I recently had the pleasure of working with Prime Systems HVAC, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From the initial consultation to the point when is fixed, their professionalism and expertise were evident at every step.
The technician arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different options available for my heating and cooling needs without any pressure to make a quick decision. It was clear that they genuinely care about their customers.

After two other companies were unable to resolve the airflow issue in my upstairs bedroom, Prime Systems quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with great expertise. I recently had Prime Systems Heating come to my home and do some maintenance on my Mitsubishi ductless heat pump and wall heads. They did a such a wonderful job. It’s like brand new again. I would definitely have them come out again in the future. If you need a new heat pump or air conditioner i would highly recommend this company! I was not home at the time so I left a key under the mat. Denis let himself in and did his work and called me after it was done and all locked up. I really trust Serghei and his team fully. They sent me pictures of how bad they were and how they looked afterwards. They make it so easy for me as a customer. Thanks again Serghei and Denis!!

I just had my HVAC serviced by Iakiv from Prime Systems Heating & Air Conditioning. Top notch service and maintenance from this professional. First of all, he was on time for our appointment, now days you have to wait around for your tech… not with Iakiv, exactly at the time of the appointment. He communicated exactly what will be done, what was done after the service and recommendations till next visit.
I chose to service my furnace and mini-split system before the weather gets really cold for a smooth and worry free winter. Thanks again Iakiv 👍🏻.

Our furnace wouldn’t turn on after the winter. When we reached out, Prime Systems was super quick to respond (even on a weekend!) and their pricing was very transparent and fair. Scheduling was also very flexible.

Iakiv was our technician, he was super friendly and was able to quickly diagnose the issue (gunk in the inducer) and get things cleaned out and running. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what exactly he did and how the components worked. He also performed a long overdue maintenance on our unit afterwards and kept everything clean and tidy after he left. Would recommend!

On time in a truck that looks immaculate, with a very knowledgeable and professional foreman and staff who showed skill, courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness in every way. They installed my new furnace and showed consideration for all my concerns. They cleaned up and hauled away all debris. Cliff made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. For repair, they charge pretty high diagnosis fee ($350+) plus labor and parts if they can fix. We thought this price will come with good value. Not really. The technician was not very confident about the diagnosis but told us he will try to replace one part and see if that works. Their tech went back to order the parts and a week later we were told the part is discontinued. That’s understandable. But then they told us we need to replace the whole thing with an estimate of $18k. No explanation on why our working AC needs to be replaced too. I do not like this approach to sell. So we decide to replace our furnace with another provider.

Evergreen AC saved us! Our AC went out in the peak of a heatwave and they came to the rescue promptly. They staff was all very friendly and efficient. Thank you again to Shelby for getting support out quickly. We will definitely be using them for any future needs!

We selected Evergreen State Heat & AC to replace our furnace with a new heat pump. The entire process was stress-free, including the initial visit, estimate, installation and post-install walkthrough. Throughout the process, the staff and crew patiently and courteously answered any questions that we had.

Service scheduled us for the next day. Service technician called before he came, was courteous and professional, and explained the problem. The failed part is being ordered and when received they'll be back.

I had Evergreen heating and air install new electrical panels in my fifty year old house and install a first time heat pump and air handler. They did all this in two and half days. Very impressed with Christian,Cody,Rich and Carson.Very professional and I highly recommend.

Evergreen Heat and AC was very responsive with a quick gas/heat pump maintenance appointment. The technician was courteous, respectful, and informative. In addition to the annual service, Jacob made the extra effort to repair a couple suspect wiring issues left over from another company's original installation. I will be returning to Evergreen for future heating, air-conditioning and electrical needs.

We finally decided to install a central AC in our house because we knew that it would be good. What we didn’t know is how wonderful our life would be after that. Our house does not feel like an oven anymore. It’s awesome! Evergreen was great since the day of the estimate when Mike came over to our house on a Sunday morning, through the last day of the installation. He put the project together very fast, and Rob and Todd worked hard and made everything work perfectly. Courteous, professional, dedicated, trustworthy. We are very pleased with their customer service, product, and price. Thank you to all Evergreen staff for the attention and expertise, and for making our house a paradise.

Other than an initial miswiring to the thermostat (which caused a minor inconvenience to us, but was a two-day pain for their technicians to track down), all seems working well now. The team was both responsive and courteous when answering my questions, and offered a competitive bid for the job.
