Evergreen State & AC just installed a heat pump to my home and I'm thoroughly impressed with the installation and performance. John, the Energy Consultant, came out to assess my home and to determine which equipment properly fit my home. Followed by Abel, Beau & Carson, who did a fantastic job of preparing and installing my new system. Christian, the electrician, then came to hook everything up and got it running. Combined with the efforts from Christina & Shelby in the office, I greatly enjoyed my experience using Evergreen! The team worked together to provide a seamless install right before the cold weather comes. I highly recommend Evergreen for any HVAC needs! Thank you again!

Evergreen State has the most knowledgeable, professional and courteous technicians. They have been performing my annual maintenance service for several years now after installing central air conditioning in my home. Awesome company.

Jackson gave me air conditioner/ furnace 101. Just moved into this house with an upscale system. I needed some training on how to get the best out of it . Jackson was patient and thorough. I’m now almost an expert.

We've used Evergreen State Heat & AC for a few years now for our regular furnace maintenance. They are always able to schedule us promptly and their service technicians are responsible, friendly, quick and thorough. They have been good at answering my questions about how to maximize the life of our furnace or concerns I've had about filter quality and efficiency. Jackson came out today and went the extra mile to retrieve an air filter lost to the stack. I appreciate their professionalism and community spirit.

I recently selected Evergreen State Heat and AC for maintenance of my HVAC systems and also for Electrical maintenance at my home. I was with BelRed Energy Systems prior to that for 10+ years. BelRed had been good to me and their technicians are good - but recently their customer service was poor and looked like they had become too big - even though I was a gold customer with them. I switched over to Evergreen State Heat and AC and the experiecne has been great so far. The HVAC technician Jacob and Electrician Christian were very thorough with their work. Also, I liked the fact that Evergreen State isn't a large company like the previous one and I appreciated thaat Jacob and Christian were coordnating their work amongst them - also they were servicing two different tasks on different days - I really appreciated this aspect. Their front office managers (Kendall, Susan, Julie, and Brennan) were also very helpful, courteous and promt in their follow up and communications. I appreciate the service I am getting and it gives me great peace of mind. Thank you Evergreen State Heat and AC

We have had Evergreen State Heat & AC install and maintain our Heating and cooling system for 4 years in both our home and business. Their technicians are professional and complete the work needed quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!

Very disappointed. A five minute visit to replace battery sensors cost $300 plus tax. I recognize that I was told $300 would be the minimum charge. However, I attempted to get a fix to the problem over the phone with no cooperation - the issue was an error code on my Trane thermostat that I could not interpret. It seems someone could have reached out to me over the phone to save me time and money. I will be looking at other companies in the Bellevue area to see what their customer service is like in similar situations.

Evergreen State Heat & AC delivered outstanding service from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to making sure my furnace was fully up and running before they left. They took the time to explain what was going on, didn’t rush the job, and made sure everything was working safely and efficiently.

Couldn't figure out why my heat pump kept frying thermostats so paid $400 for a service tech to come and tell me he couldn't figure it out either. Eventually solved it myself by replacing the couple parts that AI thought were most likely. Next time I'll just skip the call and do that.

Great experience with everyone I interacted with from Evergreen State Heat & AC. I needed a very specific problem to be solved with the duct for my new microwave since changing cabinets would alter where the microwave could vent from. Rich came and built a custom scaffold for my microwave with the absolutely perfect fit and he made it flush with the cabinets. Additionally, it looks polished and professional. Love it. Other places were either not willing or able to solve this issue (another company came by and never followed up). After speaking with the Evergreen, I decided to get my heat pump changed and get new AC for the summer - they were able to fit me on the schedule almost immediately. The crew that came to install the system did a great job and finished in 1 day! They were efficient, professional and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Jack did a great job servicing 3 furnaces and 3 a/c units. He was fast, clean, and very organized. This was his first time serving our home, too. Also, a huge plus was his friendly demeanor. We hated to have him leave.

Evergreen has been servicing our home for 7 years now with very good staff. It just gets better!

Good technicians, but accurate cost estimates and transparency of billing invoices are not their strong suit. I don’t appreciate obfuscation. They did so for over a month following re-installation of heating duct and 2 vents, when the estimate for twice the work equaled the invoice for half the work actually done. They rely on techs to tell them what a project costs!
They say the bill wss reduved. Of course it was. Only hslf the work estimated was done. Taking a month and never rrsolving edtimate versus actsusl costs?

Excellent company to work with. Installed our AC with a new heater 2 years ago. We have them do maintenance check every year. Jackson is our technician and is a great gentleman to provide service. Communication is top notch with office and with technician.

Tried for 1st time for an annual maintenance visit on my furnace. Jackson was the technician & was excellent. He seemed to really know what he was doing & was so informative. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Keith was knowledgeable, personable and very professional! Obviously knows the HVAC business well! He was able to get our HVAC up and running very quickly, even though it is very old and has a lot of issues! Hopefully property management will be replacing the entire system soon! Highly Recommend this company!

I had a great start to end experience with Evergreen State Heat and AC.

Their entire team is professional, courteous and took great care of our furnace replacement needs. We ended up getting a Trane dual fuel heat pump and furnace. The crew did a great job installing, cleaning up and getting me familiar with the new equipment.

Great experience with this company. Both the scheduler and technician were professional and friendly. The technician, Jackson, was very knowledgeable and clearly cared about providing quality service. I also appreciated that he phoned when he was 20 minutes away so we knew better when to expect him. I definitely will use Evergreen State Heat & AC again in the future.

My husband and I recently had a heat pump system installed in our home by Evergreen State Heat & AC. The process went very smoothly from start to finish. We were impressed with all aspects; from the initial consultation and estimate to actual install.
This installation is a sacrifice for us financially, so we were very watchful of the whole process to make sure we were getting our "money's worth". I can tell you my husband was impressed with the work done in our house. He has worked in trades his whole life and he was very impressed by the quality and care that was taken to install the equipment. He was also impressed by how efficiently and timely the work was accomplished.
We are excited to enjoy our new heating system which has integrated nicely into our home. We will have to wait until next summer to see the AC in action. We have no doubts that it will be anything other than fantastic!
