Had devin as a tech and he was great! Checked over all our issues thoroughly, gave us some good advice, and fixed our main issue (an outlet with no power). He was done in 30 minutes!

Very pleasant and friendly. Came at the appointed time to diagnose water heater issues. Answered questions I had without hesitation. This is a home warranty service, so I have no opinion on cost. I would definitely recommend Mountain plumbing to others.

Mountain Heating, Plumbing & Electrical delivered excellent service from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and technician Devin Lott arrived right on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and walked me through the issue and options The work was completed efficiently and the area was left spotless. It’s rare to find a company this professional and a tech who genuinely cares about doing the job right. Five stars—will definitely use them again and will be asking for Devin.

The service we received was amazing. Tai had to troubleshoot several different problems in order to repair our thermostat and he solved all of them. I appreciate his communication regarding when he was on the way and not only his fixing our issues but also how nice he was through the process. Highly recommend!

I bought a home and had no clue when the last time was that the furnace ran. The furnace had tripped the breaker and it would not reset.. Josh was wonderful. Arrived early and immediately went to work. Very professional. He took the time to explain things to me and made sure to ask if I had any questions. He gave wonderful suggestions and even installed the new thermostat I had bought for me. This job was covered by my home warranty.

Noah, the technician that stopped by was excellent. I would recommend him and mountain heating and cooling for any heating and AC service call.
He will provide Old Republic home warranty with the required repair /replacement as needed. Waiting for their response.

Tyler was very efficient and very informative on letting us know what the situation and the problems are with our heating system. He let us know they would do everything they could to get the problem taken care of as soon as possible. Next step is working with the warranty company.

The Mountain Heating & Cooling technicians who replaced the aging venting system from my hot water heater and furnace to the outside world, and then returned to make one more fix, were awesome. They were consummate professionals and efficient and price-sensitive, too. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

From the moment of scheduling my appointment with Heather on the phone to Josh Technician coming to our home I was impressed. We were having trouble keeping our house heated to the thermostat setting. Josh listened to my concerns, found the outdoor sensor to have been triggering error codes, quickly addressed our heat pump not triggering to on and fixed the flame sensor. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. It was evident he has many years of experience and very knowledgeable. Being new to the PNW, I really appreciated him answering all of my questions and taking the time to show me do's and don'ts with my thermostat in different seasons and ensured I knew where my filters were for exchange, how often, etc. When he found an issue he showed and explained to me not only what he found but the impact, it was or can have, on our system. Excellent trusted and genuine service. Highly recommend. Mountain will be our first call next time. I will praise to family friends and colleagues. THANK YOU

Before I get to the service, I want to commend their ability to quickly get me on their schedule. They wcame to my house within 48hrs of scheduling the service request.
While at my house the technician wore botties, asked me what was going on, asked many follow on questions prior to performing his diagnosis. I was impressed with his knowledge of ductwork from the ‘90’s. I felt he spent an adequate amount of time explaining to me what was going on and determining a root cause for my issue. He helped me determine possible courses of action! Overall, an excellent job by the Mountain Team!

Had a great experience with Mountain Heating and Cooling. I believe it was Ty and Noah (sp) that came out on two seperate occasions. Both were fenominal! Me being without knowledge on how furnaces work, they took the time to explain and advise on how to properly help maintain. Blower motor was replaced and now everything is in working order! Yay! Wife will be super happy to have heat back in the house.

We used our home warranty to have our electric furnace repaired after it started smoking. Scheduling was very easy, communication was excellent as they gave me a 30min heads up before they arrived, and the technician found that a heat strip had burnt out and was out the door in 30min. I appreciate that Mountain Heating got our home warranty to cover the part & ordered it without us having to lift a finger. Would recommend this company!

Their communication was prompt! I had my service quickly scheduled. They sent texts with reminders and updates about when the electrician would arrive. I appreciated all the communication.

I quickly received a quote for work that I inquired about that was outside of my initial service request. The electrician was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on with the GFI outlet and the circuit breaker.

I think it was Kyle and David, the technicians that did my work. They were great. Very professional, polite and although it's only been one day excellent craftsmanship. They cleaned up, explained the relevant paperwork and showed me around the system.

Furnace, Air conditioner installed.

The technician Sam, was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained exactly what he was doing and checking in easy to understand lay person terms. He was thorough and professional throughout the visit. Because of Sam, I asked Mountain to give me a quote on more work. He is obviously a good spokesperson for your company. Even though this was a “low cost” service paid for by my home insurance, I was treated as a valued customer.

Great service from technician Jim, friendly, fast and accurate diagnostic and repair. My only complaint is that it took 4 days after I called AHS my Warranty repair company to get service. Way to long without Hot water! This was the Warranty company's fault and the plumber. I will really consider next time whether to extend or keep AHS home warranty.

Mountain Plumbers did an exceptional job fixing the leak in our kitchen sink under warranty. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. My home warranty company wouldn't cover my claim and when I called to make sure they were still coming out to fix my drain the price that they quoted me was a fair and reasonable price. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Jim was awesome. I have plumbing from haties and he was able to get my drain back up and running in no time. He even replaced the drywall he had to cut out to get to my shower drain. I have had many plumbing companies come out for one thing or another but Jim is the first one to not leave an open hole in the wall.
