Mike was superfast in responding to my message. He had a flexible schedule that worked for me in fixing both my dryer and dishwasher. He fixed both in no time at all. I would highly recommend Mike and will use his services again when needed.

After having called no less than eight places to find a an electric recliner repair person I came across Mike’s repair shop on Google. He texted me back within a half an hour to say that he would be able to come at 5 PM.
He was able to locate the problem after taking the remote completely apart and fix it right then and there with his highly delicate tools. I think most other repair people would have told me that it was useless and to buy a new component.

I am giving Mikes Repair a 10 (TEN) on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being great.....My 18 year old Maytag washing machine had been giving off a metallic screeching during the spin cycle for over a year ... I finally had had enough and was afraid it would give its last gasp so I checked around for a repairman....most either would not come out to our home (FAR out in the country) or gave some other comment that warned me away from them. Mike was different. He took my name and address and was there in only one day. He spent what had to be a few hours tearing my machine apart (I checked once to see how it was going only to find every part from the large pieces of equipment to tiny tiny bits spread all over the floor. Really didn't see how it could all go back together, but Mike was calmly cleaning a part, smiled at me, and went on about his work. An hour or so later he called me down to the washing machine and turned it on so I could see that it worked. He charged me less than a machine of the Maytag quality would have cost me to replace and stated that it should last at least another 10 years now (which is longer than I expect to need one). He also only charged me half of what others had quoted as a travel fee. I've used the washer many times since, waiting to review until I was sure it was long-lasting, and it has been weeks now during which that sweet old machine has been performing as though I just bought it off the showroom floor. Soooo satisfied with Mike. Will call him for any and all appliance repairs from now on. He will be my GO TO appliance contractor from here on out. THANK YOU MIKE. :^)

I'm going to be honest with myself. Could I have fixed the ice maker and the fireplace myself? Probably not. Would I have gone to Ace 6 different times over 3 days and make a huge mess in my house? Absolutely. Would the whole ordeal test the strength of my marriage? 100%. But instead I called Mike. He didn't make me feel incompetent; quite the opposite actually. He helped me understand the mechanisms and how to troubleshoot for any future issues. I call him "Magic Mike".

Mike was amazing. We had a induction cooktop installed by Freds and they wired our cooktop incorrectly causing the main power to the house to shut off. Because of this, it ended up frying our brand new cooktop. Finally got it replaced and called Mike to have him install it. Fantastic work and price. He is honest, reliable and did fantastic work. Will always use him from now on and I highly recommend him.

Mike does great work. The fan went out on my fireplace insert. He replaced it promptly and was able to clean the glass face of the fireplace as well. It’s like brand new.

My pellet stove stopped working, so I contacted Mike's on Sunday evening to see if they could come take a look, since it was in the midst of the rather cold weather we've been having recently. He came out on Monday morning, diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it yesterday. (Tuesday) after he obtained a new Igniter for it.
