Brandon was helpful, efficient, and straightforward.

As for Sears, their website provided everything upfront and there were no surprises.

Technician was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I rate Charles 6 on a 1-5 scale.
My complaint is with no breakdown of costs, and the fact the $149 show up fee is not shown as applied to total cost. Even if the part was $200, labor was maximum 30 minutes and close to $1000. THIS is extreme!!!

Our interactions with Patrick were fantastic. I have 4 stars vs 5 stars because our first scheduled visit got cancelled at the last minute with very little notice.

The service person, himself was very nice and courteous. I can’t say the same for his skills as a repair person. He was there to replace the hose in the dishwasher, which he did. But when he put the dishwasher back in its place, he didn’t put the hose in the correct place in the back of my kitchen wall.
For a few months, water was just pouring out underneath the wood floor of my kitchen. I don’t know how much water was spilling out onto the surface under the dishwasher & my kitchen floor and kitchen sink/cabinet.
We didn’t notice anything for until I had a friend over, who noticed some unevenness on the floor and water seeping through between the composite floor tiles. I had my husband and his friend do some checking, and that’s when we discovered that water was spilling out from the back of the dishwasher because the repair guy didn’t put the hose in the proper place in addition, he didn’t secure the hose, so it was close to just spilling out completely.
I called Sears but they said they couldn’t do anything because it was past their 30 days coverage and I should call my insurance for water damage.
They didn’t even offer to send someone out to correct their mistake.
My floor is damaged, I’m missing tiles, the old linoleum floor that's tested positive for asbestos is also exposed, the wall to my sink cabinet was removed and has not been replaced. My kitchen tested for asbestos when a water mitigation company came and inspected the damage. My home insurance denied the damage and says it’s my problem. Sears is saying it's my problem that they created.
My kitchen looks like hell because I can’t get anyone to take responsibility.

UPDATE (8/2025): I called the phone number that the sears response person left on the comment below. It's actually the same number you go through to make an appointment for a repair. You have to go through their obnoxiously complicated phone tree and you get nowhere.

Our service person Davis was great. He came out checked our dishwasher ordered a new control panel and came back the next week and installed it for us. He provided great service and was very polite and professional.

I called and was told someone would be out the same day in the afternoon. The day went by and no one showed up nor did the office call to let me know. I called the next day and was told someone would come and the same exact situation... no call no show no response at all 👎🏽

Everything was perfect. They were on time everyday no hidden costs the house siding and paint looks amazing. They really went above and beyond for us.

I highly recommend Sunnyside contruction!! David and his team is very good at what they do. I would give them 10 stars if I have the option to do so. They are Professionals!!!

We hired this company to remodel our two bathrooms and we are very satisfied with the results. They did excellent work in our bathrooms, from the floor tiles to the fixtures. They were very professional, punctual, and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and respected our home. They also communicated well with us throughout the project and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend them for any project that requires quality and craftsmanship.

David and his crew above and beyond and were very professional in every step of the adding an additional bathroom. Prices he quoted was well below any other quote I received by thousands, and thier was no hidden fees! Will be having him back to remodel my kitchen, would highly recommend him if considering any remodel.

Sunnyside construction completely renovated my backyard. Quickly moving through the demolition phase of removing my old deck, unwanted shrubs, an old shed, etc.
They (within the span of a month) replaced all of that with a massive stamped concrete patio, brand new storage shed with lights and electrical outlets and a grand covered area with lighting, hot & cold water sink and more electrical outlets.
I am very proud of my backyard now and love hosting parties where I can cook and barbeque out of the rain!
I would HIGHLY recommend Sunnyside construction!!!
