My story may be a bit longer than most, as I want to leave a detailed review of just how amazing Art and his crew truly are. My basement flooded in January of 2021. This is my first house, and I have never had to deal with anything like this before. I believe by the grace of God, Art was sent to help me. I was given an award that was not acceptable. I was not aware of this, and was ready to settle. Art brought in his people to help me out. I was introduced to Bernie and John, they helped me get the funds that I was entitled to. Much to my surprise at no additional cost. Serge and his son Junior came to repair what was damaged. Polite, honest, hard working , thorough, and much to my surprise…terrific communicators. I now have a beautiful transformed basement. They went above and beyond for me. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Art did a great job painting the interior and exterior of our house, as well as our deck. He and his assistant did major prep work to ensure the paint would adhere and look new. Art uses quality paint that is meant to last. Art is a terrific professional and we are super impressed with his work. We would definitely call on Art for future work.

Art was easy to work with as a representative of the company. He took the time to explain our options and what needed to be completed. The workers were on time and quick! The Precision Services team took what started as damage to a room that seemed would be a terrible loss for me and turned it into an outstanding remodel. My home improved greatly in value particularly compared to the cost. Precision Services kept me aware of the timeline, negotiated a great price with my insurance, and provided quality work beyond what I have seen in showrooms elsewhere. There are truly not enough stars to rate how stellar Art and his team are. I have never had to file a claim with my insurance company before for damage to our home and was very lost, frustrated and tired of trying to find our way through this process. We have been TRULY lucky and blessed to have found Art. He is not only a stellar contractor, but a phenomenal person. I cannot say enough about how amazing Art and his team are and the work that they do along the way. Their care for their customer and the customer service that they exhibit is unparalleled especially in this day and age where just good service is hard to find. Art is one of a kind and anyone is lucky to have him as their contractor - More than lucky to be exact. Art really goes the extra mile. There were some other things outside of the scope of work that we wanted to accomplish on our home while it was torn apart and Art set us up directly with some really great people for Windows and doing some additions in rooms that were not part of the damaged areas. He even went to bat for us to see what we could do about decking material and getting a great price for some other repairs. Art and his team do good work. He really works hard at turning a bad situation into a good one. Our house was damaged by a water leak in the kitchen and he turned it into a nice remodel. Art is honest from the first time you meet him, he explained to us how the process works and how he works. It may seem overwhelming at first but you can trust him and his team will deliver on there promise. I would highly recommend him to anybody needing work.

Art Rudyy is the gentleman that we worked with from Precision Services Once our job was referred to him, he promptly contacted us and met with us on the same day in the evening hours. He was very professional and did an excellent job going to bat for us with the insurance company to repair one of our bathrooms and laundry room after they underwent water damage. While working on our project, Art and his coworkers always discussed design issues with us to make sure that we were getting the result that we wanted. We also always felt like Art made our project his number one priority. Our laundry room looks as good as new and our bathroom is gorgeous!

This company is truly amazing!!! The did a beautiful job on my kitchen and house repairs/remodel. I have gain new friends and a new respect for what they have to do and what they did for me....The work they did is outstanding!! After damage was done, we hired their services to remodel parts of the house. We were very Impressed by the results they produced. The team took us step by step through what they were going to do. They were always willing to accommodate to us with regards to any worries and proposals we had. And they did, as a lot of things were wrong with our house. Vitaliy and his crew were the ones to work on our house. They honestly gave great recommendations on what we could do and so we could remodel our house the way we imagined it. Also, our Insurance company was not the best and the whole process would have taken a lot longer had Art not got in contact and helped to expedited the process. They handled the project with amazing professionalism and made a huge difference in our lives. The work precision services did for our house goes beyond a good job, we will always be thankful for the great work they did on our house. These are really great people. Needless to say, I very much recommend hiring Precision Services for any work you need done, you wont regret it!

We were fortunate to have Safeway help us with some significant flood damage to our home on two levels. They were excellent at every element – scope of work, budgeting and even finished ahead of schedule. We have worked with many contractors over the years, but this experience was outstanding!

They were very professional, listened to our questions, made several great recommendations and the entire team was skilled and helpful. It was a little more complex since we live out of state and they were very responsive and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. This is a model others should follow!

We had water damage to a downstairs bathroom. Art worked tirelessly through our insurance to make sure that all damage was covered. Eugene did an outstanding job of transforming our damaged bathroom into a beautiful Better Homes and Garden quality. It is absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't be happier. Both Eugene and Art were very helpful when it came to coming up with a very flowing design for what is a small bathroom area.

If you’re looking at reviews then let me tell you, 5 stars!! This is the company you want to help you with your water/fire or anything restoration related. Art came thru for me big time. I had a water leak from my upstairs bathroom that turned my house into a complete nightmare and inhabitable home. Something like this was completely new for us and we had no clue what to do. Art completely took charge to get everything from chaos to a full remodel. Safeway Restoration helped us make this a walk in the park. Art is very knowledgeable, he won’t miss a thing. If you’re in a pickle don’t look anywhere else. Let a company that’s trust worth and experienced get your life back to normal. You won’t regret.

I had water leak which resulted in damage to my wooden floor in the kitchen, vinyl flooring in the laundry room and Sheetrock. Josh was my initial contact and he was very thorough in his inspection and it was completed quickly. Chris called each day they were coming to do their work and he was always very polite and cleaned the work areas before leaving. Brittany oversaw the project and she was very clear in describing the process and happy to answer any questions or concerns.

The Restoration 1 team did an excellent job and each employee I dealt with was polite and accommodating to my schedule.

I would highly recommend Restoration 1 and I would certainly call them if in the future I would need this type of work.

Redd, Tyler, Carson, Zach, Chris and Craig are the guys who did all my demo work after our sewer flooded our basement. They were professional, fast and explained the process.

My crew that packed up all the damaged and salvageable items were Megan, summer , kollin and Toni. Super fast and careful with my wife’s things they managed to pack everything into 1 unaffected room making it easier to put things back when the rebuild is done! All I can say is if you have a bad 3am wake up… Call Restoration 1!!! They are amazing!

We HIGHLY recommend Josh and Seth at Restoration 1. After our home inspection uncovered a small area of mold above the attic access door we had a different company come out who gave us very unreasonable estimate. Josh and Seth came out the next day to do their estimate and after taking one look at the area told us it would be an easy 15 minute fix at a fraction of the other estimate! This was one of the best customer service interactions we have had in Spokane! Very honest and reliable!

Ron did an inspection for us, free of charge, and was very thorough. He was very reassuring that everything was dry after a previous leak.

Seth W was incredibly easy to work with, had a great attitude and walked me through the process of getting my home fixed and cleaned up. He helped make this stressful situation a lot easier to handle 10/10 will recommend. His team members Fernando, Sebastian, and Ricardo got to work quickly and stayed late on a Saturday to get as much done as they could!

Thank you Restoration 1 for making a stressful situation a little less stressful. Our toilet flange failed and leaked water into our basement bathroom. Josh showed up and put our minds at ease with knowledge and helped set up our claim. Jessica managed to project after that and was very responsive and helpful. Next the guys that did the demo work and checked the equipment daily, Jacob, Gabe. Michael Graham, Carson, Josh and Austin all were great, respectful and fast. Plus all were very kind to our dog Jasper. Would definitely recommend you guys! Thank you!!!
