I am beyond impressed with the work Ayala Landscapes Construction did on my property! They recently rebuilt a damaged section of my retaining wall and did an incredible job. Not only did they restore the wall to its original strength and appearance, but they also incorporated steps into the middle of the wall, which has added both functionality and a beautiful design element to my yard.

From the initial consultation to the final touches, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. They worked within my budget and timeline, communicated clearly every step of the way, and paid attention to every detail. The steps they added blend seamlessly with the rest of the wall and have truly transformed the space.

My experience with Ayala Landscapes was the one I've always hoped for: quick estimate, specific timeline adhered to, constant communication, professional work, cleanup every day, and beautiful results! The weather was cold and drizzly and I would not have been upset if they postponed the start but they showed up and did an amazing job.

Ayala was terrific to work with and solve our water abatement problem. During the heavy winter rains in Seattle, we had water coming into our apartment through the foundation wall. Ayala was able to dig down to the foundation along the entire side of the building, locate the crack and properly seal the foundation wall and install drainage. The time was urgent and they were able to get the job done quickly and within budget. They even put down a top layer of gravel as a finishing touch to the parking lot. Jose and his crew are top notch!! Very customer service oriented and willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. Every single person is courteous, respectful and showed up on time every day. They cleaned up daily and were very keen to keep our existing landscaping unfazed while building. We had a challenging fence build and they came thru over and over and made it esthetically beautiful and solid as a rock. They do more than fencing and will be hiring them again to do the various projects we have planned. I can't recommend them enough..they will get it done!

If you’re looking for good work and a team that takes pride in their work look no further. I’m amazed at how quick and professional this company is. After completing half of my yard myself I decided to higher some experts. As a first time homeowner I thought I could do it all. I quickly realized that was not in the cards. I received an estimate in October 2024 and they honored the original estimate when I contacted them again in June 2025. I found that when I was shopping for landscapers other companies were aggressive and persistent. Ayala and their team were patient and professional. It only took them 5 days to complete the project. No mess was left behind. In the after photos there are spots that look “unfinished” but that was not in our agreement. I plan to complete the unfinished portions myself. The extra materials for the job the team left as a courtesy to help me even after they completed their end of the contract. Many companies in the area underbid and under deliver. But Ayala and their crew take pride in their craftsmanship and skill set. They are fair on pricing and you will not find anyone who does this level of work for the price. Thank you for saving my back yard and turning it into our new hang out.

Absolutely thrilled with the work Jose and his team did! They installed beautiful patio pavers and artificial grass in our yard, and the transformation is incredible. If you have a project, give Anthony a call. His skills are that of a craftsman and his background in architecture shows in the design. Anthony came to finish a bathroom remodel for me and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He was easy to work with, noticed all the details, and put the time in to make it turn out great.

I contacted Anthony with the desire of converting our garage into additional living space.

-Planning-
>The initial plan was creating a mother-in-law type suite. Anthony came out to our place, took detailed notes of our wants/needs/budget, measured the space and took reference photos.
>He presented us with three potential options, sort of a “baby, mamma, papa” situation in terms of features and budget.
>Anthony was SO patient with our design revisions. Budget was a main factor for us. He was super conscientious of keeping the key features while keeping the budget where we hoped.
>Communication through the whole process was on point. He kept us up to speed during the permitting process. Also he was very transparent during the process of finding sub-contractors and ensured he found reputable folks, people he and we could trust.

-Execution-
>Once we had permits in hand Anthony got to work immediately. The overall schedule/timeline for the project was written up and shared with us. He was provide almost daily progress reports.
>He took such care in protecting our existing space with floor cover and plastic wall sheets.
>Anthony was able to keep to his estimated timeline. (I don’t count the delay waiting for permits. He hounded their office as much as professionally possible).
>His design abilities are exceptional. He is schooled and trained and it shows.
>His craftsmanship is of the same caliber. He ensured a high quality build and I have no concerns with the longevity of the foundation and framing of our new space.

-Bonus-
>Anthony is just a great guy. He was pleasant and easy to work with. He would stop and chat with my kids and humor their questions/rants.
>This was our first major project; our first time hiring out. We experience NONE of the stereotypical horror stories that people share about hiring a contractor.

Anthony of Crex Construction built these gorgeous custom stair railings for me. He was awesome to work with -- responsive during the planning, really fast at getting the job done, and the price was very fair. He also installed some doors for us and built some custom trim. Anthony makes doing construction on your home more fun than stressful, since he is so comfortable with construction and you know you are in great hands.

Working with Anthony was a seamless experience from start to finish. What could have been stressful turned into something we actually enjoyed thanks to his professionalism and expertise.

We were particularly impressed by his patience throughout the process. Despite several delays due to permitting issues and county requirements, Anthony handled every setback with grace and kept us informed. We never felt rushed or blamed for circumstances beyond anyone's control.

The project involved multiple subcontractors, but we barely had to think about it. His project management skills are exceptional - everything was scheduled efficiently and all the moving pieces came together flawlessly. We could focus on the exciting parts instead of worrying about logistics.

We came with general concepts, but Anthony has a real gift for listening and translating that into a reality that's even better than we imagined. They preserved our original ideas while adding practical solutions we never would have thought of.

The final result is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we hoped for and we're already planning future projects with CREX.

Excellent company for air conditioning service and HVAC diagnostics. They carefully inspected the compressor, fan motor, and evaporator coil, then explained exactly what needed repair. Their work was honest, efficient, and done at a fair price.
