Oven wouldn't heat up on Thursday, 24 hours later Kurt had it fixed at a reasonable price. Good communication, showed up on time, no nonsence repair person - highly recommend.

Tge dryer sounded like a thundering herd of elephants. Kurt was prompt in his response. He came out, diagnosed the issue, had the part installed the next day for a reasonable price.

Steered me in the right direction.

John is the best. We have had him out several times in the last 6 years. We inherited old whirlpool models that work great until occasionally small parts stop working.
Every time we have called him out, he knew exactly the problem and fixed it in a very timely manner. Recently, he replaced a part that broke after a week of him repairing it.

He promptly came out, determined that the part was faulty from the manufacturer, and replaced it with a new one free of charge. John displays price transparency, timeliness, and integrity. He is my go-to appliance repair man!

Super quality. Great service. Super great service tech. Fixed my machine in an hour. My machine did not work right from the beginning. It was brand new. Thankfully it was still under warranty. It would not spin. I couldn't even put 2 bath sheets in it to spin. The young man was friendly, smart, knowledgeable and punctual. He definitely knows what he's doing. This young man is an asset to Jeffrey's Appliance Service, they are lucky to have him. I'm sorry I can't remember his name. I wish his name was on the card he gave me.

I called to have the ice maker repaired for the new owners of our home about SIX weeks ago. The appointment was set for THREE weeks later. When the technician came out to repair the ice maker, he said he'd order the right part and that Jeffrey's would work us in asap.
It's now almost THREE weeks later. The technician came out this morning, told the new owner that it was the wrong part and that it would be another two weeks. That seems pretty excessive to me.
Jeffrey's was recommended to us by our realtor as the best.....not so sure that I agree. In addition, I paid in advance and asked that the new owner be contacted on the day of service (today). However, I got the call. I'm thinking that Jeffrey's needs to get their act together.

We had struggled with two repair companies/technicians on our microwave/oven combo prior to calling Jeffrey's. Those companies gave us the run around for many months. We made one call to Jeffrey's explained what was going on, they came out when they said they were going to. Spent one hour fixing the issue, had the parts with them (previous companies made excuses and we had to wait months for parts) and fixed the problem. The service tech was fantastic! Answered all my questions. Jeffrey's will be my first call every time now! Thank you!

I've used Jeffrey's Appliance before and it has always been great. In my last experience Erick O. came out and diagnosed, dismantled and somehow managed to reconstruct my front load washer in a few hours. I didn't realize the magnitude of the project until I walked downstairs just to check in on him and there were parts spread out everywhere. I was a bit taken back but he was diligently working and had it all put back together shortly after. I am so glad this is something I did not attempt myself.

Washer has been working great and I can now set up a load to start early in the morning and it doesn't wake me up with what sounded like a jet plane powering up for take off.

We used Jeffreys Repair for the first time due to issues with our dishwasher. Rick was the first guy to show up and honestly I have never felt so disrespected in my own home! He was so unfriendly that it made him come off as rude and he made me feel like I was wasting his time. He ended up needing to order a part and even though I didn’t care to have him back in my home, I decided to let him finish the job because I was tired of not having my dishwasher but to my surprise Keenen showed up and was a complete opposite! Not only was he friendly, but he was very professional and he made sure we understood what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He more than made up for the previous bad experience and I will defiantly use them again as long as they send Keenen back!

Tim came and serviced my dishwasher. He was polite, prompt and didn't mind me picking his brain about appliances in general. Definitely would recommend and use Jeffrey's again!

I had my "diagnostic" visit exactly 2 months ago. The parts are on order and the repair is yet to be done. I had to call to find out what was going on. I was told that the Viking parts are typically slow to arrive. I really liked the enthusiasm of the repair professional but I am beginning to doubt that our stove will ever be repaired. I am certainly disappointed that I have had to call for an update.
