Phillip Diachenko came to our house to Service our Refrigerator and found Ice Maker not working . Also he defrosted our frozen freezer. He then ordered a new ice maker and the next day came back and it was installed .He was on time, very kind and Knowledgeable . He was the best service person we have ever had . Thank him very much .

We have had numerous problems with our previous 11 year old GE fridge leaking and our washer and dryer too! We used this company. We recently got a brand new fridge from Lowes and the fan would not stop running and our water and ice dispenser wasn’t working. I called this company for help. It was discovered that Lowe’s installed it incorrectly and didn’t hook any of the wires up when they installed it! I love this appliance repair company!

Philips is very knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to diagnose the root cause of my drier after a few quick tests which turned out to be completely correct. He followed up with a part replacement that successfully fixed the problem. I was very impressed and appreciate his outstanding service. Will definitely have him back next time when we have other appliance problems. Highly recommend.

Philip was awesome! He knew exactly what was wrong with our 20 year old dryer and fixed it within 45 minutes.

Had a great experience with Spokane Refrigerator Repair! Phillip was very friendly and knowledgeable and able to replace the ice maker in my fridge even though it was a slightly older model. They got the replacement ice maker right away and the next day I had ice again! The early Saturday morning appointment was great for my busy work schedule as well. Thank you!

My washer wasn’t working around 8 am, I did a quick lookup for appliance repair and found IVAC, I called and was able to setup a same day visit, a polite and professional technician, Phillip came out and fixed the issue in just under an hour.
The price was affordable and they take credit cards and I asked for a texted receipt and I received one quickly, so I could share all the detailed billing info with my wife at her work.
I’m very impressed with IVAC services, and now my towels are washing as normal.

Phillip was on time, friendly, and professional. He answered all of our questions, completed the repair promptly, and cleaned up the work area before leaving. Would call them again if needed.

Had a young man named Phillip come in to fix our refrigerator yesterday, and did an awesome job. Extremely polite and well mannered, with a good sense of humor! Was patient with our cat, and considerate of our situation. Not only did he repair our fridge, he put in a few extra minutes of work to help clean up all the excess water and tested it to make sure everything was kicking on properly.
