We had water damage due to our water machine leaking without us noticing for a while - James came by and looked at it and was painless what we needed to do!

This company is great to deal with! The owner and staff are very friendly and have done a great job helping me. They helped patch the drywall for a water leak in the laundry room that I had and did a great job!

Do not higher this company! I had a burst water pipe. It damaged my master bedroom. My insurance sent this company. This company was at my home 15 minutes max. Put a dehumidifier/pump out water, etc. Not sure what it all did. James has poor communication skills, was not telling me anything. I asked how long it will take for the machine will be done. He said 4 days and will be back. Told me everything had to be out of the room. I'm old, disabled person and it was very difficult for me to get it done but I did for them. After this encounter, no communication, you call them you get just answering machine every time and no call backs. Approximately 40 days go by Raven calls me, they are sending out an insulation company to put in insulation in without asking me first to see if I would be home that day. Then she started texting me instead of calling me to communicate. I asked when are you coming to take out the floor. That is what needs to be done first? I found out I was not even on there schedule yet. Then she said had to check with James before scheduling. I asked, are you not the scheduler. No answer. Sounds to me to much Micromanaging. Then the day the insulation company was supposed to come, they canceled. They purely neglected me.

The insurance company finally let me Fire this company. Then they texted me again trying to schedule the their insulation company again. I told them to read their emails from the insurance company. You been fired.

2 days later I get a knock on my door. James shows up with a helper to get their machine. No communication to see if I was at home or not.Then he threatened me if I didn't sign that they picked up the machine, this is what they say I was signing, but could not tell if it was true or not, don't trust this company, he would bill me everything and make it hard on me.

The new company said this was a case of contractor neglect. Then I also got my electricity bill. That machine running for a month with nobody checking on it, ran up huge electrical bill.

This company is negligent, horrible communication, threatening. They also push out other companies you want to use. Do not use them.

After the Oregon Rd fires, our insurance contracted this company to do restoration of our home. They removed items (after explicitly being told not remove anything from the home) they failed to return all our items, broke other items that they hid, damaged our kitchen faucet with chemicals, and damaged our windowsill with chemicals. They were overpaid by our insurance for the two days of work they claim to have completed. They out of the blue sent an additional, exorbitant bill for work that was never done. Do not trust this company. Do not let them into your home. Do not even contact them for a quote, which would be difficult as even their business cards have inaccurate information on them.

I recently had the misfortune of engaging with Rainbow International for insulation and mold removal services, and I must say it was a complete disappointment from start to finish.

Firstly, they made bold claims about their expertise in insulation and mold removal, assuring us that they would effectively address these issues in our home. However, when it came down to it, all they did was leave us with a dehumidifier to run over the weekend. It was apparent that their knowledge and skills in these areas were severely lacking. They were caught off guard knowing we went to assess the insulation, before and after they have conducted such.

What's even more concerning is the fact that multiple negative reviews similar to mine can be found online, indicating a pattern of incompetence and dishonesty within the company. It's alarming to see how many others have been misled by their false claims and subpar services.

Furthermore, when their demo crew arrived at my property, their unprofessional behavior was downright appalling. Not only did they disregard my explicit instructions to wait until I contacted the owner to cancel the job, but they also had the audacity to lean on my cars in the driveway and peer through the windows of the vehicles. Their lack of respect for my property and privacy was utterly unacceptable.

They submitted a mitigation estimate to my insurance company requesting over $1800. This is an insanely absurd amount for what was claimed to be a "free estimate" that they never personally provided to me.

The owner of the company is also extremely rude and sarcastic when questioning anything. He tosses out the ol' "I've been doing this for over 20 years...", "If it makes you feel better I will trim off a couple bucks, that's no problem to me"... and the classic "I have a head cold so I can't really remember saying this or doing that".

In conclusion, my experience with Rainbow International was nothing short of a nightmare. From their false claims and inability to deliver on their promises to their unprofessional behavior and lack of respect for personal boundaries, I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear. Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable company that actually values its customers and knows how to get the job done right.

Rainbow international of Spokane restored my home after water damage from a leaky pipe. I am so pleased with the way they treated me and the way they took care of my belongings and returned my house to its original state. All my furniture was returned today out of storage and I’m just elated at the job they did. The crew from Rainbow did a professional job returning my house like new.

Consistent communication, follow through with requests, and assisted whenever needed. I enjoyed working with Rainbow and will continue to use them in the future!

This company has been very understanding of the issues that we have had with a leak that we thought was a valve, to it being a hole in the pipe coming through the foundation at my mom's home. She was in the hospital when the leak was discovered and Rainbow international has worked with us the whole way through this very rough time. There staff have been very nice and professional to work with, the office staff has been very helpful as well with informing us when things are going to get started.
Thankful for this do to the fact that the only time you meet companies in this field of work is when you're have a really bad day, and they have been very helpful.

Amazing! Unfortunately I had two water losses in the last 9 months. After a less than satisfactory experience with a different service company for my first water losses, I went with Rainbow for my second loss and was amazed. I have been in the insurance industry for a long time and they were quick, professional and always available.

I have used Rainbow for a flood in my basement and they were great! They worked with my insurance so that I didn’t need to be the go between which really took the stress out of it for me. They were fast, efficient and professional. I have referred them to my friends and neighbors and I would use them again if a need were to arise.

I have been in the design/build profession for 25 years so I'm very particular about building craftsmanship. Rainbow International not only repaired a leaking roof and the damaged ceiling it left, but their crew and work was outstanding. They arrived the day after I contacted my insurance company and completed the work professionally and 100% to my satisfaction. All the mold and mildew was removed, carpets professionaly cleaned and the ceiling rebuilt even better than before. FANTASTIC work!

These people are great. They communicate well and know how to traverse through the homeowners insurance process. While my insurance was taking their time, they were on top of them making sure we got what we needed. The bathroom looks better than it did before and will be a great feature when we rent our place out. I will definitly call these folks again especially when it comes to insurance claims.

I am an out of town Landlord, which, as you can imagine can be complicated. My tenant called me regarding Water Damage. Rainbow Restoration works with my insurance company. They handled everything from communicating effectively with the tenant myself and the insurance company. They also took care to recognize an error from a previous vendor and corrected it. Tenants do not like to be bothered. Rainbow was very cognitive,. respectful and expedited completion of this project in a timely manner. James and Rayven also took time to ensure all my questions were answered including photos so I could understand progress and issues.

We had an ice dam with a water leak into the living room. I decided to do something about the damage about 5 months later, my bad. I called Rainbow International of Spokane and had them open the ceiling to check for mold which was present. They did a great job of opening up the ceiling and top of the wall for mold remediation while closing off the rest of the house with a plastic curtain. The house was built in 1985 and didn’t have ice dam protection. When they removed some of the roofing, they found other damage due to water getting under the roofing from further up the roof. They wound up doing a full tear off of the roofing, replacing 16 ea. 4 by 8 foot plywood sheets and the roofing. Rainbow International of Spokane did a wonderful job of repairing our house. They kept the inside clean and dust free. The roofers did a great job of cleaning the ground around the house. They responded quickly and adjusted to the increased work needed to complete the repair. Communication was great, we always knew what was happening. I would use them again and strongly recommend Rainbow International of Spokane for your water damage repair needs.

It has been a pleasure to deal with Rainbow and the people that work there. The water was flying into my laundry room & they were there within 20min.
They took care of every detail of our transaction together.
I lost my washing machine & dryer in the flood. They even took my laundry.
I received it back washed & folded.
They did all this work in a very timely manor.
Down to one barhroom is difficult at our house. I think they realized this & got the work done promptly.
The girls in the office kept me informed as the work progressed to the end. Lots of communication.
I would recommend them in any situation regarding restoration.
