnace in Dec. 2023 and doing an annual checkup in Dec. 2024. We have signed up for their Annual Maintenance plan for the future. Great customer service and technicians!

I am very happy I decided to go with Evergreen State Heat and Air. My 16+ year old compressor died. After speaking with the tech and sales department, I decided rather than kick the can down a few years, it was better to replace the whole system. Everyone I spoke to during the process was knowledgeable, pleasant and did not try to sell me more than I needed. The day of install all the guys were professional and courteous. Once installed, they showed me the new features and operating the new thermostat. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Nice job!

Lisa on the phone was awesome to chat with and she was able to point me to the coupons on their website to save me $50. She was very helpful and ready to dive into details. Jackson was the technician that came out and worked on my house. Super knowledgeable and very professional. It was a very pleasant appointment and plan on scheduling a deep cleaning session on my split unit. I felt I can trust Jackson and the company to provide me honest work and opinion and know my split system is in great hands. Jackson was definitely on my side helping me to save money in the long run or when if in the future I need emergency help on my system. He is really awesome!

Jack H. from Evergreen State serviced our furnace and air conditioning unit on July 25, 2024. He was prompt, professional, and very personable. As a retired (recovering) engineer, I had a number of questions. He answered them all and went out of his way to show me what he was checking and why it was important. It is so encouraging to see the next generation with such passion and competence for the trades. Excellent service from a pleasant, knowledgeable technician!

Evergreen did my HVAC maintenance today. Jackson was professional and knowledgeable. He explained how the system was working, and what needed to be fixed or replaced. As a new customer, I got a $50 discount, which I also appreciate.
The price for the service was reasonable to keep the system running. He was also very nice to my dog:)

The technician was called ahead and showed up when he said he would. He was knowledgeable and completed the service. He had some great suggestions for continued equipment maintenance. Much appriciated.

Evergreen is hands down the best company to do business with. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly beginning to end. Fairly priced, too. I use them to maintain my 20 year old furnace and I will be using them for all my electrical needs in the future.

Evergreen did a great job installing a heat pump and replacing my furnace. From the initial quote to assessment, installation, and follow-up, everyone involved provided great service.

They recommended an appropriate system and adapted it to fit the peculiarities of my space. Everything was transparent and clearly explained as far as available options, so I feel like I've come away with a result that really suits my needs, and all at a reasonable price. Very happy that I chose to work with Evergreen 👍

Scheduled my first maintenance with Evergreen State Heat and AC.
They scheduled it for the following week and initially gave a 4 hour window. And was pleased to hear that morning that I was first in that window. Jacob phoned to let me know he was on his way about 15 minutes out. He did the annual maintenance and check on my HVAC system. He checked the vents and intake as well to check the flow. I was very pleased with Evergreen State Heat and AC and decided to prepay for a 5 year plan.

We recently had Evergreen State Heat & AC install a new furnace, AC, and tankless water heater. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Leslie initially came out to meet with us and discuss out options. She provided a very detailed itemized quote which listed all of the options she and I had discussed while she was on site. After receiving a couple more quotes I decided to move forward with Evergreen to have the job done. Abel then came out and did a quick pre-install walk through about a week before the actual installation where he and I discussed where to place the external condenser unit. On the day of installation Abel and Rich showed up exactly on-time and began immediately. They were very professional and friendly throughout the process, which took a total of two days to complete. I also had the ducts cleaned at the same time which I'm so glad I chose to do, the air in the house smells so much cleaner now when the heat turns on. It's great having AC and endless hot water now!

Being on a prepaid service plan, the call out fee is pretty high. IMO in that case the $300 fee should be waved or at best reduced. Tech time on premises to diagnose the issue was about 30 minutes, bad fan motor. After all they re keeping my payment for one full year before they provide the yearly maintenance service.

In a commercial building, I have a 60-year-old Hayes natural gas furnace that a previous contractor inexplicably disconnected from the new thermostats they installed (they wouldn't come back to fix the error, because they were afraid of the Hayes furnace!). Also, decades of different HVAC control units were still installed but disconnected, and I inherited a spaghetti of wires that I had no idea about. Evergreen State Heat & AC came in and did an audit, removed all the superfluous devices, got the Hayes furnace under thermostat control, and life has been great ever since. Of course, I hired them for routine periodic maintenance. Smart and willing to take on challenges, I heartily recommend them for commercial buildings of any age.

Able and a crew showed up at 8 am to start to do a removal and new installation of a new Trane gas 90% variable speed furnace and Heat Pump, everyone was highly professional workers, courteous, and did not mind explaining what was going on and answering my questions. The installation upon completion was really professionally put together, an looked and operated very efficiently. He went though a explanations afterwords on the furnace install and how to use the new thermostat, and left an instruction manual for it also. A++ A couple of days before they came out they had The Duct Cleaners come out and clean all of the ducts going into the house and also the returns, by using a bush that turned through the duct work and used a large vacuum designed to suck out all the dust and debris. A PIC was provided to show before and after pics of how clean the duct work became. A+

Evergreen State Heat & AC has been my go-to HVAC company for years and they never disappoint. Always on time and never pressure you into buying anything you're not ready for or can't afford. This time my furnace was malfunctioning and took quite a bit of troubleshooting to find it was some corrosion on several different parts, but an easy fix with no new parts needed. When the time comes to replace the old furnace I will only need to make the one phone call.
